0 Stars! I paid $12 to get my car washed, I pulled in, it did the rinse cycle then the soap and then stopped. I called the phone number listed on Google and Facebook no answer luckily the door was open to I drove through parked and went inside nobody was there tried calling several more times. There is no option to leave a voicemail. So of course I will not be going there and you should not either.

Today was the first day in years I have been there. Its nicely remodeled and the owners stopped in and were very nice. She even gave me a $10 coupon to try out the new Clear Token app. So I did my laundry for free today!!!

Good car wash for Sterling. It did not clean the back of my car as well as I wished.

It was very clean, even the bathroom. Completely empty in the middle of a Sunday, which to me is unheard of. And the prices of their machines was very reasonable. Their most expensive washer was $4/load and Ive paid up to $6/load at other places.

Amazing customer service

I put a 20.00 in the change machine and it didnt give me all my change and had to wait till the next day to get my money.

I used to really like this place, and I really want to keep liking it because it’s the better car wash in town but this last experience really made me question whether I should use any of them in town anymore.....my whole car is covered in wax or soap (yes it was on rinse and I even let it run on rinse before I even sprayed the car). It is a common issue with any car wash having soap scum left over unless you wipe the car down multiple times but this is just horrible and unacceptable in my honest opinion. Thank god I didn’t spend my than 5 bucks this time around. I’m no stranger to spending 15 but this was supposed to be a quick wash and now I have to go wash it again to fix this mess. (Pictures will be added if allowed)

Spent 10 dollers to wash the car came home it was covered in water spots we used it all the time and never had this peoblem till today spot free schould be spot free not water spots all over the whole car

Its expensive today to use a laundromat but this is the moat price effective one in town.$3.25 for wash per load..50 to .75 for dry per load.Bill changer but no change maker for dimes or nickels.

This laundry mat made some nice improvements sense last year. However the bathrooms could use an update and a lock on the door. And i really hope they have a working air conditioning system for this summer!

We did our own wash due to large size pick up. Lots of soap, good pressure etc.

Convenient carwash at a good price. The automatic wash does a great job. One of the better car washes in Sterling.

Didnt clean my tailgate

I decided to try the wash place since my dryer went out. They have a new clear token app to pay which I thought was convient but it keeps ripping me off. Also came for free dryer day as advertised in the newspaper. Not an option. Very frustrated! There also isnt anyone working at the location to let them know of my issues.

Wax not diluted enough. Spent more time taking off hard water stains from the wash off after the wash than I did there

#10 dryer clear Token CS788 dryer is broken making lots of metal scraping noises and clothes get caught up in door

Went to vacuum out my car. Machine read 4 min, was supposed to be $1 but they charged my card $15.

Really fixed place up looks nice. Has the best hand sprayed spot free rince I have found in the area.

Very clean. Always do my laundry there. They ate open 24 hours as well. So I can do laundry any time.

I wish there was a 0 rating because thats what I got back from this place every time I put a quarter In any of their machines! Zero!

Bought the $10 wash and still had streaks from the wash. Spotless rinse should work better for $10 a wash.
