Best place youll ever deal with. Great guys

I rented an inflatable slide from here yesterday and I called to inform the workers it wasn’t staying inflated right because the zippers were broken. For the price I payed I would think I would given a different inflatable or a refund. I got offered neither and the guy I talked to didn’t seem to care whatsoever. I do not recommend this place.

Im about customer service and want my customers to be absolutely happy with my work and I too as others will not be a customer there again rented a lift a few months ago the battery died half way threw the job then monday 10/28/19 rented a white 6 inch chipper had workers pick it up battery was dead they were told it was new just must have left the key on overnight they jumped it let it run then got to job and had to jump it about every other time also the drum wouldnt self feed half the time and wood would get stuck in it alot cost me a extra 2 days on the job told them about it no one seemed to care and I will be spending the day today in the rain loading the brush that did not get chipped for free because I wont leave my customers unhappy I hope this will save others time and money have a blessed day

I have rented equipment from A&J several times. The staff @ A & J is courteous, professional and pleasant to deal with. Their rental prices are very competitive and the equipment has always been clean, ready on time and of good quality. I will definitely use their services again.

The guy that waited on me literally only said 4 things. “do you have your license” “$227.50” “sign here” & “pull around to second dock door” 😂Let us remember customers only remember how your service to them made them feel! Your customer can get your product anywhere, let’s make sure that they can’t get your service!

My husband & I have rented various equipment types over the past few years from A&J.We have always been completely satisfied. Everyone we dealt with has been pleasant and helpful and the rental rates are very reasonable.They are also very generous. Chris gave my church a portable bar rental for FREE to use for one of our fundraiser events. This is a $100 value for one day and he gave it to us for a Friday night through Monday morning.I will ALWAYS recommend A&J Rental in Statesville to everyone.

Horrible customer service. Reserved a forklift two weeks in advance. Just happened to stop in day before we needed it and we were told they rented it out to someone else, thats bad enough but they didnt even notify us so we had to scramble to find one at last minute. Will never do business with them again.

Never again!!!!!!! When I went their to rent a machine I was told if you get it Saturday and return it on Monday you are only charged 1 day. Well here today monday I get a call from them saying they have to charge me for 2 days for 16 hours in the machine ok well no one said anything about hours. I feel like I been scammed or ripped off. Not getting my business again

Have rented before,that was ok. Reserved a lift for Saturday morning and was told a BS story . Saw another customer come and get the same thing . They had one.

Not happy at all! They are cheap for a reason, anything that has a motor from them is trash wont work or halfway works. Very disappointed,and will not purchase anything from them again. Would put no Star put wouldnt let me.
