We had Bathfitter do a tub and surround over a tub glaze that did not work. Kathy in the office is a gem. Greg the sales person was informative and Jason the installer worked hard from morning until evening. He also provided us with guidance as to the trim work and accessory placement (curtain rod, tub shelf, etc). We really like the new tub and surround, modern and easy to clean. I only gave 4 stars because I am disappointed that no one has called to follow up. We were getting frequent phone calls before we made the $$$ commitment. I guess I expected some follow up once the work was completed.
Two no show appointments. We should not have given them a second chance. Both times the appointments we confirmed the day before, and both times we were left waiting. No call, no explanation. Very rude. What a waste of time.
Kathy, Greg, and John were wonderful to work with! Kathy was very upfront from my first phone call, she gave an estimate over the phone (which later turned out to be pretty spot on) unlike other companies which I appreciated. We had a previous experience with a large company that turned the visit into a scene from Glengarry Glen Ross movie with this minute discount only” AND quoted us over $10K. Greg from Bath Fitter was quick, knowleknowle, funny, and came at 1/4 of the price. John, who later installed the product, did it in one afternoon and was very nice as well. Overall, there were no delays, product looks fantastic, and we will be doing 3 more bathrooms with Bath Fitter on our rental units. We highly recommend the office and love the result!
Terrible experience. Waited over 2 months for the job to be done, paid much money. Made a mess out of my new bathroom with dust, plaster because he covered nothing. The dust was in every room, down in the cellar the mess was in my washing machine. He chipped my sink they were to replace it and conveniently forgot all about us once they go out money. Most expensive tub and shower wall and nightmare ever. Avoid the sales pitch
