Laura is an awesome trainer!! As of now I have worked out with her for almost twenty years. When I started working with Laura I was on the other side of maturity and was in miserable physical shape. With Laura’s help, I lost weight and had an immense increase of strength and suppleness. As an MD, I am in awe of Laura’s amazing knack to pay extreme attention for adjusting one’s body position in order to maximize the gain in strength and flexibility. During training, Laura’s smallest body corrections and adjustments are immediately perceived in the group of targeted muscles or articulations. Training with Laura allowed me to continue to stay strong and supple at quite an elderly age. I highly recommend Laura as a most attentive and effective trainer.

Laura is top-notch when it comes to guiding me through my workouts. She knows her stuff which is clearly evident during and especially after our sessions when my body really feels it. I highly recommend her style and technique. Her studio at Bare Fitness is pristine and has been a great escape, especially during the pandemic. Once this is all over I plan to continue working out with Laura - it’s attention you just can’t get at a large gym.
Beautiful, clean studio. Laura is wonderful and a true professional. She is great at understanding what you need to work on. I had been struggling with shoulder pain for almost a year. She gave me specific exercises and after 6 weeks I had no pain. She is great at challenging you to do things that you wouldnt do on your own. I highly recommend!
Laura is an excellent trainer to work with and wonderful person to know. I worked with Laura exclusively for personal training during my third trimester of pregnancy and for months post partum. She thoughtfully created my program based on my goals and the toll pregnancy and having a newborn has on a body. She clearly explains the exercises, the why, and is authentic in her approach. I have been working with Laura during the pandemic and shes takes safety very seriously and professionally.

Laura is an excellent trainer and I highly recommend her. She really knows her stuff. She initially takes the time to get to know you and understand your fitness goals before she tailors a program to meet your needs. I was originally interested in taking Pilates but after talking with her she recommended I focus on personal training.My training sessions were great. I learned a lot from her because at her heart she is a teacher. She ensured my form was correct and challenged me during our meetings. She also provided nutritional guidance.I am well on my way to achieving my fitness goals. I give her five stars and two thumbs up.
Laura is an excellent trainer and Pilates instructor. She makes you work hard but always takes into account any injuries or limitations. I’ve gotten a tremendous amount out of working with her and the studio space is fantastic.
My team sponsored Laura for the entire two months we were in lockdown - I was at the first class and looked forward to every day after that! She is high energy and employs a variety of different styles, and is always changing up her routine. SO MUCH MORE FUN than the gym, and I saw results like I havent before (side abs alright!)
