Tyler the manager was great. First spoke on the phone and nice and helpful. In person he has excellent customer service skills. Service was prompt and great communication. While you dont want your cell phone to ever break or have parts replaced, if you do Tyler is the man to see. It was a little far for me, but the drive was worth it.

The staff were very nice and friendly. They also guarantee their work for 90 days. I definitely would recommend going here

I came from Modesto to get my phone repaired. The stylus of my Samsung galaxy note 9 was stuck in the phone. There was only 1 person ahead of me in line and I only had to wait a few minutes. The technician took my phone in back and returned in a few minutes with the stylus removed. Apparently the spring broke which is why it was stuck. I asked the technician how he got it out and he showed me some tweezers he had filed to a very narrow point. I was thrilled as I could not fix it and the stylus is an integral part of the phone I use it continuously. Then ... he didnt even charge me! Wow. Ill bring my phone here again if I have another problem.

I called my phone insurance provider and they sent me to this place. Absolutely loved their service!! They estimated repairing/replacing my Galaxy S20+ with two - three hours but has it done in just under 2 hours! Super awesome crew and Ill be recommending them for everyone I know having similar issues. Plus they do a lot more than just screen repair so you know they knew their stuff!

It’s so convenient that Asurion ins. has locations that’s local for me to come and get my cracked iPhone screen fixed. It’s next to the Lincoln center. It was done in sufficient time. My experience at other uBreakiFix locations has always been somewhat disappointing. Driving to the bay area or Sacramento after scheduling an appointment, only to find out parts arent actually available. I was really happy when one opened up in Stockton, and my experience there today was great. Highly recommend this location.

DO NOT GO HERE. Waste of time. They outsource the service and you the prices for more.Bad customer service and they lie about what needs to be done. Charter way and Lodi has cheaper better places. They literally tried to charge me over $100 to fix a button when I got it done for $45 elsewhere

I was told by Google that if i went to your store you would be able to diagnose the issue and then fix it they did not tell me it would take 48 hours to do this fix. It was a software update that caused the issue. no hardware fault

I took my note 20 ultra 5g in, messed up and lost all my screws inside, and my speaker is broken. Very disappointed. If you guys cant fix new phones please dont fix it . Cause youll make it worst.

I broke my screen on my Galaxy Note 9 and I was seriously stressing on shelling out $260 dollars for repair. Thats when my husband informed me it was insured and would cost me $29. Called the number and they referred me to UBREAK IFIX on Benjamin Holt in Stockton. I paid over the phone and the next day took it in. Not only did they fix my phone in 3 hours, they stayed after closing cause I was late picking it up. And they carry the samsung stylus I needed to replace the one I lost.
