I stopped by the office to remodel a significant portion of our house. Jeff seemed enthusiastic about the opportunity. He came to our house, took our architectural plans, and indicated that he had some good ideas. After three and a half month of zero communication I dropped by the office again. Jeff said he didn’t have any time or ideas for us. A simple phone call would have been nice. Zero professionalism.
