These guys fixed my samsung note 10 plus screen. They were more than $60 cheaper than everyone else i called. Phone looks like its brand new. I for sure recommend.

Had issues with my phone charging, found this place online. Called them and they told me I could come in right. They do a free diagnostic. It took him maybe 30 to 40 minutes start to finish to do diagnostics and fix the charging port inside my phone. Only $25. (I honestly thought I was going to have to pay a lot more. Geek squad tends to charge like $100 just to even look at your phone if you dont have them). He did a really amazing job.

I called a day before coming in for a battery replacement to make sure they had it available and the girl told me they did. I show up the next day in the morning just so the guy to tell me they didn’t have any, and tried to tie me up to come back but he was clueless of when they would have more in stock. Like no I don’t want nor I can go back because I need a new battery ASAP. I gave it a 2 star rating because the guy was nice and the price was very reasonable but poor employee communication between them.P.s.Regarding your response, I guess I’m lying through my teeth but it’s ok and yes was trying to tie me up to come back. As the business you are how are you gonna offer me right away to come back and get a discount when you have no clue when you’ll have the parts nor did anyone ask how soon I needed the repair even after explaining the issue. After all that’s a way to secure a customer for the future but unfortunately my repair needed to be done almost immediately and the customer service skills didn’t work out here. It’s nothing to be bitter about, it’s just an honest review your even lucky I mentioned the guy was nice and prices were very reasonable but yet again I got non of that credit it was just seen as negative I could of just wrote a completely different thing.

My son shattered the screen of our old Iphone 6s the night before my husband had an appointment to get service hooked up. I requested a quote through google and received a response very quickly. The next morning I responded and asked if they had any available appointments, immediately received response saying yes and booked the appointment. Very professional when we arrived, said it would be about 15 minutes. We went and grabbed food, came back and it was perfect! Phone looks brand new (for an old Iphone 6s lol) works great!

They did a screen repair on my pixel 4xl and it went greatThere was an issue withy charging port connection being broken In the process but accidents do happen and they where able to fix those mistakes and make it right I was impressed with there professionallism and knowledge they made a postivite experience for me will definitely use them again
