Great service and friendly staff even when they are busy. MUCH better than another nail salon on Market Street in Streetsboro. Awesome place.

I have gone here this is my third time,I requested Heather the last two times and will continue to go to her, she very good and this time when I went into get my fill I got a Pedi and she was just as awsome at that,i highly reccomends her .

First and last time customer. I usually do my own nails but after working 45-50 hr a week (not nails) for the last month. So I decided to treat myself to a full set by a “professional”. I made my appointment two weeks in advance and was told the last appointment was at 5pm. I told her I got off work at 4:30 and it would hard to make that time but insisted it was the best she could do even though they close at 7pm. I was on time tho but they were running behind. And to my surprise while I was being served at least 5-6 customers came in after my appointment began. I wanted a short natural nail and I got transparent nubs. For the lady to be doing my nails to be the manager there was absolutely embarrassing. I didn’t want polish because I have my own uv lamp at home. But to not finish without cleaning up around my cuticles and topping off with cuticle oil was it for me. On top of that the customer service was meek and lacked on many levels. No manners whatsoever. Never again!

I sat right down with no wait and got a really good manicure with shellac. The place is no frills but hey. My nails looked good and the price was fair.

Every time I come here the staff is always friendly. There is rarely a time I have to wait but when I do have to wait its only for a few minutes. The guy there is my favorite. He does my pedicures and he is really good makes sure my nails r cut down and clean.

I have gone here twice. I have gotten pink and whites for at least five years at C-Nails in Stow. It is now a little out of my way, and I was looking for someplace closer to home. Asked for pink and whites at Regal, and was told it would be cheaper in the long run to go with their French manicure. Removing the nails I had done previously, doing the French manicure and getting a gel topcoat cost $80. Shocked, I didn’t question it until I returned for the fill. I asked for a pricing structure to help me understand the charges. She insisted she did not charge me that much the first go round. As I paid with cash, and did not get a receipt, I had no way to dispute it with evidence. The fill ended up being almost $50 - which is still more expensive than the full pink and white set from C-Nails in Stow. Regal charges a separate charge for each service: one charge for the acrylic or gel nails; one charge for the French manicure, one charge for the top coat. And an extra charge for “longer” nails. And my nails look terrible after a week. Even though Regal insists they use “top of the line products”, the top coat absorbs dyed color from fabrics I come in contact with, and both times, the “whites” of my nails had a red tinge within a week. Top coat chips off easily. They won’t be getting a third visit from me! Looks like I will need to put up with the extra bit of drive to ensure I get quality nails without getting ripped off in the process, or continue my search for a quality salon closer to home.

Lonnie its hilarious and its such a joy to go there. this is the only Salon I have ever been to wear if they know everyone by their first name. They make it feel very comfortable and very enjoyable for you. Will does beautiful work as well as Lonnie. I transferred from a local Salon to Regal Nails because theyvet made its such a nice and personal experience

One of my nails broke as soon as I got home!!😪 She didnt put very much acrylic on the nails. Also they charged me $30.00 just to fill thwm!!

I paid $65 For my nails to be done at the salon I tipped $20 the very next day four of the nails were broken I went back in to have them fixed a different much nicer woman fixed my nails and tried to tell me that the reason that they broke was because they were long or that potentially I was heavy-handed. She only fix the nails that were broken and did not fix the nails that were still previously done by the other nail tech . The following morning I woke up and four of the nails from the other nail tech we’re completely broken off, painfully broken off. I asked for a refund and was told that they couldn’t do that she offered to fix the broken nails I explained that I did not want them fixed I just wanted my money back which did not happen . So now two days later I am leaving with five broken acrylic nails being told that it’s my own fault for them being too long and being heavy-handed and now I am out $100 because they tipped the woman who fixed the first broken nails .Needless to say I am very upset and would not recommend anyone going here to get their nails done

Love the staff who are very friendly and hard working and do a beautiful job! I brought my Mom along with me for the first time last month. She could not believe the full service and quality of her pedicure for the price and couldnt stop talking about our visit! We will both be back soon! 😊

I had the BEST experience here. They were very friendly and made you feel welcome. My nails turned out amazing! I couldnt be happier. My fingers are very sensitive and they were careful and gentle while still working quickly. I can not say enough good things about this salon and its staff! I will definitely be coming back

Staff is very friendly. Prices are good. Im very picky with my nails and never seemed to find the right place. Been going here for about 3months now and i wont go anywhere else now! Plus they have mood changing polish!

Very disappointed! Person who did mine had made me bleed pretty heavily (which rarely happens) and didn’t say anything just kept going... gross factor for sure. Then when I asked for a white tip he said that’s not how then picture looked. I know that but it’s what I was wanting from the start. Sheesh. Never going there again!

The owner is very nice and friendly. Shes great at what she does. My eyebrows are finally looking good.

I don’t went today to try and get a soak off. I arrive at 4:08pm. The lady tells me oh no honey I can’t help you we take our last client at 4. I proceeded to say you close at 5 right. She says yes. You have 4 other employees just sitting on their behinds that could have done the soak off. A soak off doesn’t take that long. !!! Now I see why I haven’t been to that location in 5 years

The owner is the rudest person I have ever met. She talks about her customers while they still in there. She only treats her regulars with kind and respect. Not only that they over charge for everything . Prices are listed but when she looks at your nails the price doubles. They are also understaffed so you will wait at least 45min and this is after you call and owner says no waiting. This place has the WORST customer service. I will never go back. Please dont waste your money or your 45 min wait going here. You will regret it!!!

Due to the utter disrespect at the aurora/reminderville location, Im going to give this location 1 star. That location closes over an hour before the posted time and didnt tell my wife until she signed it, and sat there waiting for 20 minutes. The reason? They had to go to a party. Find another salon chain!

Even if you have an appointment they dont care, they will still take walk ins a head of you, as long as they know them. I made sure my nails were dry at the salon but as soon as I got home the ugly pile of yellowish (I wanted gold) that the man clumped up by my cuticle smeared off to the side and hardened there. My nails are ugly! It looks like a kindergarten attempted at the picture I showed him, and they arent even difficult all I wanted was the tops gold glitter and all the rest pink.

Wouldnt really reccommend. The service was alright, the woman that did my nails was a bit rough. I wasnt happy because I was charged an extra $3 for my nails being long. Which isnt true, my nails are 1/4 inch. Which I have to have for work. All and all my experience was poor.

Terrible I was told about an hour wait at 1:20 and its 3:13 and Im still waiting because they dont call you they skip over you!! Will take my business elsewhere!
