Fixed my non charging issue for free 99. I went 30 miles out in the Pacific Ocean tuna fishing and must have got salt water or tuna blood in the charging port. 2 minutes in the back room and boom! Good as new. Still smells like Tuna though.

They finished fixing my screen faster than expected! The store may be small but very tidy. They were very helpful with all my needs. Would gladly do buisness again.

Let me start with Im from an era where word of mouth and face to face are a more valuable measure of truth and experience. So hearing about CPR via my daughters P.E. coach was enough to get me there. My 14 year old made the appointment for me online and there I was parked and early for my 10 a.m. appointment. When I stepped in I was greeted and made to feel welcomed. The explanation of what was to done was thorough and left me knowing more than I did going in. My daughters phone was repaired in less than 2 hours and better equipped for an unexpected break than before. The personal customer service, patience and knowledgeable staff were worth the cost and time writing this. My experience there warranted a first in my lifetime... An actual posting.

Dont waste your time and money on this place ! My husband brought his phone in for a new screen repair and they charged $150 which we was fine with. But after it was finished and ready for pick up it wasnt even the right screen . The screen looked smaller and the quality LOOKED boothleg ! But we was like whatever then the next day the screen just turned all black but still could hear it ringing etc . So we brought it back in and they were willing to replace the screen again (which they didnt do something right) then we got a call with them trying to charge another 150 for nothing cause we had already paid 150 but they didnt change it correctly smh . Bad service and bad everything!!

Fast service and friendly service. Very honest and reliable business. Promised me my phone would be ready in 5 days and I got a call in 3 days that it was ready to go! Quick and convenient place to get your screen changed if you have a lifetime warranty. I give 4 stars tho cus i had lint under my screen after the kid changed it twice for cracking the first one he tried to apply. My screen protector cracked a tiny bit not too long after that. But its good other than that one experience they provide excellent service.

Ive been here about 5 times to save my phone Im a construction worker so Im hard on my phones, first time my phone fell of the scaffolding from the top level of a seven story building it was in a otter box case,it came out my pocket and bounced off the edge 70 down into gravel, well my music was still playing but I pulverized the screen took it to CPR and in less than a week I my phone back it was a Motorola Moto broken several screens since then and Ill always go to CPR and always by Motorola those phones are construction worker proof great customer service and friendly staff

Fixed my older model phone screen. Order was fast and repair was a couple hours. I recommend them for sure.

Brought in my Iphone 7plus, nothing wrong with it only my charging port needed to be fixed. I get it back and my mic doesnt work and my phone didn’t vibrate anymore, they gladly ordered the part and told me to bring it in again. Brought it in the second time and they told me they checked it and verified it works. My speakers and microphone don’t work now. Paid $90 to mess my phone up. Called them again about this issue and they kept arguing saying it might have been my fault for it not working because they verified it and all they can do is re-check it and they could try and work something out for a fee. Ridiculous, paid to get my phone messed up and they mess it up and I have to pay more? Ive had my phone since the released date and only recently did the charging port start to fail and now I can’t use my microphone and speakers. However, I did bring in an old Iphone 6s and they fixed the screen and replaced the battery for $110 good price and that phone is working fine.Update: both phones after 1 month stopped working took them to geek squad and was told they did not do anything besides swap the parts for cheap ones and not connect the wires properly. Never got any form of feedback from them after ruining two phones a total of $1,000 down the drain thanks to this place. IF YOURE GOING TO SPEND MONEY GO TO A PROFESSIONAL PLACE DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE

I had my screen and battery fixed at CPR they fixed it but when i got my phone back the phone doesnt vibrate anymore. Same thing happened with my boyfriends phone he went to get his phone charger port fixed got it back and the microphone doesnt work and it didnt vibrate anymore. They wont do anything about it.

When I arrived i was helped right away. They were informative and helpful. I needed a new screen and it was replace and like new in an hour and a half. I would go back there if I ever have a problem again with my phone.

Everything was great. No problems with fixing my destroyed screen on my iPad. Fixed the same day but it was at the end of the day on a Sunday so I waited until opening Monday.

Good staff. Replaced and Fixed s10 screen the next business day.i came too late-takes about3-4hrs to fix which makes sense and im ok with. Very imformative staff. Chill and cool. You can also go and recycle your old cellphones there(do not mean you get money for it). They also have a financing partner through Progressive Loan if you qualify; installments/payments. You dont have to pay for your phone service right away(but can). You can pay it when you pick up your phone. I recommmend them.

OK, my son uses his brains and forgets to take his Samsung Galaxy S5 out of his pocket before walking in the pool. Result, dead phone with no signs of life. Out of contract, this is a $400 phone. CPR Cell Phone Repair came highly recommended from the Verizon store. We checked them out and compared to other repair shops, they were a first class facility in a first class area. This is important, especially in Stockton. Less than 24 hours later, the experts were able to bring the phone back to life. These guys know what they are doing. Bringing them my tablet is for a charging port repair next. Outstanding!

Your employee blatantly lied on the follow up report on a insurance claim and now I have to pay a full replacement for my phone. The employee and manager both are horrible at customer service by hanging up on a customer who is making a complaint. If my phone had a faulty speaker before the repair why not have me sign for it? I will in future make sure your company is not used for my repairs again. You broke my phone then lied and said it was my fault. I used my phone with a cracked screen for 3 days before you came out with no issues. Your employee told me if repairs are not done properly and have a call back within 2 weeks they make you pay for them. Instead of saying you messed up you forwarded the cost to me. I would give you 0 stars if I could. My iPhone X is less than a month old and was in perfect working order before he replaced the screen

Great place! They charge a 40 dollar fee to clean and diagnose the problem with your phone. Then they will try to fix it, for a flat rate if the part they need to fix it isnt too much. You do not pay the flat rate if they fail to fix the device. They got my G5 working again and were very helpful and honest. It took longer than I would have liked due to a miscommunication, but it was so much cheaper than buying a new phone. All in all a great place. Its definitely worth going in to see if you can get your phone fixed rather than buying a new one.

My 4 year old beloved Droid Turbo was in desperate need of a new battery. No other place in town offered to replace it because it is complex. I was about to try replacing it myself, but decided to have CPR do it. Dropped it off, picked it up 2 hours later, they advised that I charge it 100% first, then drain it almost empty, and after using it for 9 hours straight since then, I still have 65% power! Changed my wallpaper and now I feel like owning a brand new phone. It wasnt cheap, but a fraction of what I would have paid for a new one. And I love the one I have. Phone kept freezing after screen replacement and i-touch would not work anymore. Gave me a BS story about the phone hardware possibly being at fault. Not sure what their warranty is good for if they wont fix the problem they caused. Took the phone to Apple store and had the screen redone there. Phone works perfectly now.My kids had their screens replaced here and had no problems, but my experience was not good. The Techs are nice guys, but work quality not good enough; maybe they are use using inferior screen replacements now.Hi Owner,Thanks for responding, although your response did not match my experience. After you replaced my screen I lost significant functionality with phone. I gave you multiple opportunities to correct the issues, but you were unable to do get my phone back to where it was before I brought it in. I asked how the warranty would be used to resolve this and was told it was most likely my phone and not your work that was the cause of my problems. I took my phone to the Apple store and had the screen replacement redone. The Apple store redo restored all my phones functionality immediately. So the problem was not with my phone; the problem was that your parts and/or labor were substandard and your warranty did not protect me from that. For me your warranty was useless. I had to repay to have your defective work corrected.

Aux chord tip broke and got stuck inside my headphone jack. Couldn’t fix it myself and decided to take my phone in for some CPR. Customer service was great, price was fair, and everything was done quickly. I appreciate the work done and I’m so happy I can listen to music again ! Wooo !

I had a great experience at this establishment. I had originally obtained a online quote for my cracked screen on my iPhone 7 Plus. I thought well maybe I could save some money and fix it myself. Well....that almost worked but I didn’t get all the parts I needed in my repair kit. I brought my phone to them disassembled and a mess but they still quoted me the same price from the estimate(they didn’t know I had previously gotten one). Then my phone was ready and in perfect condition one hour later. No appointment or call ahead. They even installed my screen protector and case for me. If I happen to break my phone again (gosh I hope not) this is where I will go and you should too.

They are great I cracked my screen last Wednesday night a little after 10pm and I had my mom take it in on her lunch break at work for me and they may not have it ready until tomorrow, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and at the latest this Friday and its mainly cuz I have the Samsung Galaxy J3 Prime and I guess no one really has that phone anymore so they stopped having that screen and they are going to fix it for me for the price of $110 so its fine I gotta do what I gotta do.:)

They were incredibly helpful and nice!! The gentleman with glasses and a shaved head helped me. I dropped my phone and the top part of the screen came apart from the phone. He fixed it right in front of me. He was very cordial and kind. It was also very clean. If I ever have another phone problem I will go back 100% Highly, highly recommend!

I got my iPhone screen repaired about a month ago . And it cracked inside my otter box .. the screen that they put on it is crappy.. my phone freezes all the time ever since they replaced it. My ear piece also stoped working and when it cracked the ear piece started working again. I paid 158 for my screen to be broken a month later .. and of course since the screen cracked it voids the warranty of something being wrong with the actual screen . I feel like there are better places you can go for the price.

So employers there was very helpful and they even gave me a call to let me know what was going on with my laptop and found out that it is fixable so I gave them to go ahead to fix it and they told me they would give me a call when its ready for pickup

Dont go to this place! Horrible customer serviced experience. And they act like phone experts to get ur money, they would tell u theres too many problem in ur phone when its only a battery replacement which they cant even repair it right.? That fat long haired looking dude whatever his name is rude. Dont take their stupid warranty its dumb to keep coming back keep fixing it...this place is for dumb people. Terrible service. It took a month for the screen for my phone to come in. Then it took them all day to repair it and when I went to pick it up late in the afternoon it still wasnt done. I had to wait an extra 45 minutes at the store for the guy to figure out why the phone wasnt turning back on. After all that they didnt even give a discount or anything for the time they wasted. Not too mention that the edge of my screen feels rough like dried glue or something. Ill never take my phones there again.

Worst place in the WORLD to have your phone fixed. I had my iPhone 7 Plus repaired (cracked screen) and he did nothing but break my phone even more. My phone spazzes out and starts clicking a bunch of random apps I’m not even touching.

I went in this morning to the CPR in the Lincoln center in Stockton, Mark greeted me kindly as soon as I stepped in the store, I had a problem with my phone charging, with no hesitation he told me what might of been the problem, he took it to the back and came back out within a minute or two, he determined that the charger part of my phone was dirty, he cleaned it and said that it was free of charge, Im definitely going back for any future repairs, great fast service.

Brought my sons iPhone in to get the cracked screen fixed....an hour later after picking up phone the screen protector was cracked and the screen was cracked.

Used phones were limited to iphones
