*DONT TRUST THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT*We bought a 2013 Chevy Equinox from this dealership. In April of 2020 the car was burning through oil extremely fast. Turns out there was a recall for this exact issue. We brought it into the service department and were told we would have to pay for an oil change through them (even though we had just gotten one) before they would inspect the car. We were told to drive the car for 2000 miles and then bring it back for inspection. We did this and then were told the inspection was done wrong so we had to drive it for another 2000 miles and come back again. After being given the run around over and over they said there was nothing wrong with the car. Just last week the car completely shut off while we were driving it! We took it to our mechanic and he said the engine is consuming oil which is exactly what we took it in for back in April of 2020. We called Chase to tell them and they said the car is now out of warranty for that recall and wed have to pay out of pocket to get it fixed. Even though we took it in back in April of 2020 when it was still covered and THEY told us nothing was wrong with it when clearly there is! Horrible customer service 0/10 would not recommend.

I brought my car to Chase Chevrolet because I have been doing business with you for over 20 years. I live 2 1/2 hours away from Chase and was visiting family when my 2 year old Traverse began indicating it was not in park, even though it was in fact in park. I called to make an appointment to have it checked and learned it was a VERY common issue with Chevrolet products. I had to wait 2 weeks for an available appointment for a software update that should have fixed the problem. When I arrived to pick up my car, it still had the same issue. Since the software update didn’t resolve the issue they decided it must be a faulty part instead (on a car that is barely 2 years old?) and would likely cost $150. Since I do not live near-by, I didn’t have much choice. I left it to be fixed again. When the service advisor called to let me know my car was ready again, I was told they had to replace another part too, but they would give me a “great discount” and have my car washed too. When I arrived to pick it up, my “great discount” cost me $175 and no car wash. How disappointing! If this is the kind of product Chevy makes now and how they treat their loyal customers, my next vehicle will NOT be a Chevy and I will no longer be using the dealership for any service on my vehicles!

I took my truck in for a oil change and I was very satisfied with the service. My technician was working very fast and professionally and answered all my questions. Got me out in about 45 minutes when they told me it was 1 1/2 hr wait. Thanks Brandon! Definitely will bring my car back for service.
Service technician did a good job. The people in the office not so much. Standing in front of the desk for about 5 minutes before they acknowledged me. When I was trying to pay they asked me to get out of line so someone else that had just walked in could pay so he could get his truck. But I was in line with my card ready to pay. Definitely not wanting to go back for that type of treatment.
As far as the oil change everything was fine. My wife Susan was the one who brought the car in. She was shopping so they called me. When she returned to get the car, she found it unlocked and parked on the side of the building. This is our company vehicle that has equipment in it.
Jesse went out of his way to make our experience pleasant.Paperwork was expedited by Brian which was extremely professional.Overall, a fabulous experience. I highly recommend this dealership.
I went in for an oil change and tire rotation on Monday and now I have been having to jump start my truck on Tuesday and today Wednesday since then. I don’t have time for this. I’m a law enforcement officer and need my truck reliable. I will be calling Chase.

Great staff and great knowledge of the business! This company has been in business for so long and people always tell me how they love the customer service here. I personally work here and can definitely agree that the people here are very friendly. Then again my review could have a bias but oh well.
Over the last several years put our trust into Chase Chevrolet to purchase and service our vehicles. We have had A+ experiences and F experiences.Unfortunately the more recent service experiences have been on a disappointing decline, which are the F grade experiences. We have been a proud owner of Chevrolet cars and trucks since 2005, all purchased through this dealership. We have spent nearly $20,000.00 on services, replacement parts, dishonesty and mistakes in just the last couple of years. Services on just one vehicle which continues to have unresolved issues. At what point do we just call it quits and go somewhere more reliable for the work and answers during/after the first service? There is no timely fashion in which we receive our vehicle back (last time 9 days and a rental vehicle for the last day of service) with little to no communication. There have been times where quotes are given and the budget is gone over by a large sum (and more recently by 1,200.00) If the work isnt done, it will be seemingly detrimental. So again we deplete our funds into this vehicle and we receive it back with the same unresolved issue and less to our name. My heart sinks when we bring it in because Chase has become more of a burden than a blessing. Sad and disappointed, a 1 star rating of the misplaced honesty and integrity to the value and loyalty of their guests.
Chip was amazing. He found us exactly what we were looking for and at the right price. We love our Chevy Traverse and my daughter loves her Chevy Equinox!! Chip exceeded excellent customer service and even followed up to see how everything was going. We will be back next month to see Chip and buy my husband a Chevy Silverado. Chase Chevrolet and Chip were referred to me and now I am the one doing the referring!!
Honestly, from the moment I walked in to get help from Humberto. Was just amazing. His customer service is beyond exceeding expectations. How he literally goes the extra mile if need be. Got me the best deal and walked out with a truck that caught my eye since I pulled up into the dealership.
Came in for an oil change and was very disappointed. My tech was super slow like his feet were in concrete. Was on his phone or talking most of the time. Truck was done and sitting out front and still took him another 25 minutes to bring in my keys and paperwork so I could pay. Over all techs didnt seem to professional out in the shop. Office staff and cashier were good.
At first I was helped out pretty well. Diego helped with everything over the phone. But come the day of, I told them my name was spelled wrong on the contract and my temporary registration, the person in finance seemed to be annoyed that I realized on the very last paper. Left the lot with the temporary registration having my name incorrectly spelled, texted Diego about it to make sure my actual registration is proper, never got a response.
Great service and they didnt try to up sell me on products or services not needed.
Ive NEVER ever in my thirty years of living, have had such disrespect from a car salesman in my life. The sales lady named Kelly Iorio was the rudest person I have ever come across, period, or even just in general dealt with. I thought that with purchasing a vehicle, wed be greeted with people that were happy to have their job, but instead, it seemed as though Ms. Iorio hated her career and that she didnt belong in the sales department. I had hoped that when coming to Chase, that wed be greeted with someone whod be happy to work with us, work with the banks, and work with our large down payment we were going to provide... But instead, we received nothing but an attitude, nothing but complete disconnect, and someone who seemed like she absolutely utterly HATED her job. Not only that, but she even kept her rude persistency up, by pushing a vehicle on us that we explained to her that we wanted an SUV type, her comment to us, was that we couldnt afford it (HOW COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND OUTRIGHT EXTREMELY RUDE!!!) The entire time that we had the unfortunate displeasure of working with this rude woman, it seemed as thought she never had ANY true desire of helping us, PERIOD! When she finally wanted to make a sale, she kept pushing a vehicle on us that we didnt even want.... Especially when we explained to her many times the vehicle that we wanted... And she had no idea about our large down paymentin cash we had!! Finally, we ended up at the Toyota Dealership in Lodi, where I bought a NEW vehicle that I Absolutely love! I do NOT recommend Chase Chevrolet in Stockton!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! ANYWHERE ELSE!!!
Called to make an appointment to get a software update, and was told that I would have to leave the car there for about 5 days since they were so behind. I asked if I could just make an appointment for when they had time to do the update, and was told that it wasnt fair to all the other people who left their car while waiting. Bottomline: they dont make appointments for service. You just leave your car there and they will get to it when they can. Over the air updates would also be nice to have implemented.
I went to Chase on a day I lost one of my keys and they were to replace it and answer all my questions so kindly. I only had to wait 2 hours and when I returned they reminded me I had not serviced my vehicle in quite some time so they went ahead and completed for me! And did the same for the safety recall I has forgotten about. I was so impressed with the efficiency of the place. Im extremely happy we purchased the vehicle at Chase! Thanks again!

My Service tire monitor / ( ! ) light keep coming on. There was a problem with the front right tire pressure monitor. I had them check it out and replace it if needed. They replaced it, cost me 120 bucks and the light still comes on. Thry just threw a new monitor in there. Charged me 120 bucks for it and didnt fix the problem . Great job. Im very unhappy with my service. I will be calling back soon so I can get the problem fixed. Hopefully without charge

They were very friendly and courteous, professional, patient with my questions, knowledgeable and did a great job demonstrating the cars features. Juan Garcia was my salesman, I immediately told him I wanted to make a deal that day on a truck and he strung me along for 4 days saying one of his associates was using it for dealership purposes, so Monday rolled around, at about 2:30pm I asked if his associate had made it into work yet and he said yes but he had put 3600 miles on the truck(they were still going to sell it as a new truck) traveling to see his daughter down south(not company business) and that somebody was already coming to see it and test drive it and eventually end up buying it out from under me, I’m not sure how this dealership operates but I’ve bought and sold many things and I don’t operate that way, very disappointed, would not recommend doing business with this dealership.
The service department is rude. My car wasn’t fixed properly Pepe actually is an insult to Chevy. The service department manager never return your call. When I bought my car the service department was respectful caring and concerned about our issues and did great work with no return issues, the service crew now are a joke and rude as hell. I take my car to Stockton Chevy. You changed the players now Chevy service department sucks!!!

I had an appointment at 9am and my truck was not being worked on when i left an hour later. My appointment was at 9 not when ever they decided to start on it. Then they kept my truck over night for a stereo issue they didn’t even need to get parts for it. That just tells me they didn’t work on my truck that day. So no i will not be going back unless i have to do my maintenance there. But if i dont need to have any business there i will not be going nor be referring people there.
My fiance took his Avalanche in for a recall last month and asked for extra maintenance to be done.They only did the recall and the oil change. I asked why they didnt do the courtesy wash? He said You have to request it! Its a courtesy! Im taking my Cobalt to Lodi🤗

Absolutely the worst. Had to have my engine replaced under an extended warranty. They got a $9,000 payday out of it. Between the dealership and the warranty company it took 2 & 1/2 weeks just to get the approval. Mostly because Chase was dragging ass. No communication from their representatives. I had to call them for updates. When i did speak to someone i was repeatedly lied to. Asked to speak to a manger and was never allowed to. They did not disclose all the costs. I had to come out of pocket for an additional $1,300 that they didnt tell me about until they had already pulled they engine out, essentially holding me over a barrel and my car for ransom. Then to top it off, when they were finally done with my car, a month and a half from when i dropped it off. It drove worse than a used Craigs list car. The brakes didnt work, the alignment was so off that the i had to fight it from changing lanes. There was a loud grinding noise coming from the engine they had just put in. They killed my battery. All in all. This was the worst experience Ive ever had with a business. The service department here is a joke. DO NOT EVER TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR SERVICE WORK.UPDATE:While doing some regular maintenance on my car found that somebody at the dealership either hit my car or hit something with my car and destroyed my billet aluminum grill

General experience was good.Called ahead of time to have entire deal ready to sign and drive when arrived since I live in Klamath Falls. Seemed to be some confusion and it all took a little longer than expected.They have a big selection of lifted trucks, but just as huge is the markup on the lifted trucks.Went through who they use to install parts (4WheelParts) got a stage 2 instead of the showroom stage 1 lift kit, still saved 3k over the accessories markup... not sure how thats even possible. I reccomend calling 4 Wheel Parts and getting an invoice on the parts installed on the vehicles. Can use the VIN number from the truck while test driving save yourself some wasted cash.
My appointment was for a Tuesday but I delivered my 2017 Volt to them on Monday about noon. They finished the service and a recall that same day (Monday) even staying a little late. I appreciated that they didnt just park the car out back and wait for the appointment time since they had an opportunity to fit it in. I have never taken this car to anyone else and have always been pleased with the service Ive had.

Been coming here for years. Recently purchased a brand NEW Tahoe from this dealership . Went in for an Oil change at their quick lube. Oil service was quick. Service representative Mark Overmyer was very rude, unmotivated and unprofessional. Once my vehicles oil was changed they parked my vehicle in the back lot. I still had 2 recalls scheduled on the paperwork to be completed. The same representative stated the truck would be taken to the service department. After 30 minutes I inquired about why the truck was still parked out back and the same service representative stated it was waiting for a tire rotation. I replied to him I never asked for a tire rotation (he didn’t respond he just walked away toward the truck). I ended up completing the paperwork at the quick lube station for my oil change and took the truck myself to service for the 2 recalls. This type of service is ridiculous and inexcusable. A customer should not have to follow up on why the vehicle is just sitting around and prompt the representative to do their job (very unprofessional). As more and more business are closing down nowadays I sure hope management here makes an effort to address this type of inexcusable behavior. I hope to see this dealership in service many years to come.

I called different dealerships and it seemed like they didn’t want to help or answer questions but when I called Juan it was the total opposite he was almost as eager as me to get the car thank you Juan and chase Chevrolet.
Everyone at Chase Chevrolet that Ive had dealings with are great! Theyre friendly, they make you feel like you do matter and that you are part of the Chase family. They are a great company in our Community and a lot of people dont know all they do here, but I keep finding out more and more. Ive not heard anyone ever complain about them. The salesman are great, we came back to Chase to purchase our Equinox because of the no pressure the salesman Sal put on us. And we bought a 2nd car from them because of that. The Service Department has taken great care of us as well. Tony there has been a blessing in making me, as a women, know that he is making sure Im taken care of in the right way. You hear horror stories of women being taken advantage of in a lot of situations, and I am not at all concerned about that with Tony. You guys are great!
My experience at the counter was great. But when I picked up my truck there was oil all over the front of it. You could see where the mechanic touched everything with his greasy gloves. You could even see how he drug the hoses across my fenders! I drive a High Country and brought it to the dealer to make sure it was treated with care! I will find a new place next time.
Omg, I have been buying my cars and going to Chase for service on my cars for years. You cannot beat the professional and friendly service anywhere. Nick Ely is our service rep and treats us like family. We drive to stockton from Elk Grove and once tried going to someone that was closer to us for service and their service was way below the chase service and will never go anywhere else but Chase.
Gary was very understanding on what we wanted and did everything possible to get us in a vehicle we really liked.He was very kind welcoming made me and my fiance very comfortable and was very thorough with whole car buying process. He was the best.He did not try to just throwing anything our way.

Every time I come here the quick lane guys end up doing only half their job or stuff ends up missing off my car. I loose valve stem caps, lug nut caps, or my tires don’t get rotated during my service that includes oil change, tire rotation, and brake inspection.

Dont buy a Chevy Malibu. Ive had several chevy vehicles which were great. This 2017 malibu is a POS. The whole breaking system has went out twice in a 6 month period, not to mention several other repairs. Imagine being on the freeway with your family and the breaks go out. Its a death trap!!! I dont think Chevy is realizing the tragedy that could occur. Or the lawsuit that could take place. This car is a lemon.
This is the place I bought my 1st car in Stockton CA. I love the service they provided me and my family. I was car shopping all day and was tired and ready to go home. I was frustrated due to no one wants to work with me. Because I didnt have the best credit. I saw this place on my way home. So I decided to stop by and try it out. The staffs was very good and nice and also professional. They worked with me. I didnt have the credit. But I have a good paying job. So they ask what car I wanted and they worked there magic. Ans they sure did. I pick the car I wanted and the work on the paperwork. And yes I walked out with the car I picked that day.
