I have nothing but good things to say about West Pier Laundry! Our dryer broke at home last month and have come here 3 or 4 times. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly! There are plenty of washers and dryers available even when it is busy! They have all different size washing machines and the dryers work well. The customer service is truly the best part!

Owners are not keeping up with maintenance of the machines. Every time I have come in, something was broken. The washer wouldn’t start correctly, the dryer was not heating, etc. other than that, this place is good. Wish they would give free drys like other laundry mats in the area. Ladies running the front are always friendly.

Great laundry! Trucks welcome bobtail. Got a trailer? They have a service. Pick up, $0.95 per pound with a 20 lbs min, then they bring it back. Very clean and modern machines, give them a try.

This is my first time at a laundromat in many many years and decided to give this place a try. Walking in, it was very clean. We are here on a Sunday late morning, and it’s not busy at all. The lady working here is extremely nice and helpful. She helped me wheel my laundry to the washer when I came in, and I wasn’t sure how to use the washer since like I said it’s been awhile, and I didn’t want to screw anything up. She didn’t make me feel dumb at all and showed me exactly what to do. She was cleaning some of the units while we were hear that had some spilled detergent on them, and she walked around several times making sure myself and everyone else was doing well. If our dryer isn’t fixed soon, I will definitely be back here to do more laundry! 🙂

I spent more than 2 hours waiting for help that never came, because the washing machine was damaged and did not have a sign that did not work and I finished washing, drying and folding the clothes and the one that was supposed to help us did not arrive 😡👎👎👎
