Very nice people, but they dont communicate well at all. Wont return a phonecall even if they promise to. I’m not at all upset that they chose not to do the work. Just commenting on the fact that they don’t return phone calls or call you back despite their continued promises. My situation happened well before COVID.

Action Glass just installed my glass shower, and it looks amazing. Everything from the call to set up the estimate to the installation went beautifully. Eric came right on time for both the appointments for the estimate and installation. The installation was done by Eric and one other person. They left my bathroom just as clean as they found it. I highly recommend.
