Rachael was a dream to work with -- from start to finish -- on our guest bathroom update, a very small project. I always felt that my project was a priority to Rachael, and her professionalism and helpfulness was outstanding! It was such a pleasure working with Rachael, Joe W. and her subcontractors. Everyone arrived on time and provided great, clean service/installations. Thank you, Rachael and Tradewinds, were loving our guest bathroom!

Rachael was so pleasant and accommodating and our backsplash couldnt be any better!! Brightened up our kitchen with just the right finishing touch! Work was completed within the promised time frame (something we have had issues with with other projects) and everything was cleaned up when the team was done. We will definitely use again should the need arise.

We used Tradewinds Kitchen and Bath for 2 projects this year- our laundry room remodel and adding extra storage in our bathroom. Working with Rachael was so easy. She responded when I called, made changes when I asked and kept me updated on progress. They fixed anything I wasnt happy with. I love coming home from work and walking through the door into my beautiful new space!

Called twice to have an estimate for kitchen cabinet/countertop remodel and was told that the person that does estimates would call to set up an appointment. That was over ten days ago and Im still waiting.

Josh and crew (even Rachel, office manager) very friendly and professional. Everyone showed up on time, provided quick responses to my questions, and got the job done with minimal stress. Only issue was a return visit to address some issues uncovered. But they came out quickly and got everything fixed to my satisfaction.

I am very happy with the service and quality I have received from TradeWinds Kitchen & Bath. Everyone involved in our two bathroom renovations have been excellent, from the initial consultation to the install. They have been helpful every step of the way, including the quick responses to any of my concerns. They truly care and are very customer service oriented. I will not be looking to anyone else when I get my kitchen done.

I would highly recommend the Kitchen Depot!! They were extremely helpful with every step. Beautiful products that have come together perfectly in my kitchen. They helped with no hesitation any issue I came across and would use them again. Also received a bathroom vanity thats great for my space!! Super friendly family and a pleasure to work with.

Great customer service. After a minor issue they took care of it in an efficient and expedited way. We would recommend them to anyone that lives in the area or even elsewhere.

Kitchen Depot did a complete remodel of our condo. Troy and his team were awesome and always there. We even made it through the hurricane with little delay. Everyone who entered our home was professional and skilled. would highly recommend for any type of remodel.

We had a great experience working with the staff of Kitchen Depot to remodel our kitchen! This was our first major renovation project, and they were great at helping us through the entire process. They do quality work, and we are so happy with our new kitchen. We would highly recommend Kitchen Depot to anyone looking for a kitchen redesign.

They did a super job on our kitchen remodel. Took about 5 weeks but the work was done well and if I could post pictures I would. Its a husband wife operation and they did great for us. I highly recommend them!

Horrible dealing with them. Owner is nice at first but after he has your money its difficult to get him to pick up the phone and he lets the women in the office take the heat. Install was a nightmare, Im still sitting at a crooked counter that he said was the only way to install, broke bath plumbing when he forced the cabinet in because his cuts were wrong. Then wrote phone numbers on a freshly painted kitchen wall. USE ANYONE BUT KITCHEN DEPOT!!!!

I picked out a lovely granite I had not seen anywhere else. It was on one of their showroom kitchens. I was expecting granite that was similar. After my kitchen was ripped up and prepared for the granite, I discovered what was brought looked NOTHING like what I chose. As we are moving next year, I accepted. I had raised my budget considerably for this pretty granite. This granite is ugly. I hope Im the only one who thinks that. Whether intentional or accidental, the results are the same. The only call received afterwards was for the balance, no how was it? everything ok? nothing.Tried to include pics of the chosen granite and what was received but they wont post.Two year update - Two seams have come apart. And there is an area that has no sheen. Tried resealing, no success. Sub-contracter has one year warranty. Still hate it.

Terrible company!!! Very rude employees and their installers stink! My kitchen is horrible and they do not warranty their work!!! STAY AWAY!!!!
