My work van broke down last Friday. I called Stoneham towing. Andrew answered the phone, was polite and professional. He told me it would be about an hour, as the drivers were on other tows. Ok, not a problem, I will see you then, I said.He called me back about 10 minutes later and asked some questions. Andrew determined that he could use another truck to tow it and came himself!10 minutes later he was at my location. He hooked my Sprinter up and off we went. During the ride, he was incredibly polite and got to learn a bit about him.Tow was seamless, dropped it off at my local Mercedes dealer an hour away.As a Business owner, Andrew is exactly the type of employee I love finding. Hes professional, polite, and great at his job. The owner would be wise to keep him on. If I get stranded again, near Stoneham, they will be my 1st call.

These guys are a class act! I had one of my Company Trucks stuck on a hillside with the rear end a foot away from a house (In a Blizzard). Mario came and instantly started evaluating the situation. My battery died in Stoneham today so, I called Stoneham towing, since they were close by. They showed up right away and gave my battery a jump.Firstly, I have never seen a tow truck that was so clean and good looking! It looked like a giant Tonka truck! It was spotless. Secondly, the young man who jumped my car was very polite, friendly, and professional! I hope I don’t need a towing service any time again soon, but if I do, I will definitely use Stoneham Towing again!

Was not able to provide the help needed

Stoneham Towing to the rescue!I had my truck fixed as I was visiting family in Western MA. As I was driving home, to Cape Ann, I had a pretty bad transmission malfunction which completely disabled my truck. The shop was an hour and a half back to where I just came from. I called Stoneham Towing and they sent someone out to me right away.The tow driver Andrew was excellent and was totally professional. Picked me and my truck up on the side of 95N and brought us both back to the transmission shop. I would highly recommend Stoneham Towing if you are in need. Thanks again!

Helped me tow my motorcycle even though it was late in the season. Driver went out of his way to help me out and was very nice and professional. He kept his truck/tools neat. Clearly someone who cares about his career. Highly recommend.

After waiting over 2 1/2 hours for another tow truck company from Medford to pick up my vehicle, I called multiple times for an update and was treated with the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Luckily I found Stoneham Towing and within 15 mins they were at my door. Mario, was super professional and extremely helpful. He changed what had become a horrid day for the better. I am glad to say I had a very positive experience today. The person that answered the phone was helpful and courteous and the truck driver was also friendly and helpful. He arrived quickly and even offered me a cold water. Joel explained what he was doing and took great care not to damage my car. I would highly recommend Stoneham Towing.

I have an antique car that needed to be towed 90 miles to the cape. Jeff, the owner, was very responsive and arranged for a same day towing. Mario, the driver, was excellent and took great care to ensure the car was treated with the utmost care along the move. I would highly recommend this company and Mario is as good as there is in the business.

I called because I locked my keys in the car. Since I called first thing Sunday morning, I was anticipating that it would take awhile. I called Stoneham Towing because of their high ratings and because I live in that area. First, on the phone, they was cheerful, friendly, and upbeat which was really nice since I was feeling like a first class jackass. He said he would get there quickly and within 10 minutes, he was in my drive way. He popped the pie shaped wedge that is the lock button in my car rather than using a slim Jim so there was no risk of ruining my door lock mechanism. He unlocked it within minutes. They take credit cards. He would have left w/o a tip if I hadnt remembered at the last minute. Also, their prices were more reasonable than other places and he was happy and kind enough to give me suggestions about where I might be able to get duplicate keys for a discount. He made a horrible and potentially really costly mistake into a pleasant moment.

Most professional towing company Ive ever dealt with. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Holiday weekend bailout. Stoneham Towing came to the rescue when no one else would. It was July 4th weekend and I called two other tow companies for an emergency tow. The first company didn’t even pick up the phone, the second company didn’t have enough drivers on duty and said they could only do it after the weekend. Jeff who is the owner of STONEHAM Towing not only answered the phone but assured me that he’d have a flatbed truck at my location within 30 minutes and he did. The driver was awesome. Super fast and very knowledgeable. I can’t say enough good things about Jeff and Stephens Towing. I’ll definitely be using them and and I highly recommend to everyone in need of a tow.

They came within thirty minutes to fix my flat tire and it was extremely reasonably priced. Would definitely use them again.

The owner of the company is a patience person on the phone. Willingness to help his customer. Courteous and polite over the phone unlike many other tow companies who have poor phone etiquette. If Im in the North Shore area, I will more than likely give them my business!!

Friendly professional service

Stoneham Towing moved two pieces of awkward equipment for me. I called and Jeff assured me they could do it. The driver, Mario showed up on time, was extremely professional, efficient, and knew the proper way to secure my equipment. It was delivered safely with great care and a fair price. If they can move equipment, cars/trucks are a no-brainer. I will look to them for my future towing needs. I highly recommend Stoneham Towing without hesitation.

Excellent service. My bike broke down on the roadside and they took care of me. The owner came first as he was closer and then had a worker bring over the rig. 6 AM and I was given fast, professional service that still had the integrity of a personally owned company. They took me to the shop and still got me to work on timer. Reasonable price at $125. I am appreciative and highly recommend them!

Terrible! Dishonest!They put a hole in my bumper!Run they were awful unskilled and rude! When I called to report while in my car tow truck driver Bryan said so what are you gonna do about it take me to court, you were parked illegay(which is up for debate) the. I called his boss who told Me this is America take me to court ! They know I am from out of town it was the day after thanksgiving!They were towing my car from a apartment complex I was visiting with a visitors pass I could have produced but did not have. They persuaded and charged my elderly mother a 110$ drop fee (which is probably illegal bc you should on release a car to its owner) while I wentto concierge to get pass. Later the driver called me to give me receipts back (sketchy) because he wanted to drop few because my mom was so nice later I discover the quarter sized hole with rust from the tow around it!! the boss yelled at me and was rude! He was yelling at me telling me to prove it, I had pictures . Terrible terrible! I was so mad I had my father call apparently they listen to men bc he agreed to have my bumper fixed at a shop near them but again they kNew that’s not possible since I’m from out of town! Terrible! Mean mean guys! Also I spoke to apartment complex they did not authorize the tow!!!

Broke down on i95 driving back to Connecticut, called and they came within a half hour, they towed it to their lot and held it their for a good price, great security at their lot.

Unbelievably professional!!!! Hope I never need a tow again but if I do I would absolutely call Stoneham towing again. Mario was so patient and professional. Thank you!

Scumbag drivers steal stuff out of your center console so id avoid them at all costs

FYI: Stoneham Towing charged me $225.00 to change a tire change on a mini van.Talk about highway robbery!
