Such kind and caring staff. The last pre-employment drug testing place I went to was horrible and treated you like a prisoner rather than a customer. Ms. Iona helped me today and she was kind and considerate without sounding like a drill sergeant like my last experience. I had no wait time, I was in and out in 10 minutes. Very nice clinic. Our company signed up with Relialab Test, in April of 2018. We send all our new applicants for drug screens & background screens. They have excellent customer service. This year we decided to let them handle all our testing needs for 15 of our branch offices. Glad we made the change. They are easy to work with.

I came in for several test. The staff was friendly. The clinic was very clean. Results came back in a timely manner. I would come back again.I came in this morning renew my DOT medical card. Again the staff and Doctor was great. The clinic was very clean. Not to much of a wait time. I would recommend this clinic for your DOT drug test and physicals. All Star Nursing requires 10 Panel Drug Testing for all of our staff through out the United States. Since working with Arc Point Labs we have been able to simplify our process by being able to contact Arc Point Labs and have them sets up the 10 panel drug test for each of our staff members in their community.All Star Nursing no longer has to search for a company in Texas, Ohio, Mississippi or any other State we service to complete the test. We walked in for my son a pre employment drug test. We werent greeted or told what to do. We had never been here before. I took it upon myself to just sign in and have a seat. The guy at the desk didnt bother to even remotely acknowledge us. The place was dirty. I sat on the edge of my seat. I really hope we never have to return!
