Excellent value and perfect space for our family as we were in Steamboat Springs for a wedding. Each couple or person had their own bedroom and bathroom, but we also had ample, open space to gather for meals and conversation. The condo was extremely clean, and all amenities were modern and well maintained. Super friendly service, especially for additional parking suggestions. A great experience for an amazing price for this time of year.

Any quest I had were answered in a very timely manner. They were kind and accommodating. They made sure our place was tidy and ready for us. Everything was easy and nice. Definitely recommend for your stay.

I cannot recommend TurnKey enough! They are always so responsive, easy to work with, very caring about the guest, and go above and beyond to make sure the home is in top condition and fully stocked. I was very pleased with our rental - multiple rentals, actually. I will always try to book with TurnKey first.

This rental was as advertised. Great location in downtown Steamboat. We had 5 guests and the place is perfect for 6 to 8. plenty of room with the 2 living rooms. Rental company did a great job with cleanliness. Visited Strawberry Park which is a must in steamboat.

Never renting a property managed by them again. I rented a condo through TurnKey for a weekend in Steamboat. Before booking they did not make it obvious Id be limited to 2 parking spots. When renting a place that sleeps 12 thats a big deal! We obviously had more than 2 cars for 12 people. They do not offer any additional free parking and we were already spending a lot of money to stay here. So we tried to park the extra cars at the Walmart parking lot to save some money. Both our cars got towed and cost us $500 extra. When telling TurnKey about this they were not helpful at all and didnt offer us any solutions. Besides that the condo is alright and luckily the snow was good.

This unit would have received a 4 start rating as it was clean and close to what was advertised but we expected a bit more luxury for the premium fee we paid. Several of the dishes were chipped and the water to the only bath tub in the unit was not hot (this might have been a function of the location of that tub with respect to the water heater but renters should be made aware). Turnkey send someone out but he did nothing other than report that the owner already had the water heater set at a safe level and there was nothing they could do. In the end this was not a big issue at all and Turnkey did offer to move us (we declined because of COVID concerns) or make a financial reimbursement so we are satisfied that Turnkey was, in the end, responsive and professional.

We had a great stay. The staff was awesome! Very helpful and friendly and the house was perfect for what we needed and what we were looking for.

The condo was a little smaller than the pictures indicated...got fooled by the wide angle lens. But it was still a great place.Working with Turnkey was fantastic. They were communicative and I felt fully informed throughout the experience. They had both a text communication, which they responded to quickly, and working through the portal online. Would definitely use them again.

Their customer service and the space itself was amazing. I only couldnt give 5 stars because instructions to get in the building were not clear and we were stuck outside for a while trying to figure out how to get in. Overall, a great experience.

Wonderful condo with all the amenities of home. We really enjoyed our visit to Steamboat and having all the comforts of home was a definite plus. Check-in & check-out process was seamless with great communication the whole way. We will certainly be back!

Terrible experience with customer service! Please take note that this company will not provide any reasonable customer service or assistance in resolving issues or providing options. In these unprecedented times of a global pandemic they will literally take your money and refuse a refund. I booked via Airbnb and Turnkey repeatedly mislead me by stating that it was Airbnb’s policy to not provide the refund. This was totally deceptive as the customer service team from Airbnb were very helpful and reached out to Turnkey multiple times to approve a refund. They rejected the request for refund and even refused to reschedule without price hikes. Their team sends responses filled with niceties and kind words and yet literally provides zero assistance. Save yourself the pain and book with someone else. A terrible experience.

Steamboat condo was perfect for four guys on a Colorado flyfishing trip. Comfortable, convenient location with full amenities. Slight glitch in gaining entry (we had lockbox code, but not garage doorcode) was solved after a 10-min. wait for return phone call. Hardly a show-stopper. Everything else was perfect. Would happily return.

Very clean and inside of condo was as advertised. I do wish the listing noted that the hot tubs were not open, instead the listing advertised the amenities as if they were all available.

We rent vacation homes several times a year since retirement and have had a variety of experiences in spite of reading every review and comment as well as every bit of information about the properties we decide on. Still we have had some unexpected challenges with a few properties that werent a part of our travel plans.TurnKey made our Steamboat rental so very easy and there was nothing to complain of before, during or after our stay. They were eager to communicate with us and keep us informed of early check in or late departure offers as well as everything we needed for a smooth stay. They responded to text messages immediately and were so very knowledgeable.The rental was complete with little luxuries like tissue boxes in each room, new kitchen sponge and scrub stick, plenty of dishwasher detergent as well as laundry detergent and dryer sheets, plenty of hangers, well equipped and clean kitchen for real cooking, clean fridge and nothing in the whole town home that needed washing before our use. They obviously have very high standards. Im assuming these are requirements of being one of their rental properties.After having had a couple really unfortunate rentals, we decided to opt for management company rentals when possible to avoid poorly maintained property issues that wed encountered by renting from the owner. We have had better results doing this until August when we were put in a really unfortunate rental situation where the management company was eager to listen, but unable to correct the problems in the rental during our 8 day stay. They offered a free nights stay to compensate, but youd agree that was almost comical if I took the time to explain. . .I hadnt researched TurnKey until the end of our stay and was delighted to know they are an Austin based company. Our son is a Longhorn and weve spent a lot of time in Austin. Wish wed used TurnKey for our July Lake Austin rental and perhaps we wouldnt have had hitchhiking moths fly out of our suitcases at our next stop that trip and lay eggs to hatch out a few weeks later! We are encouraged to see that TurnKey has properties in many of the cities we enjoy and we will begin our search on their website for future travel!

The worst quality customer service I’ve ever had the unpleasure of having to deal with. They literally had to call another property management group for the condos we were in to get us into the unit we were staying in. The hot tub was closed and they said it was open. No parking for our snowmobiles. No guest parking. There was no one to speak with that was actually in Steamboat where we were at. Trash trash trash. Do not use this company!!!

Home was perfectly described and stocked with all essentials. Turnkeys service has always been astounding, from reservation to departure. Check-in is a breeze and, if required, issue resolution is a text or phone call away. Highly recommended for your future home rental.

We were so happy with this town home. We could walk to the gondola and all the slipeside fun! The 4 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms was a huge bonus. We fit 3 families in the space comfortably! I would rent this home again. We even had to use babysitters and the home was so easy for sitters too!!!!!

My husband and I used turnkey for our vacation in steamboat and was overly pleased with our stay. The condo was clean and cozy. It was stocked with everything we need and more. We were able to cook meals without having to buy kitchen supplies, enjoy the hot springs with larger beach towels, even do a load of laundry before packing to go home. We would highly recommend and use turnkey again for our vacations in the future.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the West. The condo was clean and well kept. It was within walking distance to the gondola and several food places. They checked on us upon arrival and during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again.

TurnKey acted as the property manager for a house we rented in Steamboat, CO via HomeAway last month. The entire experience from booking, to handling inquiries ahead of the trip, to ensuring everything was in order was handled flawlessly. The customer service when I called was immediate and extremely professional.The property itself was everything we expected and hoped for. It was in spotless condition and met every need we had coming in. The location was ideal for an easy walk or drive to slopes and the full kitchen allowed us to save substantial expense by cooking the vast majority of our meals in the comfort of home and were able to create great memories dining as a family without the rat race of fighting ski season crowds at restaurants.In summary, this property and Turnkey were 5* and we will definitely look to Turnkey in the future for any home rental needs and will definitely consider this particular property for future Steamboat visits.

What a great great place. Very attentive staff. We appreciate the quick response to any and all issues albeit silly and small issues like we dont have enough towels, which we did after all. Very clean. Ski rack right outside our door. Jacuzzi was a hit and the ski in and ski out was even better. The kitchen is well stocked with virtually everything you need to cook. Thanks again to the invisible staff.

TurnKey was so easy to work with. No hassle of going to a separate location to get a key to our condo, which is especially great when you dont have a rental car. Super easy to text them and they meet you at the door. The place was immaculate and we had a great experience. The only negative was that when I called to get some more details, before booking it was clear that whoever answered the phone had no idea about the property or the town. I just did more research myself and then was comfortable with my choice. The price was very reasonable.

TurnKey Made our stay in Steamboat a great experience! They were VERY responsive and had the answer to all of the questions we asked. We had a small, unforeseen problem during our stay but TurnKey was on top of it and was able to get us taken care of. Beautiful home with plenty of space for our 2 families (4 adults + 4 kids). HDTV in each bedroom, well stocked with clean linens, fully stocked kitchen and massive dining table this unit has everything you need and more to call home. Balcony overlooks the heated pool/jacuzzi with views of the mountain and slopes. Incredibly comfortable, cozy, and most of all convenient. This is truly ski in/ski out and whats worse (in a good way) the ski valet will ruin all future ski trips for you because it literally doesnt get any better than having someone collect your ski/boots before/after each day - they warm your boots if you call 15 min ahead of time. My only hang up was with the TV... Since were on vacation we like to watch movies and while there is a huge flat screen TV its a guessing game on how to use some of the different programming options so a cheat-sheet would have been welcome. Doesnt get much better than this unit if you want comfort, luxury, convenience.

This rental at 433 Cherry Dr., Steamboat Springs, was fantastic. The ski in/ski out access was nearly as good as it gets. if you plan the last run of the day right, you can ski to the opposite side of the road from the condo. The condo was very clean, kitchen was pretty well set up, but there was no colander. What?! Also, the fitness center was nice, with a salt water pool and a big hot tub. Parking can be a bit tricky, so strive to find a spot in the lot, otherwise you have to park downtown and shuttle in.

The overall rental experience with TurnKey was very straightforward and it definitely added to a great vacation. The property was as described in the listing-which was incredible!!! The only problem was a leaking sink in the master bathroom, which was minor given all of the other wonderful things about the place.

Condo was very nice, very clean, and great location. Only downsides were that there is no central air, so we had to sleep with windows open and a fan (but not a big deal), and the code to the garage door did not work (but there was a dedicated outdoor parking spot anyway). Would definitely stay again.

The property was exactly as pictured. The place was clean from top to bottom. The kitchen was adequately stocked, the beds were comfortable and the hot tub was awesome. It was only a 2 block walk to the gondola.Our group had a great time.

Bed Bugs!!!!! Property management did nothing to resolve.-7 am on a ski vacation in Steamboat Springs I woke up covered in bedbug bites. I understand as unfortunate as this is, with the number of travelers coming through its always a possibility. The office opened at 8 so we waited to talk to someone in person. The office manager informed us its Turnkeys issue, not Sunclouds.-8:0am-We called TurnKey, let them know we would not be wanting to continue staying in the room. They apologized and said they would have a bug person out within an hour. They informed us not to leave, if we wanted any compensation or refund the specialist needed to see bites in person. 2 hours later no one had shown up.-10 am-We called back, they said they would have the local TurnKey rep, Britney Gold get ahold of us. She informed us she would have someone from Orkin out within an hour. Another two hours passed.-Noon- Now 1/2 into our ski day and still in a bedbug infected unit, we called Turnkeys customer service and spoke to a manager named Susan. Susan said she was on it, someone would be there with in an hour...-2pm-Now 7 hours into our ski vacation we called Susan back. We were told she couldnt do anything without the local reps approval. The local rep said she couldnt do anything and we needed to speak to customer service (Susan). At this point we had lost a full day of our vacation, had no where to stay and no options of finding a comparable spot. Britney texted and told us to get on with our day (day skiing ends at 3:30)-Not only were we not reimbursed for our stay, TurnKey is charging us for the remaining days we had booked. At 12 hours we called back to follow up. The bug specialists never came. The situation could have been easily resolved. Instead they pointed fingers at each other claiming no responsibility. We ended up having to cut our trip early and as of now are being charged for time we arent staying there. On top of all this we will be throwing away any non essentials and scrubbing anything else to prevent cross contamination of bed bugs.If you are looking to rent a property from Turnkey, avoid. If you own a property and are looking for a representative avoid at all costs.

Great space, great location. Very clean and new. Nice heated garage. Bus stop literally across the street. Really enjoyed our stay.Two minor cons: Internet was sporadic, required a reboot of the router each morning to get it up and running. Also master bathtub didnt drain real well, but these were minor issues and wed for sure stay here again.

Turnkey Vacation Rentals called me 36 hours before me and my family were to depart to Steamboat Springs to tell us they were canceling our reservation because a boiler broke. We had bought ski tickets and had airline tickets - they suggested we look at another market. Their manager told me he would call me back in an hour after he looked to see if there were any other options - I never heard back from him and he wouldnt take or return my call. After I received a cancellation notice, I continued to get automated emails from them including one asking me how I enjoyed my stay? I see they recently raised $30M - investors beware! This is not a customer service oriented company.

The initial rental procedure was very easy and the property was adequately and appropriately pictured. There were a few technical glitches where we were staying. First needed a new thermostat in the bedroom, when completed worked just fine. Then the breaker went out for the water heater. Also replaced. We were away from the unit most of the days so not a real problem. Though, if the hot water had not been repaired I would have asked to be moved to another property. Overall, ok experience. I will probably use in the future. There was no mention of compensation for our inconvenience .

The condo was very nice. When we arrived we had trouble finding the condo as it required you to park in a garage and not visible from the road. We went to the onsight management company and they helped us get a parking pass and keys that hadnt expired. Other than that we enjoyed our stay very much.

We had a wonderful time in Oak Creek. This condo was perfect for us! Very spacious and equipped with everything we could possibly want.

Wonderful place! Would be nice if the initial supply of toilet paper were more than 2 rolls per bathroom in a place that sleeps 22 (our party was 17 women!) we ran out the first day. Directions need to be WAAAAY more specific; the house is NOT next to the barn with a green roof (which is a large, sprawling building which looks nothing like a barn). You turn in there, but then the road/drive back to the house is at least a 1/4 mile long. We had a great time and would rent this house again!

This condo was perfect for our womens reunion. 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was great, and the condo was in wonderful shape and nicely decorated. The location is great as well, and TurnKey made it easy to check in. I will save this place to my favorites.

My husband and I rented a nice condo at 135 11th St. Steamboat Springs, CO from July 29- Aug. 5th. When we arrived, there was no water but one call and someone came within 10min and solved the problem easily. We loved the space, the location and the ease of renting from you. We know that all homes have idiosyncrasies. One specific item that you shouldtell all renters is that the double door refrigerator does not always close properly. If a door is slightly ajar the fridge goes into shut down mode. We awoke to a fridge full of food for the week registering at 70 degrees. Yikes! Fortunately nothing was ruined, but if you would call attention to this it would be helpful.Otherwise, we had no complaints and really enjoyed ourselves. Walking all over town was a real plus. The neighborhood was a blast with two breakfast choices and a great restaurant/bar next door.We appreciated your quick attention to us with any issues we had. TurnKey Vacation Rentals in Steamboat was a great management company. The process to access the property was seemless. Once inside we loved the tablet that was waiting for us filled with user friendly information and apps. Everything from info on the property, to things to do and “AroundMe”. I had a few questions after arrival and we were able to reach TurnKey right away. It snowed quite a bit during our stay and each morning there was someone clearing the steps and sidewalk before we were ready to head out. Housekeeping also kept the property in excellent condition.

Turnkey was the best company I have ever worked with-and I have worked with them All! They obviously have requirements for owners: home quality, high speed WiFi and top quality linens, for example. The keyless entry makes check in and out effortless, especially if you have several different families involved. They were always responsive to any concern you might have. Having a local manager was so helpful for any issues. I will most definitely use their services again.

I just celebrated my 60th birthday with several lady friends and we had a ball! We stayed at 36975 River Road CR 14A, in Tree House and the accommodations were fabulous. The home is nicely located for local activities and access to the mountain, we all had luxurious arrangements and plenty of room for all 10 of us. Turnkey was very responsive and handled all our questions and did so in a kind and speedy manner.We all look forward to our return to Steamboat and plan to use Turnkey service again.-JB

The Condo and location are second to none. Only item to be aware of is you don’t get use of the condo shuttle service since the homeowner is not using the condo association for rental.
