The English is Broken and unclear at times and to have something redone they wanna charge you!! It’s unprofessional and unappreciated that they speak another language when you sitting in front of you and talking with a fellow coworker

My normal nail salon is closed so I gave this salon a try, big mistake. I got a dip...all of my nails are a different shape, the dip is bumpy and uneven and the top coat looks terrible, like didnt even cover my whole nail. NEVER again. I literally could have did a better job myself.

After reading some of the past reviews I’m pretty sure I was ripped off. I paid $40 for an acrylic fill and 1 nail repair. I’m in the area from SC for a couple of months. Maybe $40 is the going rate around here but in the Carolina’s the most I’ve ever paid for the same exact service is $25. Guess I’ll be shopping around.

Terrible experience. It looks like I had a witness on that experience in other reviews bellow. I was asked to leave the salon after they peeled the old gel off my nails and I asked them how long it would take to finish the job. I asked them to finish my manicure and they still wanted me to leave with damaged nails. The manager Rose Vo called the police and they kicked me out of the salon. Attached please see the pictures of my nails right after I was kicked out and the police report as a proof. Would leave zero stars if I could. Avoid this salon by any means. I have also filed the complaint to Better Business Bureau.

This is my go to spot. Theyve been busier than usual lately but I still get great service. Unclear if they still do nail art as Ive requested it twice now the last two times and the first time they said sure and once I had my color painted on I was told no nail art. The second time I wanted a pretty simple design and ended up keeping it simple. Still a nice atmosphere and nice employees.

I have passed this salon many times. Wow I should not have. Perfect pedicure.

Went in because my regular nail place was closed and I needed a fill. Got stiletto nails trimmed down. Nails were different lengths on each hand and my thumb nail was crooked. Will never go back.

I have a regular nail tech close to home whom I love! But occasionally she’s to busy to do my toes! I always come here at the spur of the moments visits. Everyone is personable and kind. I’m always pleased with the outcome and never have to wait.

Rushed my nails

I wish i knew how to post a picture because my nails look amazing. i came in around 4:30 after work and my nails look beautiful. i received a fill, which was only $25, ($20 regularly but i had a nail or two pop off that needed replaced). my nail tech most certainly took her time and ive never been more satisfied!

Does really good nails but at the same time and each time the nail tech kept stopping to answer the phone as well as catering to other customers while doing my nails. Very busy seem as tho they try to hurry to get you out is there........ not taking “Pride” in yo their work.....which isn’t good at at!!!!!!

Finally found a salon to call mine! Its clean, professional....and affordable! Quality workmanship and genuine people. They do get busy she said so if possible make an appointment if you know when you want to come. I feel pampered and refreshed...Thank You!

I have been coming to this salon for years. My nails and toes are always beautiful. I typically get my nails done my Rose and shes wonderful. Ive never had a bad experience at this salon.

My friend and I went yesterday which was a Saturday.. I wish I could say I had a great experience, but sadly I didn’t. The nail tech I had started with me before my friend started to get hers done... IT TOOK THE LADY OVER AN HOUR TO DO ROUNDED NAILS!!! She argued with me about the length of my nails.. she had an attitude A REALLY BAD ONE AT THAT over all. I have a SIMPLE design to follow, she epically failed... looks like my 2 year old niece tried to do it... Charged me as well as my friend ridiculous prices... DO NOT GO HERE, PLEASE GO ELSE WHERE!!😒

I went here as a last minute choice because my usual nail salon is in Solon and didnt have the time to go there to get my nails done before a wedding. I was taken back about 10ish minutes after walking in so not a long wait. I got a full and gel polish and Grace did a wonderful job. The only nail tech that Ive gone to that didnt make me feel rushed and felt like I was talking to a friend. Prices are very reasonable too. I paid a little less than I normally do at my other salon. Bonus is that it is much closer to home for me so I call that a win!

I am EXTREMELY disappointed with this place. I have a regular nail girl I go to, but its a drive. Being that TA is close to where I work, I thought it would be nice to enjoy a pedicure during my lunch break for a change so I gave it a shot.The girl doing my pedicure was obviously new with little prior training. I was told my pedicure tub was ready, but when I walked over to the chair it was filthy from the previous customer. I started cleaning it myself before anyone noticed it was dirty and finally they came over to properly sanitize it. Aside from nicking my cuticles a few times close to the point of bleeding, the girl succeeded in making me bleed (a lot) with the foot file. Once she started polishing, she hastily threw a couple coats on my nails and when I went to look at them she quickly told me not to look yet. She then got a cup of nail polish remover and had to go around every. single. one. of my nails to clean them ALL up. If thats what I wanted, I would have done them myself!! On top of that, the remover stung badly on all of the places she had just nicked & cut me.I feel bad writing this because the girl was very nice; however, she clearly has not had any proper training. Shame on the business for allowing someone with her (lack of) skill-set to work with paying customers. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Would not recommend or go back!This was my second or third time here.I had a gel polish placed and on and off I was telling the lady doing my nails that the light burns my nails a little. I was ok until she did my ring finger with glitter and that burned and stung so bad I yanked it out. She quickly wiped it off and moved on to other hand. I noticed that the nail polish was pressed down on one end and I told her but she said it was ok.Same thing happened to the other hand- the ring finger burned and I yanked it out again!I then told the lady at cash register and she didnt speak English and got another younger girl who basically told me no ones ever complained about that and walked away! Very rude!I still paid full amount and some tip.my nails still have some sting and some burning sensations. I asked them if I will have any side effects and they said no and never heard this.Will never be going back and too traumatized to even have another gel treatment!

Made an appointment and still had to wait 40 minutes for them to begin working on my nails. I got a french acrylic manicure and the white started chipping off after one day. 5 days after I got them done part of the acrylic nail of one finger fell off. I have had acrylics before from different nail salons and I have never had this problem before. Definitaly not worth the $35!

T.A nails is by far the best place I have went to to get my nails done ! Everyone was very welcoming and they did a fantastic job 😊

I decided to try this place out and i will NOT be back.Got a gel polish and an hour after i left they started peeling! I called and went back and they said it was the color i had so they told me to pick another. Well this new one had lasted 2 days before peeling again! I searched google and im pretty positive they were not using a top coat. My nails look terrible after 2 days!! Usually gel stays on for 2 weeks.

Pedicures with Ken are always GREAT. But ny manicure today was terrible. I could have done a better job.

Grace is the best! She knows how I like my nails and is friendly. Wait usually long if you dont have an appointment.

If I could rate this place 0 stars, I would. I got a full set of acrylics put on, and boy what a mistake. This place is the epitome of “you get what you pay for.” The people are SO RUDE. I couldn’t tell you my tech’s name because she didn’t speak to me and had ear buds in the entire time. It looks like my 10 year old son tried to do my nails. I showed her a picture of what I wanted. Both of my middle fingers are crooked. Both of my thumbs are gigantic on my nailbed and too skinny up top. Every nail is so thick they look like I’ve been getting my nails done for months without getting a new set. It took so long that I had to pay extra for gel because I had to get going. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY AT THIS “SALON.”

They promised the nails to least 3 weeks my nails started to fallen off after one week. Went there to complain the lady was very rude. Never coming back to this place again. They also don’t paint the nail all the way.

Just had the worst experience ever.I decided to do a mani pedi.They decided to paint my gel at the same time as my pedi.when I looked down at my pedi I notice my nails was cut extremely short and uneven.when I brought it to their attention they was completely disrespectful to me as if I was wrong for not saying anything sooner.i didnt notice since they decided to do my finger nails at the same time.Also the nail tech accidentally poke me on the side of my foot when she ment to wipe it off on the towel.As I brought to the managers attention because I bleed I wanted to make sure they cleaned their tools after,she basically insisted I was lying. I Never had such an horrible experience.I understanding the nail tech is young and training but the customer experience should matter.I will not be going back here again

Good service but it takes a long time

I visited this place on July 6, with services totaling $92.00. (Mani gel in French Manicure color & matching Pedi Spa #2 then eyebrow wax) Not sure why Ohio prices are more expensive because I get the same services every month at any nail salon in Miami for $68.00, but ok I was due for maintenance. So I waited 25 mins as I was next in line with 1 customer ahead of me. I was asked to pick a color and I stated I was getting a French manicure. So this information was then translated in Vietnamese to another tech I’m assuming as I was directed to sit in the massage chair. Next a 3rd tech then started asking me what type of pedicure so I then repeated the information to him that it was French pedicure. Near completion, a 4th tech handled me a bowl and told me to soak my hands why I was still awkwardly in the pedi chair. Next the previous tech #2 attempts to place my wet polish feet into my flip flops and smudged my toe. She only fixed it because I complained. Then I was directed to sit at the mani table to complete the mani & did not receive a hand massage afterwards. Last, I was directed to the massage table to get my eyebrows waxed. The #1 tech asks how would I like my brows & I stated just a clean up not too much off because they are thinly arched. So she then laughed and asked why do my eyebrows grow like that and made a random statement that ppl from India grow thick brows. After my 3.5 hr ordeal I didn’t even feel like shopping so I went to the register paid for my services and signed the receipt. The 4th tech that didn’t give the hand massage as a part of my manicure then asked why wasn’t I satisfied with my services I’m assuming because I didn’t leave any tip on the receipt

Bad experience I spent a lot of money with them for a pedicure and a full set.. my tech was a 80 year old lady she messed my nails up so bad I have 2 crooked nails & air pockets under my gel.. and I told her I didn’t like how she placed them and told me after she puts the acrylic on it will straighten out. I would not recommend going to her!
