Horrific uptime. Youd think having the most expensive internet package would let you use the internet whenever you wanted, but no. Multiple times a day my internet goes out, interrupting what Im doing. Unplugging my modem over and over again isnt going to do anything, stop suggesting it as a placebo to distract users from your worthless company and worthless network. While writing this review my internet went out three times

Fraud kept charging after canceling service confronted them about it my bill was put down to 15 dollars they instead of sending it to me sent it to a credit agency to mess with my credit and putting it to 40 bucks lol see you jokers in court

It’s just badYou could get on the internet have 4 bars of service and still wait for a website to buffer for 10 20 minutes. I bet you could find better internet in North Korea where the internet isn’t even real. I’m having a hard time doing anything when we’re paying for WiFi that doesn’t even remotely work to a simple standard. So don’t buy media com. You’re buying something that doesn’t work

So far service is nice but going to have to wait to get a router for about 12 days which just sucks, shouldnt take that long when trying to switch companies. As for internet, dont know still waiting for that router.

First off to get hooked up it is a 4 hour window. Then I got 1gbps service and a day later my modem was junk. They said I would have wait for another tech in a 4 hour window. Couldnt afford to do that now have 200 mbps and usually read 60 on download. Horrible

A really bad service, they dont respect the schedule and the lady spent more time smoking than working 😒

I wish they stayed open later then 5 pm
