I have been here 2 times and each time was great! Courtney was my technician and she did a wonderful job at each visit. She is friendly, professional, and offers good advise on nail design/color. The salon is clean and inviting, 10/10 would visit again.

I used to work in Streetsboro & thankfully, Aria nails had time to do a mani/pedi for me before leaving on vacation! That was about 4 years ago and Ive since not gone anywhere else! Amber does an awesome job and helps me figure out what I want when Im indecisive. All the ladies who work there are awesome with their skill, talented, and make you feel welcome! The establishment is clean & maintains high cleanliness standards. They can book up quickly, so its best to not wait until the last minute if you need something done. Dont be mad if they cant get you in the same day; plan ahead - even if by a couple days! 😉 Its wonderful to know I can rely on such a great place to beautify my nails for special occasions, or just my regular day to day life!

Picked this salon for my wedding nails and very impressed with their work. Second time Ive been there and the staff is great and the nails always look so good! COVID made it so only two people could be worked on at once, but we still made it work.

I made an appointment for me and my 4 year old daughter for matching manicures. Amber delivered. My daughter is so happy. I will not go anywhere else. Im also driving 20 minutes one way just to visit. The staff is always kind and nake you feel so welcome.

First visit was 10 out of 10 back in 2017 for my prom nails. Custermer service was excellent, and the nails on my fingers and toes lasted for weeks. Last visit was back in October 2020. Me and my husband were the only ones there as we had came early as soon as they opened on a week day and was told theyre waiting on new pedi chairs to arrive as the current ones were in awful condition. Even though we were the only customers there we were still given broken seats (both did not message while my foot bowl apparently leaked at times) and was still fully charged as if we had a full spa experience. Out of all the chairs Im sure there were better options even if we couldnt sit by each other. If it wasnt for the friendliness Id give 1 star.

All of the girls here are so nice and they do such a wonderful job. I have been getting my nails done here for over a year consecutively because their gel polish actually stays on! I can wash dishes and garden and the gel will not peel off. Also, the girls will actually sit there and talk to you when you are getting your nails done and they get to know you. They also have great little snacks like chocolate pretzels there.

My self and 2 people signed in. No on said hello our acknowledge we came in. They let us sit about 20 minutes before someone came up and said they were to busy to take walk ins. I understand but you shouldnt have let us sit so long and then tell us.

I came early too just in case they were to seat someone else thinking I was a no show. I loved the nails but wouldnt wait almost an hour to get them WITH an appointment scheduled days in advance. I love Mindy she moves fast and my nails are always just the way I like them.The so called manager Amber, has a nasty attitude, she always has visitors that arent getting serviced but they stand and sit all in your space while she is doing your nails.Instead of selling over priced snacks, she needs to get brand new polish in the shop and stop using old and diluted polish.

Amber is awesome! She does a wonderful job on manis and pedis and is so accommodating to my busy schedule, she even fixed a chipped nail while I was next door at Enterprise waiting for my rental car for a business trip. That is great Service!!

If i could give this place 0 stars, i would. Went here ONE TIME to get my nails filled and i will never go back. They cut my fingers countless times with the nail drill. A couple days later my middle finger on my right hand was swollen and infected. Had to have the nail removed and redone. Goes to show that they dont disinfect their drill pieces. Horrid place, will never go back or recommend to anyone.

The lady named Michelle I think (I think the heavier obnoxious lady) Was not very pleasant and came off rude to me.I read reviews before stating she was the best so I was hopeful at first. She kept cutting me and when I told her she acted like “oh well” & she didn’t apologize once & it seemed as if she was blatantly doing it because she wasn’t holding my fingers properly and she seemed mad that she had to fix my nails. Was told it was 19$ for a fill I was expecting to pay about 35$ due to my long nails and etc. they charged me 49$ I’m not even sure why but ok I let it go. Just won’t go back idk if it was a race thing but ok will not be back.

I moved to Streetsboro from the Cleveland area and wanted to find somewhere close to get my nails done. I tried a few places, but kept going back to Cleveland until I found Aria. Amber and her tiff are friendly and knowledgeable. I’m always pleased with my mani and pedi. I even brought my daughter’s entire wedding party in to get all of our nails done for the wedding. Prices are great and the staff is always on top of all the newest trends. Great salon!!

Dont come here for acrylics or Mindy. She is too busy, she overbooks herself so she works on a couple people at a time and expects to be paid before the service is even done to save her time before her next client. The other girls that work there are nice and professional and seem to do a great job. But I mainly went for acrylics and received terrible service. Very pushy to use gel instead of polish, and when i stuck with polish, she rushed through multiple layers without drying inbetween.(you cant apply polish on top of wet polish ontop of more wet polish without it smudging or denting) But I ultimately stopped going when I was told to take my own acrylic nails off, by myself. Wont be going back.

This was one of the unprofessionalist nail places that Ive ever been. Two ladies there didnt know what the hell they were doing. I guess the owner of the place was very unprofessional, rude, rough, and I didnt like her at all. ANytime you go into a nail place, and a person whos supposed to be doing your nails and theyre on the phone talking about what they will wear for their new date and what she did on the last day is not going to work EVER for me. Overall, she did okay with my nails but I wouldnt recommmend this shop to anyone because we pay for great customer service as well as the services we are doing. She was a nightmare and I would never step foot in this shop again..

I came here because of the good reviews, but I had a terrible experience and I will never return. The person who did my pedicure exfoliated my feet to the point of bleeding. It felt like glass scraping my feet. It was so painful. No real apology or anything. Very unprofessional and my feet are still in a lot of pain!
