I dont quite know where to begin, so lets start at the beginning. We met with Bob pre-Covid and got ideas and had him measure to build a proposal for a cabinet/countertop remodel for our home. He was very professional and obviously an experienced salesman/designer. We came up with a nice plan for cabinets, sink and expanded island (with peninsula). We went on hold due to Covid, but revisited and contracted in October. RED FLAG #1- FDR required a 60% deposit at the contract signing and PAYMENT IN FULL for each portion of the job as it proceeds. (When the cabinets are delivered-payment in full is due before installation. Countertop doesnt come off the truck before theyre paid in full for that portion). Ive learned from past experience to ALWAYS keep a meaningful hold-back to incentivize a contractor to complete a job . No hold-back, no leverage to complete in a timely manner. Without writing a novel, suffice it to say that I had many issues with their subs and their own installers. Every step of the way, I had to call their scheduler and logistics person Teresa numerous times to get on a schedule for install and/or repair of errors. Emails and return phone calls late night, on weekends to arrange for NEXT MORNING arrivals. Cabinet installers working on a Sunday to keep on schedule, electricians at the job at 8pm, so as not to delay the plumber (who had to be called back three times to complete the work without leaks or errors). An extended disagreement regarding the support and appearance of our oversized quartz peninsula that finally was resolved. We had to be that never-ending squeaky wheel to get the job completed to our satisfaction. I was fortunate enough that they had made a small error and I owed them a l balance towards the end, or the job may have taken even longer than the two additional months that it had already overrun. The communication with scheduling was horrible. At times bordering on rude and belittling. I must say, however that all issues which we took up with ownership or our designer were quickly addressed.The completed project? It looks great and were very happy with the final result. There were times where I felt that I was paying for a general contractor but doing the lions share of supervision and quality control on my own. We decided to skip their tile services for the backsplash. We saved about 1/3 the cost by purchasing the tile on our own and hiring a tile guy. Would we use them again? Possibly, as the work was more than acceptable when it was finally completed. I would certainly require a different payment structure, as well as some built-in scheduling guarantees and/or penalties if not adhered to.

Lots of choices with tiles back splash and cabinets. Starting price high 35000 for 10x10 kitchens. Staff respectful friendly and courteous.

This was the best project in our home! From the beginning of the design phase with Bob coming out and getting the initial design idea, to visiting the showroom to discuss materials, colors and options, we were amazed at the knowledge in functionality, availability and fit for our new kitchen. Bob was able to design the kitchen to use every space, making suggestions to make it better and, most important, not making a bad choice in design. This came from many years of experience!We meet with Fred, the owner, and Bob at the house initially to go over the final plans before things got rolling. Fred and Bob were at the job many times, meeting with the construction crews, solving small construction issues and keeping the schedule rolling.All of the construction crews were professional. Prompt, knowledgeable, and very good at what was done. Never was anything left over, no need to call back to finish something and everything was cleaned along the way. Nothing overlooked. Fred was sure to keep on schedule and there was very little downtime between stages. Fred even came in to work on a part of the project, which shows how he cares about your project.My wife was the lead point of contact for this job and the communication between her and the company was excellent. Always a phone call, email or text. Never any surprises. The fact that I was able to come home and see the progress everyday and discuss what was happening made for a good experience.The budget was spot on and any extras that were required were priced fairly. Because you always find 1 or 2 small details when the project is ongoing!I would recommend them highly to any of our friends or anyone looking for the kitchen of a lifetime.
