AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME!! I came in this afternoon with bugs covering my car from bumper to bumper, the gentlemen in the bay worked diligently and thoroughly to remove the buggy mess. I can say i am impressed not only that they can make your car look like its coming off a showroom floor but also the FREE vacuums that you can utilize anytime youd please. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Now 1st I do live on a gravel road. I got a migrade wash...$17. It definitely was cleaner but around my trunk and wheel wells you could still see dust.. the kids like going through it though🙂. Still dont know if ill be going back. $17 for a car wash seems pretty high

I all-around love this car wash. I normally just get the basic wash. But the last time I went there I got the most expensive one. Whichever that one is. Whatever kind of wax that they use on windshields, once it starts raining it completely turns into like slime on your windshield and you can’t see at all. It just smears back and forth. Which I found to be extremely dangerous.

From my friend on facebook, today!Please Do not use this car wash in Sterling Il. Today at 3 p.m. I went to get my truck washed and the automated system caused a 3 car collision in the car wash. My truck recieved over 900.00 worth of damage from a car ramming my rear bumper because of a failure from the system. I reported it to the manager along with the other customers. Brian Vetter the manager explained to me that they are not liable for any damages to vehicles and it is my fault for coming to the car wash. He also explained to me that this happens at least once a week and they do nothing to fix the equipment or put safety measures in place. So it is going to cost me 900.00 to fix my truck and they refuse to do anything about it. Please do not patronize this wash and let them get away with doing this to customers.

Good car wash. It seems sometimes they have trouble keeping their vacuum cleaner hoses online and operational. However there are so many that you just moved to another spot and find one that does work.

Worst wash from there on 6/3/21. I have been to in the past, but service seems to be getting worse. Employee was spraying the bug cleaner over a car onto a truck in front of me, broke it, and did not have me wait to spray my truck. Then another employee didnt even scrub my windshield. Spent 45 minutes cleaning my grill and windshield at home. Never going back again.

Clean place, free vacuum went there for the first time and will definitely be going back again. May have found my new car wash place.

One of the nicest newer style automatic car washes Ive been to. It does a great job getting the car clean and they have a lot of self service vacuums as well.

The wash provided is mediocre for the high price,I’ve used this wash after getting minor dirt and road debris on my vehicle and afterwards it looked like the mud and road gunk was polished and i paid for the top of the line wash,on top of that the truck a few cars behind me was destroyed due to faulty equipment and the company told the people whos cars were damaged that they were on their own and to stop complaining that their vehicle was destroyed,AVOID AVOID AVOID

Place is a joke with the non-professional workers and owner. I could bet 9/10 cars that go through this wash will come out with swirl marks in the paint or damage in the hundreds, if not thousands to repair.

Love this place ever since it came to the area my car is even more clean than usual( I wash my car 2x a month). Theyll rewash your car for free if the wash doesnt get all the grime off and they have free vacuums!

The employees are not professional. They will walk right up to your car with no masks on. That should not happen especially during Covid. They have absolutely no right doing this. They have no clue what kind of health someone is in. Don’t know if the workers have Covid so please STOP letting them walk up to the cars!!!!!!!!

Literally bugs are still everywhere on my car they did nothing but waste my money

Its a pretty good auramtic wash and there are guys there that do give a bit of a pre rinse down and whatnot. Its worth the price for me now with the all day free vaccums and the fact that Octopus has closed down so theres no other options now besides the little baby gas stations washes or the get you all wet self washes which I dont care for anymore as Ive gotten oldwr and aint gunna be out there in little bikini tops and short shorts sing sin gunna wet anyway! 😂🤷🏽

Cleans exterior very thoroughly. Self-serve vacuuming is free. (Repeat customer)

Pros - Nice carwash, does a great job.Cons - Sometimes some of the workers are not so pleasant and dont do their job as well as others that work there.

Not sure what happened today, but either the soap nor wax hot applied as the should. I simply drove back around and explained so they ran me right back through and it was perfect. Im pretty happy with this place, good menu, specials and convenient.

Nice car wash but shady business practices. Went today around noon. Used the free vacuums then pulled around to the payment kiosks. Was met by an employee trying to sell their monthly car wash plan. He asked if I was local and I told him no but he still continued on. Told him Id take a pamphlet so that he would hopefully stop his spiel but then he decided he would take my card and select the highest priced wash setting before even asking. Poor business practices. Wont be back.

CEO is a joke Robert Conklin ha ha! There car wash put a film on our 1985 Camaro. Employees let him know situation and he brushed it off. He wouldnt return my call. The employees said he doesnt even give them the time of day. I will never go again and make sure I tell everyone whos anyone to boycott this place. Bad business. We will be getting a laywer.

The wash was good but it tore my cover off the back wiper on my car and when i went back in the guy said be didnt know what to do about it

Ive only been there once so far, but its clean, fast service and free vacuums were definitely a bonus. I never had to get out of my car. The app is a nice touch and I will definitely be using it next time Im there.The price is a little steeper that what you would see at a standard automatic car wash, but the little details there really make up for it. The only hold up you might have is when you are new and trying to figure out the automated pay feature at the beginning.

Had to come home and and put my own tire shine on and get water spots off windows. Could have saved myself 17.00. Last time for them to get my $$. Poor quality👎🏽

Usually a nice short wait. Most of the staff is quick but also pays attention to detail. Love the free vacuums tho I wish they had a wider mouth attachment.

If the wash doesnt damage your vehicle, youll be very happy with the results.My 2017 F350 went in with no damage but came out with a $500.00 gouge in the drivers side rear fender last October, 2019. I was told it would be taken care of but it is now March 2020 so... Im here to tell you enter at your own risk.Btw, I worked there at the time so, after I felt & heard something hit the truck bed, I checked the video camera after the wash by zooming in on that fender as I pulled in to the wash and there no damage prior to washing the truck.Needless to say, I will not take any vehicle I own through this wash again nor will I ever work for them again.

This car wash does a great job, but everytime I go, I see, or have been asked if I need help with the automated car wash selector/payment kiosk. I think this time would be served better helping the other attendant with the prewash. I have been to the one in Clinton, and there are at least two, if not three people on prewash. There is never anyone at the kiosk. Does there even need to be anybody at the kiosk?

First time going through a car wash like this, definitely one of a kind. Staff was very friendly/helpful. Haven’t washed my car in months and it looks super clean! The lights were cool also!

I think the way to go is to buy the PASS. Keep it clean Every day for 36 a month!!!!!!! Or 12 per wash .... do the math....

Love the free vacuum. There was help at the beginning for those that arent sure how everything works. The team inside got all the bugs and pigeon poop off my car. Great job!!!

I like the wash. Having free vacs is nice but I wish there was an option for having someone clean the inside of the car for you. Id pay more.

If I could give it a 0 I would. So a couple weeks ago my fiancé took my van here to get a wash before heading out of town. The equipment malfunctioned and the doors didn’t open, still moving the vehicles forward with nowhere to go. My newer non damaged van was slammed into the car in front denting up the bumper. The worker or owner laughed in my fiancé’s face when he asked for insurance information. Police were called but we later found out that since this happened on private property there was no report and is a private matter and we would have to hire a lawyer to get the damages fixed. How bull is that?!? So we pay for a wash and leave with a damaged vehicle and they think it is funny! I would not recommend them unless you want to take the chance of them damaging your property just to be laughed at for wanting it fixed. You wanna run a business with no accountability for damages. Oh ok!?!

They put no bug stopper on, which they have done everytime I have been there before and I go at least once a week if not more. And the dryers are not drying the car the way the used to. I hope they dont let it go junk and everybody stops going

Not thrilled when Google says they close at 7pm and the closed sign was up at 6:15 pm. Their Facebook says they close at 6pm, but def didnt check that before I drove all the way out there. Gotta update the Google. 👍

Always deals going on so be careful about paying ahead of time with the app.

Tried to cancel their automatic payments for over 4 months now. They refuse to cancel and refuse to give me a refund. I have to go through my credit card company and reserve the charge. It looks like legal action might be the only way to stop them from stealing. Worst customer service Ive ever dealt with.

Was excited to see the new wash open, even downloaded the app in excitment but disappointed on first try. Have been hoping for a good carwash in the Sterling/Rock Falls area but still not sure we have one. Definitely better than Octopus but not as good as Huffmans in Dixon, especially for the money. For $18 I expected to have a clean windshield at least, bugs not washed off and water spotted. Same with grill. Again not bad wash but not worth the money for the expensive option.
