First of all, I could have bought my car there but they didn’t take me serious. I work nights so when I got there it was close to closing. They chatted me up but not really gave me a feel for their product. This has been my experience in Stuart and Honda did it too. So I went to Rick Case Hyundai in Weston and got the princess treatment. I bought the Sonata Limited and I love it! I must say the service department was awesome, and Paul was very kind and made me feel comfortable that I had gone there for service.
I purchased a used Hyundai a few years back. The salesman, whose name escapes me, promised to obtain a second key fob for me. I persistently called for weeks and he never got back to me. I figured it wasnt the end of the world, so I eventually let it go and stopped trying him several times a day. Fast forward to present day. My husband & I got a flat tire in the middle of the night on the way home from the airport. He got out to grab the spare, so we could get the car home. There was NO SPARE TIRE! We had to gimp the car home on the flat, 4 miles (*Thank God this didnt happen further from home). Today he was planning on purchasing a new tire and putting it on so we could get the car to a tire service for all new tires, but there was NO JACK. We cant use the jack from his SUV on my Hyundai. So now we must use our AAA & pay extra money to get it towed to the tire place. Moral of the story - 1st - always check that your used car has a spare, a jack & a manual (*which was also missing). And 2nd - used car salesmen are always going to be used car salesmen.
Hi, just want to give a shout out to the service department and their employees. Had a great experience. There was an employee that really stuck out, her name was Ann. She was amazing. Very hard worker, she was so on the ball was very busy and she handled it like a pro was very friendly and helpful. If she did not have an answer for a question she went out of her way to find the answer. However, there was another employee that was working that day as well did not get her name. She was very young and a brunette. She was on the phone while eating and was not helpful by any means. You really need to value your good, hard working employees. I will definitely recommend you all and will continue to go there. Thanks to Ann.
Purchased a new car from here. The brakes were squeaking from the get go. I thought it would go away, it did not. When I brought it in to have have it looked at, they told me it was because of the rain, or maybe from sitting on the docks, and it will go away. I didnt accept either of these explanations and the noise never went away. Finally they managed to get rid of it by shaving or replacing the rotors (so they say).Wanted to schedule an oil change I was told the next available time was 2 weeks and the change will take 2-3 hours. For an oil change.15,000 miles service, brakes still squeaking, was told about the rain and the docks again. Then the manager said that other customers have had this problem so they ordered something specifically to fix it and will call me when it arrives....1 month later I didnt hear anything, so I called. They never ordered the part and said they will get to the bottom of it and call me back. One week goes by, nothing. I called again and was told they would call me back. Nothing. So here I am. I would never buy from here again or recommend anyone to buy or service their vehicle here. I also had a bad experience on purchase day and others with sales staff. Inattentive, unprofessional. I am not upset about this. I just wish something was done to improve the quality of service at this branch.
I was only there because my 2018 Mazda threw a check engine light. I was just browsing when I was asked if I would be interested in purchasing. I told the lady not really, but she introduced me to a salesman named Mark. He asked if I were to upgrade my current car what were the must have features. He showed me a SEL with convenience package; after seeing the price I fell in love. We couldnt do much of a test drive because I had my young kids and their car seats were in my car. He let me take it home for a few hours and helped install the car seats. I returned the car that day. I decided that was car for me and went forward with the purchase the following day. Both days everyone there was extremely nice and kid friendly! They gave my kids balloons, pretzels, and golf cart rides. Ive never had an easier car buying experience! Mark never pressured me to buy a car I didnt want. He listened to my wants, needs, and stayed in my budget! This truly was a great car buying experience! Wallace Hyundai has earned a customer! Thanks Mark for my beautiful Santa FE!Id like to add that the service department is the worst! Took my husbands 2017 Santa Fe in for a recall. He arrived at 8 am and was told it would be about a hour. A hour later his car is still sitting where he left it. At 10:45 am after no update, he asked what was going on. He was told oh we have to order the part. What waste of time!! Their service department wont be getting our business. Im not taking my brand new car to a service department that wants to waste time.
Only my second time buying a car but JC made it seamless and enjoyable. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable about all the aspects of car buying but about the features in the car I was looking at as well! All of my questions were answered with ease making this experience top notch! I will definitely be returning my business when I need my next vehicle.
My daughter has a Hyundai that’s two years old the air conditioner quit blowing cold so we took it there because it’s still under warranty it has less than 24,000 miles on it. they told her it was $111 dollars the reason why her air conditioner which blowing little warm was because it was low on Freon but that’s regular maintenance it’s not covered under warranty now it’s two weeks later we’re taking the car back for the same thingHere’s the update come to find out It was the air compressor leaking Freon. After she made a few phone calls they did refund the $111dollars to herSo I must say they ended up doing the right thing bye refunding her money
Steve and Chris in the service department were awesome. Sami Souliamon in sales is the absolute best. These three guys should be running the place.Guys in sales answering phone sound like theyre answering phones in a House of ill Repute. Their greeting is nauseating. Get a gal to answer the phones. Sales guys parade around like theyre strutting the catwalk... Arrogant and Hispanic Mgr is rude and needs an attitude adjustment..
I called on the phone and spoke to Jerome the sale person about purchasing a new 2022 Hyundai Elantra, he said the Wallace dealership had 1 in stock. He then states that he would hold on to this for me for 30 minutes until I arrived to the dealership. I got there in 22 minutes and I was told it was sold. I asked where the car was becuase I know that it is not possible that they could have sold this car in 22 minutes. They lied and told me the customer left with the car and no one knew anything about this car being sold. The truth is they lied to me to get me to waste my time and come in to the dealer to sell me another car. I WOULD NEVER BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP.

When we arrived at Wallace Hyundai on July 8, we were greeted by salesman Manny Singh who was extremely polite and helpful. He went above and beyond in helping us with selecting our next vehicle. There was no pressure which was very refreshing. We traded in our older model Hyundai vehicle and we were offered a very fair price. We ended up getting a low mileage newer used vehicle which he sold us at a reasonable price. We were impressed with the vehicle condition which looked brand new.Their finance manager, Gary Bauer, was super friendly and had our paperwork process completed in a timely manner. He made the process stress free.When we got our new vehicle, Manny took the time in setting it up and explaining all of the features in helping our transition. A couple hours after we left, we got a call from Manny and he asked how we were doing, how we liked our new vehicle, and if we had any questions. He thanked us for our business. He said for us to call him anytime if we had any questions. This showed he cared about us as customers.Today, July 9, we got another call from Manny asking how we were doing and how we liked our vehicle? He was so kind and again said for us to call him if we had any questions. My husband had an appointment for his car @ 12Noon. He brought the car to the Service area @ 11:30 am. He got the car back at 4:45 Pm.They changed the oil, checked the evac system and added a little coolant. On the invoice he was charged for 1 hour of labor. He sat in the waiting room all that time and no one gave him an update or even came to him to tell him the car was ready. Poor communication and customer service.
I would like to thank Steve and Jessica in the service department at Wallace Hyundai. They went above and beyond and I just wanted to thank you guys!!! Rick the service technician was able to figure out the evil noise coming from my car. I brought my car here because Honda couldnt figure it out. Thank you for getting me back on the road and with no more noise... It was the Brake wear indicator tab making all the noise... So if you have an issue with your car that you cant seem to figure out I highly recommend taking your vehicle here.
Good experience and our sales person AJ was great and not pushy. Showed me how to maneuver the basics of the car and called the next day to see how things were going and did I have any questions. Stated he is always available if I needed to contact him.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Very horrible experience with this dealership. Please read and be warned. I closed on a new vehicle four months ago, our sales associate Sammy agreed to a 2% APR for our agreement. At closing their deceiving closing manager failed to show us the 5.5% APR at closing they stuck us with at a 780 credit score!! I come to find out about the scam four months later when I get an offer for a low APR. This dealership is awful! We have never felt so deceived in sales before. They show you one APR and option in the sales office and get you to sign off on a totally different APR at closing. The closing paper work was presented in a deceiving hidden manner failing to show and communicate the APR. Do not shop here be where and check all aspects with their closing sharks. Do yourself a favor and shop online or at a different dealership because this one will not get you the best deal. They will show you a fake paper in the sales office with a monthly payment and a fake APR and you won’t see that paper again because the sales person keeps that paper. Do not trust them.
Worth driving 35 miles to Stuart. Excellent sales staff.Wallace Hyundai made me feel like I was buying a Genesis. Listened to my needs, made good recommendations and negotiated fairly. Had been to another Hyundai dealership in PBC but the salesman lied about a number of things and the sales mgr. presented prices higher than those advertised online or initially quoted by the salesman. When I confronted him, he said ads are bulls**t. He was a rude individual and made the initial sales process very uncomfortable. Go to Wallace!

Do yourself a favor and do not trust the managers here. open your eyes and read I call the store before I went and they ensure me the price of a car, when I got there the price was totally different the sales associate very polite told me this was a mistake. but the Manager not only give me a higher price compare to other dealers also was trying to charge me for the license plate 700. is usually less than 450 WHAT..... they like to over price all. they call me 15 minutes prior my appointment to confirm I was going and also ensure me the price. What they are doing is wrong. If you decide to go there go visit another dealers ask compare prices because here they like lo lie to the clients.I Purchase my Palisade car in plantation Rick Case Hyundai very nice people but the more important part transparent and truly employees is worth the drive I promise you.

Well where do I start with these un-professional people that work for Wallace. I’ve tried to reach a service advisor for the last two days about seeing if my car can have warranty work because the transferable warranty is still active. Well I’ve left messages, tried calling different departments as well. I swear, it’s like they are allergic to picking up the phone. Finally, I tried to circumvent this issue by talking to a scheduling agent to see if I can get help. Didn’t even get a chance to fully explain my situation before I was rudely cut off and spoke over. So I promptly said back, I guess nobody here likes to properly do their job and hung up. How Wallace has stayed open with this sub-par level of customer service absolutely astounds me. I’d rather drive 30 miles north to route 60 than save time and deal with them.

The sales person and one of the supervisors were pretty friendly and professional. However one of the GM was very rude and unprofessional borderline disrespectful. There is more than one GM therefore I will try dealing with one of the other GMs if I ever decide to purchase from them ever again.

I purchased a brand new Hyundai palisade 2021 from Wallace Hyundai my salesman‘s name was Chuck and the credit manager‘s name was Ricardo. I have bought several cars throughout my lifetime and I have never been treated so badly in a dealership in my entire life. My deal started out with talking to the sales manager John Randall. I called the dealership a few months before and John Randall told me to check around and he would beat whatever price I got when I called him back in a couple of months and he quoted me a price of 489 per month. After talking to John and trying to communicate with the dealership was absolutely impossible I finally got to the point of buying the vehicle and had to go into the finance department which was A complete mess. Upon sitting down with Ricardo he expressed to me that the payment finance rate would be 3.65 which we were promised 1.99 which consequently never happened and we ended up settling at 2.99. We ended up with the deal also asking for all weather mats which they told me at the time of purchasing the car that would be no problem five weeks later we are still waiting for all weather mats. When you call the dealership they just ignore you after the sale which is not a proper way to run a business after you spent nearly $50,000 for a car. I am writing this Google review so hopefully other people will be warned before they walk into this dealership I am now waiting for another temporary paper plate because I have not gotten my registration yet from the dealership I talked to Ricardo in finance and he said that it would be overnighted and I’m on my third day with no plate and cannot drive my car because I will be driving it illegally.Please read this review in its entirety I will keep on posting as my problems occur with Wallace Hyundai in Stuart Florida thank you.
Wallace Hyundai did a great job beyond my expectation. Searching for an affordable car that has my spec wasnt quite easy until I finally saw the exact car I wanted in Wallace Hyundai. After checking reviews, I immediately contacted Wallace Hyundai and a service agent, John Randall reached out to me. My concern was the location because I am in Connecticut and Wallace Hyundai is in Florida. I couldnt travel to Florida for a drive test and vehicle inspection because of my tight job schedule. Guys!!! John Randall was fantastic, he was so genuine, detailed and smart. He was available for calls 24/7, his constant communication was awesome. He literally bought my confidence and gave me a personalized service. At this point, I decided trust Wallace and proceed with the purchase online. I did all my purchase, paper works and transaction online. Then my car was shipped to me in Connecticut, behold it was more than my expectation. No dent, no scratch, full gas tank...lol, customized key holder. Mehn! I will trust this company over and over again for my next purchase. I recommend Wallace Hyundai 100% . I went to buy a Genesis GV80 ($60k)from them and it’s very concerning when I am there over the weekend and I see on the sticker that they’ve added “Southeast region adjustments” of just $3999 and then “Limited availability” of another $1000 oh and there is a dealer fee of $899. Limited availability well there were tons of leftover 2021s on the lot, so why the charge? This turned me away immediately! Calling Napeltons today. How can they justify this?

From buying my car at the price I was quoted on the phone, without all the ridiculous back-and-forth at the dealer, to getting my car serviced with no problems, I love Wallace Hyundai in Stuart, Fl. I live in Delray Beach and find it is worth the drive to Stuart to avoid getting ripped-off by closer dealers. The service people are courteous, friendly, helpful, and honest.

Lack of communication between staff regarding status of customers cars. They will stand around and talk about anything, but no one knows about your car, or status, or even that you had been there multiple times before. Every time I go they dont know about my maintenance package associated to my car and I have to re explain and provide contacts and phone numbers. They dont keep track of this stuff?UPDATE: attempts were made to contact me, email some phone calls were all ignored, as a firmly believe the only help for this location is full retraining and revamping of their staff .That being said, though I have a prepaid maintenance package, I took my car to a quicky oil change location, preferring to pay for the oil change than to deal with the poor service at Wallace. Glad I did. 30k maintenance inspection done at Wallace apparently doesnt include air filters, even if it is included in your maintenance package and required by manufacturer for maintenance on car? I cant stress disappointment enough. Do not get your car serviced at Wallace.

I visited this dealership twice within 2 days because I was told to come back today due to the fact that they found 2 vehicles that I was very interested it. Then I was directed to a different person that the person o spoke with yesterday. I asked if I was dealing with the same salesman today and I was told yes. That was not true. I was provided with another salesman that had NONE of my information from the day before, INCLUDING my credit information and the model I was interested in. I was told by Christian the manager that I needed to save money and that I didn’t have the “right credit” for the models I liked. Why was I told that when they told me that they didn’t have any of the information from the day before? Christian was very rude and tried to talk over me when I was trying to ask a question about the previous salesman that I requested. I also requested to look at other vehicles, and was told AGAIN that they weren’t going to “fit my credit level” I’ll never deal with this dealership again. This gives such a bad name for these places. This is such a shame when we are experiencing a very stressful pandemic at this time.

Wallace Hyundai takes advantage of the elderly.My 90yo impaired grandmother has wandered into this dealership 3 different times in the past year only to go home with another unwanted and unneeded vehicle.The last exploitation by Wallace Hyundai involved a FULLY LOADED car that has a trunk that opens so high that when my grandmother can figure out how to open it, she cant reach the top to close it properly. The keyless start confuses her and it has a sunroof. She had come into the dealership with a base model they had slammed her into months before. They always charge her full price with no incentives or discounts and low ball her on her trade in.Any reputable business that deals with the elderly would be properly trained to see the warning flags. They would do their best to persuade or disapprove of another purchase without further investigation. At the very least they would sell a car compatible to the buyers needs. Service department is HORRIBLE with communication. When you call, no one ever answers and no one calls back. I understand being too busy to answer but CALL YOUR CUSTOMERS BACK so they know when their car will be ready! This is day 3 without a car. No answer at the svc dept and no call back yet. Makes me never want to buy a hyundai again.
I brought my 2020 Santa Fee SEL 2.0T in for the first oil change, which was complimentary. While I had a advance appointment, upon check-in I wad informed in would take 1.5 hours. No explanation was given as to why. This is DOUBLE industry standard for such a simple task. Why make appointments if you can drive in elsewhere and get the work completed in 30-40 mins? Since this was my first & only service experience at Wallace Hyundai - Volvo I am disappointed in how I was treated. My point of reference is my last vehicle, a Ford Fusion that was serviced at Advantage Ford. There the entire process was faster, smoother and more courteous. I am considering going elsewhere for my future service needs.

Make sure you verify a shuttle will be available to take you home or to work before you drop off you car. Their shuttle service is unreliable.
Had a great experience at Wallace Hyundai in Stuart. The entire process from when we first walked in to leaving with our new Sonata was easy, comfortable, and low pressure. Our sales person Jairo was very educated on all makes and models. I would highly recommend anyone shopping for a Hyundai to ask for Jairo!

Ended up buying a brand new 2021 Kona.I thought I got a pretty good deal. But now it needs maintenance. The vehicle has 3800 miles on it. So what kind of maintenance do they send me coupons for? Cooling system maintenance and timing belt replacement. If this vehicle needs any of those things at 6 months old come get this car. Ill buy something else. Oh. And the people who schedule the maintenance of the vehicle do not have access to the details of your purchase. So they dont know if you have the free maintenance for 5 years or not. I think this is run by a used car salesman. To bad I bought a brand new one.

Lora customer service representative said the following things to me on my visit,1. I dont have time to review your car history2. If youre unhappy here take your car back to Napleton Hyundai3. We are not here to just give you parts.Steve customer service representative said the following things to me on my visit less than a month ago,1. You dont have a warranty on your car you will have to pay2. You have a Black Genesis.Well mind you the representative Lora was the nicest person you want to meet until you ask questions. She was obviously unprepared to answer the questions and explain the work that was done to my car. And instead of utilizing her resources she became disrespectful and condescending.As far as Steve issue in regards to me not having a warranty I had to inform him that I have a Grey Genesis and havent had a Black one in two years. Maybe if he got up from his desk he would have notice I drove up in a grey one.. Mind you after a lengthy conversation I provided a copy of my warranty to Chris the Manager.I recieved an apology from Steve.No apology from Lora. She just ended our conversation via phone and transferred the call to Chris the manager.Unfortunately this is a stressful time for everyone. However regardless there are ways to handle things without loosing loyal customers. I do want to take the time out to also acknowledge those at Wallace Hyundai for their help and attention to my concerns.
I have driven my Hyundai Tuson SUV for 14 years, and have had NO issues whatsoever. I decided to buy another which I absolutely love!! The staff at WALLACE Hyundai is friendly and knowledgeable. The store was clean and not over crowded due to Covid restrictions, and the staff wore masks.I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND WALLACE HYUNDAI.

I walked into Wallace Hyundai with a bad situation ( high apr, a lot still owed on my current vehicle, and barely any money). Brandon Lee listened to my every want and need and went to work along with AJ and Rico and I left there with a wayyyy better vehicle, a incredible trade in offer, better interest rate, and low monthly payments. They helped pick the car for me based on listening to my needs and my lifestyle and set it up to financially make sense for me. I agreed to the apr initially given to me and then Rico went ahead and worked even harder to get me an even better rate (one that I didnt even think was possible for me to get) ANDDD got my payments lowered. If you’re in doubt on what you’re car situation could be, go see these guys and I guarantee they will surprise you. 10/10 recommend.In addition (7-7-2021)- Jessica in the service department is the absolute best! Excellent costumer service and goes above and beyond to help and got my car in and out. Smooth and pain free process overall!P.S. Very easy to schedule maintenance. I just drop off my vehicle, am transported to my home & called when its time to pick up vehicle. Transportation is provided for the return trip to the dealership.

This is my second car Ive bought from Wallace Hyundai. The Customer Service is exceptional.
Let me begin with don’t waste your time. Went on Sunday to look at a possible new car. Put on our masks and went to a few dealerships. Had my eye on a particular Hyundai, they told me they could definitely get it in my color, it was available. Since cashier wasn’t there the salesman John wrote down my credit card number and told me that the car should be there by Wednesday for sure (he’s off Tuesday) and he’ll do the $500 deposit Monday morning and text me to confirm. Monday morning, no text. Monday night they call at 7pm and want us to come in to fill out paperwork. We said no, we’ll do the paperwork when we get the car. Tuesday we get a call they have the car, someone is covering for John, so we go there. Car is being washed, ask if I want to do the paperwork, I say I want to see the car first. It’s being washed. Sure enough, wrong color. Sales Manager John promises he’ll fix it, he knows the car is available and he would call us in two hours or by closing. No call...all day Wednesday, no call. By now, done with the runaround. BUT, without my authorization, Wednesday night $1000 charged on my card to Wallace Hyundai, backdated to 8/31. There is no way I would buy a car from this dealership. I would give a zero if I could.
Buying my daughter’s new Sonata at Wallace Hyundai was one of the best car buying experiences I’ve had. The staff was honest, transparent, and professional. The general manager, Amir Saleem; the sales manager, Christian Umanzor; and the sales & leasing consultant, Manny Singh were extremely attentive to my needs. They understood my time was valuable and limited. The entire transaction took just under an hour. Wallace Hyundai staff provided me with the payments I asked for, not a penny more. At no time did anyone try to haggle prices with me. Penny Bauer, the finance manager was pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional. She didn’t try to sell me additional insurance coverage, maintenance.
