Jay assisted me on the phone. I don’t have much time since I run a business, but Jay made all so easy and smooth, also went out and beyond his way for me to purchase the 2019 GLA 250, I love the car! Thank you so much Jay for working with me, you are the best. Also, once I got there, to pick up my vehicle. The staff was extremely nice, friendly, knowledgeable and down to earth. We live in Reno and it was difficult finding exactly what we wanted to purchase locally so we looked within California for a few months. Working with Paul and the folks at Mercedes Benz of Stockton was a great experience from start to finish. The entire transaction was hassle-free and there were no hidden dealership markup fees. California doesnt make it easy if you live out of state but MB of Stockton worked everything out to arrange for a smooth transition of the vehicle to Nevada. After a bad experience with Walnut Creek (dishonesty) and Rocklin (lack of transparency regarding dealer markup fees), we were super pleased to work with and purchase our car at the Stockton location. We highly recommend this dealership and would definitely work with them again!

I have a very bad experience with this place. I leased cars before from another Mercedes dealer and never had issues with their cars. Currently I have two cars with this dealer and I am back and forth to their dealer for issues in the car and they always want to charge money. Since day #1 there is always issue, Very bad customer service. I will be finishing my lease with them soon and will never go back to them. I don’t advise anyone to deal with this place. I am very so dissatisfied with them.
Unprofessional. Made an appointment almost a month ago for service A. Had to wait several weeks in order to book a loaner car because I couldnt wait at the dealership for several hours due to work. Appointment at 9am, called them at 7:30am to see if I can come in a bit early but their answer was you can try but you might have to wait in your car for a bit anyway. .... Got there at 8:55, and was told that they ran out of loaner cars...! Had to cancel the appointment. No one called ahead to update this problem. The guy suggested to reschedule but I told him I would rather cancel it and go to another dealership... Very unpleasant and disappointed experience. Dont expect to get what you made an appointment for... even if you did a month ahead.
I’m extremely disappointed with your customer service for such a high class dealership. I took my vehicle in for service, Kyle Farris at the Stockton CA branch helped me, it was by far the worst experience. Part of the service required was the replacement of the windshield wipers, well it seems like Mercedez Benz does not provide enough training to their employees; the technician scratched the edge of the hood of my vehicle. I picked up my vehicle hoping the technician would advise me of the scratch to my surprise they didn’t say anything. Their egregious unprofessionalism clearly shined. I had to go back the next day to talk to Kyle and get my hood fixed. He promised me it would be fixed right, he said the hood would be sanded and repainted. He called me the following day to pick up my vehicle. Once again, egregious mistakes, they only painted over the scratches. I spoke of my disappointment and requested the entire hood to be repaint. He said ok, and that he was just asking for my opinion. He then goes to say it would take 1 week to get the hood repainted. I asked for a loaner since this is the only vehicle I own, however Kyle did not seemed interested in my dilemma his only response was “we don’t have any loaners” I told him I didn’t think it was fair to spend money on a rental since it was clearly their mistakes. He said he would call me later to see if he could find a loaner. I waited couple of hours with no call back. I tried reaching out to him as well as the manager without success. I left a voicemail to them both however I’m yet to hear back. Kyle did not show any interest on resolving his own mistake and his manager doesn’t seem to have time for customers.
Buy your vehicle from someone else. I bought a used vehicle from these clowns and they hid everything that was wrong with the car ….they added 4000 too what we agreed on .i wish there was a lawyer i could call .....put it this way Trump university has a BBB rating of D-,,you would be better off buying your vehicle from him, believe it or not Mercedes Benz of Stockton BBB rating is F....look it up yourself ....the rating that is displayed on there web site is B.S.... good luck buyer beware.....
Jay Dhillon assisted us during our buying a GLE 43 AMG Coupe last month. It was the smoothest car transaction that we have ever been a part of. That is saying a lot since I previously worked for a financial inst selling car loans, so we know what we are doing. Jay was very professional. He was willing to negotiate in a pleasant and respectful way. There was the normal bit of back and forth about the details of the purchase. We were not insulted, he didnt call in a closer to try and upsell us, everything went through nicely. We feel we got a good deal and didnt feel anybody won or lost in the process. We will definitely be back to buy our next vehicle from Jay.
Just leased this 2021 glb 250 from Mercedes Benz of Stockton. BUYER BEWARE!!! I have had this car less than 24 hours and the rear door handle fell COMPLETELY OFF...they wouldnt let me out of the lease. They repaired the car door handle. Before driving off I opened the same door, same thing happened AGAIN ! Smh I am beyond frustrated. They still wont let me out of my lease.

The best Mercedes dealership I’ve been at. The only one that keeps saying - no worries, we will make it work.I was 9 months pregnant and the battery on my car died - they managed to fit me in within 12 hours to fix it.We ordered the chrome trunk trim price and we were nervous to put it in ourselves. Bay Area kindly offered to do it for money. Here Kyle just came and within 2 min put it in for us at no charge.Every request we have - they do it no problem. Our next MB car will only be bought in this dealership! Special thank you to Kyle for being simply amazing!

Relative leased BRAND NEW 2021 glb 250 - Door handle fell off within 24 hours. Supposedly fixed by the dealer. The rep opened the door and it fell off again. No recourse. No replacement offered. Called uncivilized for wanting out of the lease or a replacement vehicle. What kind of customer service/finance manager does that? As a person of color especially a black WOMAN in these times....not okay!!!!

I was 5000 miles into a 6,000 mile trip when My sprinter went into limp mode. Jeff the service advisor/manager? got me in with in minutes of showing up. Diagnostics were run with in an hour, parts were acquired from a different dealer and repairs were made. Staff was prompt, courteous, and informative. I was back on the road for the last 1,000 miles of my return trip home. Thank you Mercedes of Stockton.

Brought my car in for a radiator hose repair on a Wednesday. They called back on Wednesday evening and Thursday morning each time with a new issue found........ picked up my car Saturday morning, no more than 6hrs later I’m getting a warning light that my radiator fluid is low. On my receipt I said that they toped off the fluid.... now I have to wait until Monday to have it checked out again. In the 5 years I’ve taken my business to this dealership this has by far been the worst end product of repairs and diagnostic I have ever had. This has so not the level of quality I have come to expect from this dealership. The service advisor or manager “Jose” did give me a discount for the multiple calls with new findings, but what does a discount amount to when the car is still showing signs that there is a problem that was not fixed properly. Not to mention being left without use of my car and loosing more time by going back to the dealership. I don’t know if I’ll be bringing them my business after this is finally fixed and tested to be in proper working order. It’s a shame too I would always recommend this dealership to my friends and coworkers at the hospital.

Quickly greeted upon arrival but the greeting was lackluster. And I know its a Mercedes but service department prices are jacked up way too high.
2 weeks ago, I leased 2020 GLE 350, I had engine light/ transmission issues while going home from the dealer. Immediately I called Sales Manager, Ken Cook about the problem. He immediately arranged service tech to come to my place to check that up and arranged to be towed to their service dept for inspection with a loner car available to me.They did noticed transmission problems with that SUV. Within a week, Ken replaced with another 2020 GLE 350 to my satisfaction. Though I was disappointed at the beginning but I am happy things worked out smoothly. I am MB of Stockton customer for almost 10 years now, this is the first time that I had a Vehicle issue with them.
Jeff replaced the airbag on June/2020 but the air vent has been broken. The dealership wont accept responsibility and denied. My wife and i only drive the car, no children with us, honestly was working perfectly until the air bag replacement.07-14-20I called customer service and provided my contact number.07-31-20Dealership hasn’t contacted me yet.

NEW REVIEW:Old review is below. After bringing the car back in and getting it back they were able to remove a lot more of the swirl marks and scratches in the paint, but not all of it. Overall they did $225 worth of honest work.OLD REVIEW:Very disappointed with the complete auto detail sale they had for $225 which included exterior and interior detailing. I asked specifically before I purchased it if this detail would get rid of the light swirling scratches on the car from car washes and they said yes; it would bring the car as close to looking brand new as possible. There were still a lot of swirl marks (doesnt look like they worked on that at all) and there were water spots near on the side mirrors and the housing. Everything else was up to standard with how a detail should be; one that you can get at a normal car wash for like $80. The swirl marks being just like they were before I took the car in made me feel like I just payed $225 for a car wash.I would not recommend their detailing service AT ALL.
Scheduled my vehicle for service b2 at 8:45 am and I was an hour late and they were pretty accommodating and service rep Kelly was very courteous and friendly, the only request I had was PLEASE DO NOT EASH THE VEHICLE, which was noted down pretty big on the papers, they did provide a shuttle to drop me off home and pick me back up which is very convenient, I get to the dealership and first thing I saw was tire dressing and vehicle is washed, and its a $1900 dollar coating which this vehicle has and cant be put into machine wash, strictly hand wash, Kelly did take the accountability and her manager did apologize for it and gave me the business card if was to take the vehicle back and if it needed any work done with the coating, I get out of the dealership my mbrace stopped working, called the Mercedes support they tried for 40 mins and asked me to go back to dealership to get it re provisioned, went back and no one knew who to call its and after waiting for 10 mins one gentlemen said the people who do it are not in today come back tomorrow :(, not a great experience hope they do better in future to assist customers better.

I wanted to buy S63 amg for 60k from them, and I wanted to trade in my maserati. After I have been asked million of unreasonable questions by a sales person named Mike, questions that he has no answer to nor the authority to have ( i know that bc I worked at, and owned a dealer) he sends me a picture of the carfax for my maserati shows that there is an accident (like its the worst thing in the world) and never responds with be with trade in offer. I called and I talked to a manager, Ryan, I asked againwhat would they pay, he tells me 17k??? This is just not serious. My car is valued KBB at trade in at 24k(good condition bc of the carfax, car is in really good condition) It was more than obvious that these people do not want my business, Their responses were very big headed. I do not understand how car dealer wont be interested in selling you a car, be rude to you and do not respond adequately to person that wants to spend 60k on a USED 64k miles car that was repainted.

Was promised a $500 rebate. When the transaction was delayed by the dealership and thus pushed out of the rebate period, I was promised by the sales rep Forrest that the Stockton Dealership would reimburse me for the rebate if it wasnt approved. 6 months later and Forrest has declined to answer all calls and emails.
Visited this dealership for a service B while passing through Stockton. The facility is beautiful, but I was not impressed with the service. My tire pressure was adjusted incorrectly triggering the warning light as I was leaving the dealership, I wasnt notified my service was comple and had to inquire after noticing it sitting in the lot for 20+ minutes, and the explanation of service needs was basically non-existent. I would not have my vehicle serviced here again.
Great experience. Domy provided great service. Emailed him 2 or 3 times with my offer on SUV he made the deal happen, surprised even me. There was zero surprises when I got there. Very refreshing to have a positive car buying experience. Probably my first one. Could of probably been in and out in an hour and half but we chose to have the new car concierge go over the features with us. Definitely worth the time. This was my first Mercedes and if this is a sign of things to come I will definitely be back. Had a bad experience with the dealership in my town. Don’t want to throw them under the bus but it was definitely worth the drive to Stockton. Thanks

This would be the last place I would recommend bringing your car in for service. I have had to bring my car in 3 times for the same issue. You drive it off the lot and the issue comes back. Save your time and go somewhere else.

First off he asked me did I have a girlfriend he thought we rememberd me.I told him I had a wife then the salesman asked me does my wife live with me. I said she does! I asked did they have 2020 amg glc coupe. I wanted to see with no one around. The the salesman said we cant send a $80,000 car to your house we dont know you .Then I told him I have $90,000 Escalade in my garage. Thenhe asked me what I need another expensive vehicle for. That pist me off! I hung up the phone!

I recently purchased a CPO vehicle. This car was not CPOd yet they up-charged for the CPO. I have tirelessly contacted the sales mgmt team over and over with no results. I have emailed your GM - Brian Martucci - who did not take his customer seriously, only to defer my concerns to his Sales Manager Ryan, who does not return any emails, calls, etc. Neither have contacted their customer back after over and over communication in 1 direction. Even Mercedes Benz corporate is not getting a response back!Do not shop here. They will cheat the CPO process, keep the extra funds and the vehicle will only come with CPO title. My car was received with so many issues (bent rim, spots and swirls on paint, no CPO paperwork checklist provided, chipped windshield that service missed, etc, etc). I dont even think there was a CPO process done, just the funds accepted to CPO in writing to Mercedes. I unfortunately could not take it back as I am out of state, even in state, they wouldve just stared at you.The reasoning given, we did not make money on this car, so there is nothing I can do. This shouldve been part of their financial decision before making the deal..but thats all this was, making a deal, taking the money, and forget about it.Honestly, coming to your establishment was a big mistake. I thought this was a family oriented company where you look after your customers. I have shopped at your establishment before, have been a customer before with a great experience, so naturally I would come back to you. The other dealers around you may be stuck-up but they are upfront and live up to their promises.Shame on you to have a prestigious Logo of Mercedes Benz on your building.Brian and your team - learn customer centricity, learn to take care of ALL Customers, not just the ones you feel like due to proximity. I gave you all a chance to reach out to me, for nearly a month with no real contact.I am not ending my efforts here. I will move forward to make sure your dealership gets reviewed, gets inspected for falsification, have your service side get inspected by the BAR. You left me no choice and i cannot let you step all over me at this point.

So i drove down from sacramento yesterday afternoon after getting a call from the internet sales guy to look at a used vehicle listing I was interested in.It turns out the he wasn’t even there and apparently the vehicle was somehow sold in the 90 minutes in between when i last messaged the agent and when I arrived, and I have yet to get any explanation or return message about this besides from the guy at the front desk.(review gets an extra star because the people I actually talked to at the dealership were kind and helpful).
I could not have had a better experience trading in my lease at MB of Stockton. My sister went here to purchase a car and was humiliated by a sales person because he didn’t believe she was who she actually was... my sister called me embarrassed because the guy basically said in front of numerous customers he was calling the police on her because there was some sort of fraud alert from the bank.... instead of giving my sister the option to bring in her social or actually explaining to her what that meant he basically implied she was trying to commit fraud....and he was going to let law enforcement handleIt.... I can only imagine her embarrassment because she actually had a previous Mercedes she use to take to that same dealership when it was on march lane.... I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone because they made my sister car buying experience a nightmare imagine trying to buy a car and the sales man tells you your not who you are and calling law enforcement
I would not use this place to service your Mercedes or any car!! Took my car in due to a leak. My car also had a recall and a service needed to be done. I also asked for pricing on some items for my car. They said they found the leak and another item that needed to be fixed. Total came to about 1200. I authorized the repair and service. I picked my car up, drove home. I then drove my car 2 days later, only to find when I moved my car, i had oil in the driveway!!! My car still leaked. I also found that when they were in my truck, they left the light components for the tail lights out laying inside the trunk. I contacted the dealership and brought my car back in. They called me to tell me, my car is now leaking in 3 places. But that these are all new leaks. The total to repair my car now is about 2600. The service specialist tried to tell me sometimes this happens. Lol ok yeah. I thought with the service a/b they goOver your car top to bottom, that’s why you pay a more for it. They didn’t diagnose my car correctly and now I am having to pay for 2 repairs on the same leak. We asked what they could do since it is the same leak. They didn’t fix it the first time!! They apparently are only want to give a small discount. Sorry this is horrible service. The mechanic didn’t do his job correctly!! I declined to have my car fixed. Since they aren’t willing to make things right! I go to pick up my car, someone kicked in my front grill!!! THE SERVICE MANAGER NEVER RETURNED OUR CALLS!! Even with filling out the surveys asking to be called and calling the 800 number 2x.

I will give them a 4.5 for service. they are very friendly and very knowledgeable very quick to respond to your needs. Though I would not buy another new vehicle from them since they moved to the new area all salesmen have been stressed to make sales using the old and still I guess Waze Ill selling a car. They forgot that this is not a Chevy Orr Nissan or afford its a Benz dealership the car sells itself. Do not like to be pressed or treated as if I am ignorant. So sad

I just buy a car from them, nice and friendly people and very helpful, if you are looking for a car ask for teddy he is a really nice guy and he will help you with no pressure. Thanks again mercedes Benz from Stockton and manager for all you have done to make me feel all satisfied.

Nice facility, good assortment of Mercedes Benz. Decent customer service. I dont know about the service department, expensive but took three repair visits to take care of the same issue and Im still not sure if the problem is fixed. Compartment covers removed during repair left inside car. Tacky.

This is the worst experience I ever have! I been here on July 16th for the first visit. After I left the dealer (Art) texted me to wait until the end of the month to get the car. So I took a day off but when I got there today, he said he can’t offer that price! The price he could offer is $44000! If not, why you guys asked me to wait! It’s cheating !
