So online it says they close at 7pm on the door it says a different time went there at 6:10 to be told they close at 6:30 ended up not getting anything felt rushed and like my business was not needed and the staff was not friendly or helpful needless to say i will not return only bad thing is i have a warranty on a previously purchased item my ring now i will have to drive out of town for my ring inspection i will not go there ever again or allow my spouse to buy anything there

Terrible. Most employees there dont know warranty and repair policy and instead of calling someone who does they say not covered or over quote. Im done with Kays. Overpriced and clueless staff based on several visits. There are local non-chain jewelry stores that are better.

My fiance purchased a ring from here. Had it inspected, found on one of the quad settings the diamond was chipped. They had to send it back to the vendor which in CHINA. Now this was January when I took it in. It is now almost the end of May still no ring. It probably will be another month before I get it back. It has to go thru customs, back to Kay Jewelers main office, then to go where they inspect the diamond. We will never buy another piece of jewelry from here. 5 months to replace a chipped diamond. Buy from a local jeweler.

Beautiful store. Love their jewelry. But twice I have been in there. And both times I was unsatisfied with the employees. The first time I went there, the gentleman could not find me in the computer. But DeKalb could. Second time, the ladies didnt greet me, acknowledge me or make eye contact. I had to approach them. She seemed to be struggling with entering info into the computer.

My first experience with Kays was awful. I received this beautiful ring from my boyfriend for Christmas only to put it on and realize the side of the ring had two very large scrapes on the side. I was surprised that there wouldnt be some sort of quality check done prior to the ring being ready for purchase. I took the receipt and the ring back to the store hoping to exchange it but when I went into the store there were about 15 people waiting and only two clerks working. I waited for about 10 mins and realized things were moving slowly and decided to come another day. The second time I went back was today and again, over crowded store and only two clerks. There was no system to identify who was next and 3 customers were helped before me. When I was finally helped I was told that the store was short staffed and she apologized. Due to the quality of the product I received and the poor customer service I will not be a returning customer.

Ordered a ring that came completely wrong. We also fell for a tricky “promotion” in which we were supposed to get credit for every dollar spent, but it was all BS. No credits in the end. Had to get the ring fixed somewhere else, didn’t want to have to deal with those clowns again.
