I could not believe that after not being able to watch football on Sunday since it started that they really had the nerve to offer me a dollar credit! I almost fell over with disappointment! Spectrum you should be ashamed of yourself and your employees!
This business is aware an knowledgeable to the products an services they have for their customers. They are very helpful an answer all questions you may have. If you have a complaint, they get you to the right person to help you with any issues you may have. I like the way they handle themselves as they are respectful to you.
They have new employees who are happy to answer questions. I was very happy with my recent experience.
The young man that took care of me and my situation was kind and very understanding, loved his service and professionalism. Wish all your employees were like him.. Can hardly wait to pay my bill with him again. THANK YOU
Called and had our internet/tv service installed the next day. Tech was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Very pleased.
Customer service was great! The gentleman even brought my remotes out to my car after I walked out without them!
Outages...outages....outages. That seems to be all we deal with. One everyday for the last 6 days, and some days twice or 3 times. Customer service has no clue why (if you dont mind waiting 20-40 minutes to talk to someone). If theres another company you can use, Id suggest going there.
We started service at a new address in September 2018. The cable line has been laying ON TOP of our lawn since then. Today it is October 10, 2019. One year!!! I call customer service regularly and get same story that it will be taken care of. Today I was finally told the drop bury will be done next week, yet no one can tell me what was the hold up.
Staff available 24/7. Seems to be a good company but they do need to treat their employees a little better

Internet goes down on a daily basis, and they have a monopoly on much of the area, making it impossible to switch services. Ultimately, its Charter Spectrum, so I dont know what else I expected, but if you can use another company, for the love of God, please do so. These pieces of garbage dont deserve anyones money.
Phone wait time is over an hour, this firm provides not service and their pricing is way out of reach, their web site is a mess.
Customer service could use some work... Not over the phone, but over the counter. Use some discretion when handling customers personal information.
The staff here tried their best to get my bill down they were very good and told me to call Spectrum to see if they can lower my bill. The corporate in general are horrible. I called them and asked what they could do and they said nothing. They are running a special for internet and TV for 89.99 a month. I asked if I could get that special they said no that’s only for new customers. The representative said after the special goes away that the customers pay regular price. Right now for basic stuff my bill is 141. For basic channels and basic internet oh and the DVR. She said my bill will go up 30 dollars next year because my TV promotion will expire. Therefore, I will be paying 171 for basic stuff. I told them I was going to look around and they said okay. There is nothing we can do to make it cheaper for you. I’ve never had a cable company so willing to lose customers. I’ve been with cable companies that work with you and give you free stuff with a cheaper bill. Unfortunately they do come to Sterling. I know why Spectrum doesn’t go to Denver or Colorado Springs because the cable companies will destroy easy. They wouldn’t even have a chance. Spectrum needs to care more and actually work with people on their bills. They should always want to make the bill cheaper! Just crazy to think a company will do that.

I ordered the Fast internet package which they charged me for only to find out that they only gave me the slowest package. I called upon figuring it out and requested a refund, of course they would not, even though it was their fault. I talked to the dullest people on the phone. I finally got a 60 credit but they ripped me off for $400. Do not buy the faster internet package as they do not tell you it does not work on wireless.
I cant tell you what horrible service charter gives. Not only do I pay a lot of money for tv and internet, and its getting every month more expensive, but its also not working half the time anyway. Charter likes to represent their service like its better than other providers, but they arent. They charge you more every month, the internet isnt as fast as they say and the tv works only 85% of the time. Channel that you have signed of and pay for, just disappear and so forth. But this is not all, they came uninvited, without my permission on to my property and ripped my backyard open to lay a new wire for some neighbor down the street! They not only destroyed my beautiful lawn, but also the lawn of my neighbor right next me and they even broken one of her sprinkler lines and didnt even feel the need to mention it. She had to find that out when she saw mud and water all over her backyard. My lawn after a few month still looks like crap, because of where they were digging and then when I asked them to not show up in my backyard uninvited, they still did so again. I had a teenage kid watching my dogs, in the called me scared, saying some man just walked into my backyard. not to mention, my yard is fenced in. So they just decided to break in to my backyard WITHOUT PERMISSION. I cant recommend Charter to anyone this company suxxs.
Why does the internet company have the most unusable garbage as their website? It shouldnt be take me 5 or 6 tries to make a payment online
Seems like every time this service gets sold to another company, the connection gets worse. Not happy at all. Maybe Ill just use my smartphone for internet. Beware people.
