These people have the worst customer service ever!! We waited 45m to get a cabinet down… once, I reached to the cashier Angelina in service pro. The girl had no intentions whatsoever to help me ring up an item that wasn’t scanning. At the beginning when she scanned all the items she didn’t even noticed that it didn’t scanned, Which I could of just paid and left w the cabinet for free.. so I let her know it didn’t scanned and tried to help her with the numbers but she was being lazy and did not want to help at all… she called someone and instead of that person coming towards us she wanted us to come to her… so not only I had to wait but I also have to find the help?! One of my favorite things about Lowes is they have the most knowledgeable staff of any business I have been to. They consistently know where almost every product is and they are always willing to help find not only what I need but can tell me exactly where I can find it.
Today I needed one 2x6. I am doing a small repair on an outdoor swing. I have a car, so I needed the 8 length cut to six feet. I waited for a half hour for the one associate who could run the panel saw. I never dreamed the standard answer in retail sales is Sorry I dont know how to help you.
Caleb in the garden department was so amazing and helpful with everything I needed today! Answered all my questions, gave me great suggestions on other ways to do my garden that were very helpful!!! Definitely go to him if you have any questions!
Oh my goodness!! I only wish the Lowes in the Atlanta area were as nice as this one.. Everybody goes out of their way to ensure youve found what you need or to assist you in finding it. This is how your shopping experience should be when you go to a big box store. 💯👍
I always find what I am looking for... except for that wide-brimmed sun hat they sold out of before I decided to get one! This last time, a gentleman helped me locate the live traps so I can catch a feral kitty on my property. Thank you!

There are adequate workers to assign you if needed. The app allows you to plot your shopping so that you are time effective. I found every thing I was looking fir plus extra mosquitoes in the plant area. I could not give 5 stars. I am a senior citizen and noticed several seniors with canes and walking gaits that indicated deterioration. Yet there are no mobile chair for the needed comfort in such a large space.
We came to our local Lowe’s yesterday, after a horrible, frustrating experience at Home Depot.In a nutshell, we purchased a new washer/dryer set from Home Depot two weeks ago, the delivery team delivered it to the wrong address, Home Depot would not re-route the delivery to my address. The only option was to cancel my order and reorder for delivery in two more weeks. After spending an hour and 45 minutes at the store, I asked for a refund and was eventually told I couldn’t get my entire refund $1300+ until the following day, after the washer/dryer was scanned as received back by Home Depot. Needless to say, I was not a happy camper leaving the store without a washer or dryer but also without my money.We came to Lowe’s yesterday evening, just looking to get SOMETHING as soon as possible. We spoke with a young lady in the appliances dept who was SO helpful. We were able to order the same exact set that will deliver in just 2 days!!! We have definitely learned our lesson and will ONLY shop at Lowe’s from now on, as will all of our family!!!
This place is great! Everyone there is so helpful! The cashiers are some of my favorite people there! And the paint department does an excellent job helping you get color matched to what you need. The lumber is hit or miss there, sometimes its great and sometimes your picking threw alot to find a little, but even when your doing that theres always a smiling face offering to help you sort threw it all and find exactly what you need! I wobt dock them for bad lumber simply because the staff makes it a non issue with there can do attitude!
They say shop local but Lowes hours are so much more convenient

The service I just experienced was horrible, No one came to assist me, After a page was made 5 times for someone to come to L5, On the 5th page a employee named Patricia was called to come assist me and she never showed up. After standing there for more than 15 minutes I just left.
I ordered a washer and dryer that was set to be delivered early December. I postponed the delivery for 1 week due to construction delays and was told that was no problem. Apparently it was a huge problems since I am yet to receive my washer and dryer and it is mid-April. I’ve made multiple phone calls and visited the store more than 4 times to see how/when I can get the product I paid for 4 months ago. Each time I have been given the run around and told to just wait because everything was on back order. Today True was the first person who has been helpful in trying to remedy the problem. Within 5 minutes she found the washer I ordered in DC and said it would be here within 7 days. Then, she spent over an hour trying to find a way for them to get delivered sooner. Hopefully I will get the washer and dryer soon since I finally had contact with an employee who cares about her customer. I asked to speak to the department supervisor to tell her about my negative experience and she could not have cared less. No apology or explanation was offered. She acted like this was the norm which probably explains why the others clerks did not care either. They found a gem in True and I’m so thankful I went in today when she was working. However I will never buy another appliance from the Statesville Lowe’s. Home Depot all the way next time.Update - still no resolution 3 weeks later.... asking for a refund.

I like the prices better than HD. Some things I can get there that I cant here, and it goes the other way. But it is an amazing store that I can get lost in.

Ok I went an bought a brand new deep freezer an it just stopped working with food all the way to the top an have recipe on phone in emails an will not trade out this freezer for the same one cause its passed 30 days my suggestion to any one if u want to buy major appliances do not get it from here they will not help u with it they wont return it they will not allow to switch out for a another one DO NOT BUY MAJOR APPLIANCES FROM HERE statesville NC nope dont do it to much money to just throw away on major appliances remember brand new
Went to this Lowe’s to purchase a new zero turn lawn mower to take home that day. We researched online to make sure this was in stock. Took forever to get someone to help us and when we did he was very unknowledgeable about their inventory. They had six in stock but have been sitting in crates waiting to be assembled so can’t be sold. Talked to a manager and she didn’t seem to care and wanted us to pay for it and wait for it to be assembled then come back and get it in a couple days. Sorry customer service.
kitchen designer after wasting over a week of my time tried to jack price after price of cabinets in writing. No attention to big details like measurements, install, lots of big things. Wont bother Lowes again but then it is so obvious they dont care if I do or dont. How they stay open I will never know.
I went to get side walk lights thinking this wouldnt take long as I knew were they were. Then I needed assistance to get a couple that were stored on a higher shelf. I asked for help on 4 or 5 times this is after waiting 15mins each the first couple times then sat down while waiting watching employees walking around the area I needed help at. Then had employee pushing a shopping cart run into a item next to were I was sitting pushed it into me. I wasnt very happy as I had been in auto accident this month and still sore. No one came to help me. So I went to my vehicle and called to talk to manager that even took a long time. Once I finally got the manager he was able to assist me and was excellent. We both agreed that this shouldnt have happened in the first place and he was going to look into the problem.
Its rare that I cannot find what Im looking for and the customer service is always good.
Great customer service! Very helpful staff! I needed help finding some yard stuff, the ladies were very helpful in finding what I wanted. One lady helped me lift and load what i needed. The cashier was very friendly, when we couldnt find someone to help load my car, the front end supervisor helped me! Thi is my favorite Lowes.
You have made such a huge investment in your plants and flowers, but you need to find someone to water them or set up a watering system. Even grocery stores use such systems in their produce depth. Just saying

I have had a horrible experience with this store. I ordered a dryer online on Monday set for delivery today between 2pm-6pm. I received a text message at 1:54 telling me my delivery would be there in 15 minutes. At 4:15 pm I called because it still hadn’t arrived. Apparently it never made it on to the truck today. I have called this store repeatedly trying to speak to a manager & have sat on hold for a combined hour with no manager ever picking up the phone. I’m now just trying to call and cancel the order (in the time Lowe’s has ignored me, I located the product at a competitor chain, purchased it& my husband has already picked it up). Absolutely unacceptable customer service and I will be filing a complaint with corporate. Do not give these people your business, they do not value it.
They dont carry everything you need. Had to go to Home Depo Just to get what we was looking for. What a shame.

Purchased an extended warranty on an item I bought from the store. After purchasing, the cashier told me I would have to call a number to activate the warranty. Not only can you not do this online, but it is automated, and none of the options say click 4 to register/activate your warranty or even anything remotely close. After a solid hour of being disconnected, transferred, and not helped by any person I spoke with, here I am... still not able to register my product. I will never purchase another warranty from Lowes. If I am purchasing something that I think a warranty would be worthwhile, I will absolutely purchase it elsewhere.

Its a giant toy store for my husband so we always enjoy Lowes. We were there for paint. The associate, Enoch, was very helpful. We were especially happy that he showed us some quality, discontinued paint on clearance. Saved us quite a bit. Thanks Enoch!

I love this store and have been there numerous times in the last couple months for multiple projects, but the store isnt getting five stars until someone fixes the shrieking left entrance door that can be heard throughout the entire store every time a customer enters. Its been going on for weeks and weeks, and it drives me 🍌🍌🍌🍌🍌 every time I go. Its a home improvement store. There is WD-40 in Aisle 10 Bay 2.
We had a great experience. Bought a microwave oven that was limited stock. Saw it at Home Depot but would have had to order. Lowes had it in stock. We couldnt wait, price was $1 over Home Depot but we were able to take it home! Very happy with service and Military Discount!

No one was bringing in carts. Only 2 registers open. No flatbed carts inside or at garden center where they were needed. Had to lift bags of rocks inside of regular cart. Very disappointing.
We were greeted by two associates as we entered the door. One went with us to locate a product. She personally helped us find every item we needed. GREAT customer service. This is the #1 reason I choose Lowes, but this store outdid itself.

Well I would have left a 1 star as I came in and wanted help finding a fridge filter, a light bulb and a few things I could easily find myself. I asked the people in the appliance section and they just pointed, after over 5 minutes of looking through shelf I ask for help again and the guy told me he was already helping someone (yet he was talking with coworkers).. after realizing the filter was in wrong section and was behind other filters I walked away, get to the light section and a lady said she would ask someone to come help as they did not make the light I was trying to replace almost 15 minutes later a worker walking down the isle was working I asked him if he was sent here to help he said not but could help. As I walked by the lady that said she’s asked someone’s he turned away like she knew she’s forgot to ask for someone to help me... only reason I didn’t leave a 1 star was because of a worker names Brianna - she seen me reading the back of an item and asked if that was what I was looking for and then spent few minutes reading and helping me get the right item. If she wasn’t helpful and nice with a great attitude I would have left a 1 star review - this place needs better staff or to treat staff better so they actually want to be helpful. Such a shame

ALWAYS an issue with Lowes. We are done giving them our money. Customer service IN the store isnt bad, its the problems AFTER and the people who you have to deal with on the phone that do their store no good whatsoever! We moved here in July and have spent close to $15,000 on wood for a large new deck, new windows and stainless steel appliances. EVERY SINGLE PURCHASE came with an annoying amount of issues! WE ARE DONE!

This isnt one of the best Lowes, had to ask for help getting some totes from a top shelf and the guy acted like it was to much for him to do. There has been numerous times I have been not happy with the service there.

Vistited Lowes by myself this day. Needed some help finding drywall and getting wood cut. Employees were very helpful and gave me some tips which made my trip much easier. Got everything I needed and was able to load it up with no problems.

I like the store, and the people that are there are always nice. However, there are never enough people and the people who are supposed to be in certain areas never are. The Troutman store is only 15 minutes away, I would have to recommend going there unless you are absolutely sure of what you want going in.
I feel safe when I shop here. I know where to get what I need without being bothered. But if I cant find it there more and happy to help.

Over due review,Purchased a washer and dryer ( Whirlpool) from the helpful associate Will this past summer July2019. So far the washer and dryer have given me no trouble or issues. Will was very helpful, patient and knowledgeable about the appliances. There was no pressure in purchasing, which is the last thing you would want to feel when making expensive purchases. He knew we were running all over the place trying to find good deals and warranties. Eventually, we circled back to Lowes and Will. Pricing was decent and customer service was beyond excellent. I will be coming back to make purchases for future home projects.
