Joe was beyond patient and so so helpful. Unfortunately our situation was much harder than we imagined to get into a new vehicle but he didn’t give up and stayed until closing trying to help us in anyway he could. I wish we were given this kind of courtesy and care in every experience car buying, because when we are ready to buy or lease or know someone who is- I will strictly recommend him. He truly was wonderful to us.
The sales staff were nice and professional, but the mechanics are not. They left a puddle of oil inside my truck. Yes, you read that correctly - inside my truck. Thankfully, it was on my center console, which is easy to clean. They also left oil dripping from the underside of my vehicle. I would hate to see what they do when you arent looking. I wont be going to Wallace ever again.

This dealership was amazing. We had to bring my truck in to the service department when our transmission went out on vacation 900 miles away from home. They got me in immediately and provided me a courtesy rental no charge for the time my truck was in the shop. The rep had to deal with my extended warranty company which was a nightmare, but they did it all the while keeping me updated through the process. They also expedited my repairs due to my situation being on vacation and I had to return home by a certain date being military I had no choice. They went above and beyond and t the customer service was phenomenal! I wish I could give them more stars!!
Just bought/leased my second Chevrolet from Wallace and Becky Shasteen. Becky is NOT the usual/typical new or used car salesperson. She is warm, friendly and ALWAYS available to talk about any model. ....but NOT before listening to your needs and preferences. If she and Wallace can help, she will do all she can. If they cannot, she will tell you.It is a pleasant experience buying an auto from Wallace.
Bryan the service manager is a really good guy and tries to get the problem fixed! I bought my Ram diesel from here and it was a little stressful at first but speaking with the right people at the dealership helped tremendously and they did the right thing by the customer.
Bought a truck from them brought it back to get detailed the next day and when I get the truck back huge dent in the back and a broken tail light I tell the floor manger about it and he tried to say I bought the truck like that even though his salesman told him it just happen they finally replaced my tail light and had a dent guy look at it dent guy said it needs to go to about shop so the dealership told me they would set up an appointment for me I call back a week later and told that They won’t pay for the body shop and that they would give me an oil change not to mention this is the same manager when I was purchasing the truck agreed on a price for my trade in but when I was going through the paper work it said he was giving me $500 for my trade in I would advise that no one go to this dealership as they not only try to rip you off but they don’t fix the truck after they damage it Wallace should be ashamed to let people do business like this buyer beware
