I just moved back to CA after 20 plus years. I have a 2018 Buick still under warranty. I searched Internet for Dealer.I decided on Mataga for a much needed service. Not disappointed!! I was greeted with very nice and personable service person. I had made an appointment previously (via Internet) and we went over all that I had requested. My wait was really minimal and was always kept up to date with progress. Any thing the service tech found and needed to be addressed wasBrought to my attention.I would rate A for service here and definitely go back. Very courteous and professional with this Dealer.

Bought a used car from them, a 2014 Mustang GT. It was a beautiful car and we were even offered a couple thousand dollars off of the price. The entire staff that I worked with were extremely nice and helpful. After everything was said and done we left the dealership and not even 15 minutes later I have to pull over because my car starts overheating. Long story short Ken, the sales associate we worked with, drove out personally to see that we were okay. He told us not to worry and that he had it covered, tow truck on the way. Come the next day we show up to the dealership and the car is in 100% working order. I talked personally with the mechanics who were able to fix the car and they told me what was wrong, what happened, and how they fixed it. Overall an extremely helpful group of people that I was happy to work with. They told me what went wrong and that it will occasionally happen on the car. They completely replaced everything and got it in working order. Obviously this is something that I didnt want happening, but having great customer service and reliability I could count on really helped our overall experience and Im really grateful that I had someone like Ken to help us through the whole process. Would definitely recommend them, especially Ken. He is one of the most sincere and helpful people Ive met and I strongly recommend talking with him when you come in!
Outstanding service! I hadn’t been to Mataga in months and when I walked in to the service department Ozzy greeted me by name! I haven’t experienced that in other businesses I’ve been a customer in! Ozzy also communicated via text to keep me updated on the service snd time frame for when my vehicle would be ready for pickup!

Mataga of Stockton has some of the best customer service. Weve been to them a few times for repairs or to service our car and they communicate well and get us a rental car if its going to take longer than they think. Overall I definitely feel they have customers best interest over other dealership weve been to.
Took my car in for check engine light and got over charged in labor fees only to drive my car home thinking it’s fixed and the engine light comes back on in 10 minutes of driving home. They charge high labor fees for bad service. You would think they would give me a refund
Took my truck here to get my truck looked looked at for a noise in the steering column, get the brakes looked at ( pedal feels strange), update for my radio and to get my free oil change since I purchased the truck through them. All they did was change my oil. Also apparently all they do is change oil on Fridays? Really?! Why was I scheduled on a Friday then. Wont be coming back this Service department its very disappointing. Wasted my time. The only thing good that came out of this is I called Tracy Chevrolet and found out they can do what Mataga GMC couldnt. Found my new dealership for Service work. Dont waste your time going to this dealership for Service go anywhere else and save yourself a headache.

Everyone at the dealership was polite, concernabout my issue. The price was with in my price range, and cheaper than 5 other dealerships, I had called. They were very up front about price and the time it would take to do the job. They even called to remind me of my appointment. I think they were very professional.

My most recent experience was not good at all. My truck stayed at the shop for almost 3 days and there was no communication. I had to keep calling and was given the runaround. If I would not have called to check in on the progress there would have not been any communication. I let one day slip from me because I got busy at work and I didn’t hear anything about my car. When I went to pick up my truck there was no apology no concern for how I was feeling. Customer service was lacking during this experience.
The oil change and tire rotation is great! They didnt replace my chrome air cap when they were finished. Obviously they lost it because they placed a black cap on it. Then I asked them to check the tire pressure monitor because the caddy tells me to have it checked. They didnt check it because the message still comes up with the tire pressure light.
Dropped of vehicle at the beginning of the month on a Wednesday, for a Thursday morning appointment, didn’t get seen until Friday. I finally got my vehicle back … a month later.I was told shortage of mechanics. In addition I was told my warranty company gave them issues as well. Also, trying to get a rental was u believable! I never had such a difficulty time with trying to get a rental vehicle.The guy I spoke delt with was a good guy, he did his best.When I went to pick up my vehicle, my brakes (that were not worked on) started making noises, they got grease on something I had inside the vehicle, my hitch cover was off for some reason (not a big deal). On top all that, I had 0 miles to empty on my gas, I understand they have to test drive it and what not, but 0 miles to the gallon when I left it there with at least have a tank… I call BS. I was told I’d get some gas cards, it’s been a few weeks, and haven’t herd nothing back.Only reason I gave them 3 stars is because a manager did get involved to get me a rental, and the rep I dealt with was cool.I’m not too sure if I wanna service my Cadillac here any more tho…

Pro: Gentlemen was nice. I test drove the car loved it. Cons: Then was working on financing the car. During the process another person test drove the car then came in and started financing the car in the next stale. I was then told the car had been sold in the middle of my financing process. No first come first serve here good luck everyone
GMC of Stockton has been the best service for my Denali I could ask for. They are courteous and caring. Their text notifications are great so if you are waiting outside taking a walk you will be notified easily that you are good to go! They have taken care of all my service needs with a smile and I recommend them for Sales, Service and parts. This is my fourth vehicle from them!
The work was done well as usual but my appointment was at 12:20 and when I left around 2:00 they hadn’t touched the car yet. They no longer provide the car service to take you home or pick you up so you have to find your own ride. The car was finally finished about 5:00pm. I was just livid thinking about being stuck there for five hours for and oil change and a new tire. Thank God I got a friend to bring me home while waiting and take me back to get the car. I am rethinking using them for routine maintenance because of this.

Sorry but today I had an appoinent at 11:20 for an oil change and my vehicle wasnt taken in until 12:48 and then it wasnt ready until almost2 oclockAlso they rotated my tires which I didnt ask for as I just had them rotated at Les Schwab. So needless to say I was very disappointed.

This was my first time going to this dealership and I was thoroughly impressed. When I pulled my vehicle into the service area, I wasnt sure exactly where the entrance was. At that moment, a young woman asked me if I needed help and then proceeded to escort me to the service area. I was promptly greeted and assisted by the staff inside not long thereafter.Initially the courtesy shuttle was going to give me a ride home but once I saw how comfy the waiting area was, I decided to stay put. The area was a nice size and the two other people there practiced social distancing. A cleaning lady also came in and wiped down the seats, tables and the restroom.My vehicle was completed in a very reasonable amount of time and at a very fair price. I will definitely be back and recommend others.
I was in need of a replacement antenna for my 2015 Escalade which Matage had in stock and the correct color for my SUV at a fair price. I requested support which the service department was able to squeeze me into the schedule for Saturday morning. The installation was done in a timely matter. Good workmanship!!!
The staff is amazing! Super sweet. The last two times Ive needed an oil change Ive had to take my toddler and infant with me in the waiting room but we werent there long. My car was done in under an hour.

Service was mediocre. I took the car in for 2 issues that shouldve taken a day, but it took a day to diagnose the issue and then after 2 days had to wait for the part. As a diagnostic charge was applied for each issue, the part shouldve been shipped overnight.Cost is mixed. I understand that a diagnostic cost is needed but I dont understand why it was needed for each issue at full price, additionally the labor rates seemed higher than normal.
Ryan and Joey were honest and straightforward during the purchase. My only comment would be to explain the Mataga Package before the final signing. While my personal belief is the Mataga Package is a ruse to get more money out of the buyer, and not worth the price, at least being upfront about the cost and what it entails would have made stomaching it a little easier.

I went in today to buy a truck for myself. I had believed it would have worked out smoothly since I have done business with them before but it turns out due to COVID they are making their prices even higher and taking advantage of being in an pandemic. They are listing the vehicle I had wanted 20K higher than it should be, not even trying negotiate with me, or understand where I was coming from. I understand due to COVID there would higher demands but lets not get the higher demands corrupt our heads into not give reasonable prices now.
Francisco was really helpful. Friendly and knowledgeable. He let me know that getting my oil changed at the dealership is usually a better deal than most mechanics. Linda, in parts, was super helpful making sure that the parts were ordered for my truck before I brought it in.
Always friendly and helpful. Ozzie Handles everything in a timely manner and does what he can to make sure everything is covered. Rentals are hard to get but he tries to get me one if its possible. Staff in general is overall helpful, friendly and willing to help as much possible. Definitely enjoy taking my vehicle in to a place that is reliable.

Took my GMC Sierra in for airbag recall as well as a diagnostic on my rear view camera. I had to pay for the diagnosis which was fine but I didn’t get what I paid for. All I was told was my stock radio and rear view mirror were not compatible. I asked the gmc service rep to provide me with details as to why and what I needed in order to fix this. The only reply I got was my rear view had to be changed. I requested a part number which I did not receive or a action plan to fix. Which left me to feel as though the diagnostic I paid $165 for was worthless. After doing my own research I found that all the sierras reverse cameras operate through the in dash unit. So I was also told mis information and was also robbed of a diagnostic fee. Never will I take my truck for service here again.

This was a good experience for me because even though they couldnt find what was wrong with my car they kept it and continued to search and search until they did find out what was wrong with it. Ozzy was up on everything he did call me he kept in contact with me and kept me informed of what was going on with the car. I would definitely use them again or recommend someone to them.

When I came in to pick up and pay for my vehicle the receptionist clearly saw me but did not greet me nor acknowledged me. Another service and parts representative walked in and finally asked if I had been helped, I was standing there for at least 10 minutes. The service parts person pointed out to the receptionist that there is a customer to be helped. The receptionist finally said “oh” and looked up. They now both asked me who was my service person and I responded to them his name is Ozzy. The receptionist made a smart comment about me “oh it’s that customer.” Which I heard loud and clear. I have always believed that Mataga had high standards regarding customer satisfaction and professionalism that’s why I purchased two vehicles with them but what I experienced that day was not professional and so very disappointing. The service parts had made a previous mistake prior to this appointment that is why I had to leave my truck a second time. Train your employees to keep their comments to themselves.

Paid for diagnostic to see why check Engine light is on and they tell me it can be fuel injectors don’t guarantee that’s the problem and charging over $1400 to fix something that can be totally fine and also telling me it will be over a week to even start working on my vehicle because lack of man power.
We did not purchase our vehicles here at Mataga but we will definitely buy here next time. Every time we come in for our vehicles to get serviced Ozzy is always taking great care of us. We love how he cares about our concerns and makes sure it is taken care of. Compared to other dealers we have been to for service, Mataga is the one thanks to Ozzy.! Best customer service with everyone honestly! If I could give Ozzy a 100/100 I would!
I called to get my car serviced in April, they were booked up until may 10th and said I can bring my car in on the 12th and will call me the day before to confirm, still haven’t received a follow up.
Stars down to one star. Goodbye Mataga, no more dealing with unresponsive company. they sent response to my complain asking to call the owner, I tried twice and transferred to her VM, explained that it is her only to deal with but she never call back. I must find another dealer to take care to my tires pressure because it is too complicated issue for Mataga to fix. The car purchased about a year ago and they charged additional money for Nitrogen and have to drive every tire different psi.
Amazing experience. Recently I moved to Lodi which means it’s time to find a new Cadillac dealership for my car. This dealership surpassed my expectations. I called first thing in the morning due to a check engine light coming on. They were able to order the parts and fix my car within a day. Text updates were greatly appreciated as I was updated with the entire process.Big shout out to Ozzy for being knowledgeable, professional and keeping me informed! I will be defeintely coming back to you for future services.

Hard review to write, as had been absolutely satisfied prior to this year. Their customer service is top notch, but quality of repairs is not acceptable. My vehicle was damaged during routine maintenance, but I was not informed. Discovered issue at future service and had to follow up multiple times to actually get the damage repaired. Also multiple times some services that I requested were dismissed and not performed.UPDATE - Kathryn, thank you for your response. The service on the vehicle is great but the customer service is not that great. The reason I say that is because every time I dropped my vehicle off they ask if you are staying to wait or leaving, I leave and they ask for your contact information so they can call you and they NEVER do. I have to call and one time I forgot because I was at work and when I got off and realized I didnt have my car they were closed and I had to find a ride home and back to work the next day because they were not open before I got to work. This time I called and they said the vehicle had been ready but once again I was never notified. They have poor follow up with their customers but they do a great job on the vehicle.
We’re very happy with our salesman. Dave Picazo was friendly, very knowledgeable, easy to work with. We left feeling he helped us get the best deal.
The technician who was taking care of my car kept my car without my permission never called me never gave me information about my car I had to keep calling them I went up there at night time to pick up my car they left people were trying to find my keys trying to call the technician to find out where my keys were for my car . Businesses aren’t like they were back in the days they don’t train their their technicians they don’t train their customer service therefore they make a lot of mistakes unnecessarily they just hire people and throw them in the field and most people are ignorant and don’t know how to do the job a technician who does not call back a person and keep their car overnight without permission somethings wrong with that company
Well had multiple visits at this place I mean the customer service seemed aiight but then after the second tyme if visiting I kinda figured they didnt no wut they were doin took it in for the third tyme then they switched saying the problem wuznt related to wut they fixed but still three tymez and still the problem exist till today so yeah its all bad service wouldnt recommend goin here ever if I wuz you
I took my car more then 6th times for warranty for the same problem and the last time they spend almost a month they return my truck dusty from inside the trunk has a lot of scratches ..panels are no clip all the way in is a big gap.. Im very unsatisfied 😠
