Well, as frustrated as i was they did make it a point to pick up the mower tonight because it its supposed to rain tomorrow . I work at home and cant tell you why i never showed a phone call or my dogs didnt bark. But they seem like nice people ..so 5 stars will be when i get my mower back. :)So, changed the review to a 5 star. They seemed thoruogh with the service, and brought the mower back ahead of schedule, all at a reasonable price. Definitely a good place to do business with.

My husband had sent me here to pick up some parts he needed. When i got there the 2 girls up front were extremely sweet. The were able to help me with everything i needed. They printed diagrams to guide me. I will 100% go to them every time. They have the best customer service which is hard to find in this day and time. Keep up the amazing work!!

I bought a new mower from RCs about a year ago and the hour meter recently failed. Figured this would be a simple warranty fix by the dealer. So I called RCs several times and no one would ever pick up the phone or the line was busy. I figured there might be an issue with the phone so I waited a day to try again. A day later still no answer or a busy line. What I assume was an answering machine picked up a couple times but there was an awful loud buzzing sound and I could not understand what was even being said. I repeated this process several days until someone finally answered. A woman that identified herself as the owners mother answered and collected my information and said that someone would call me back. Several days passed and I was never contacted back. While waiting for a call back I called around to several other dealers to see what the price of the part was so I could move on from this issue. They all answered the first time when I called and suggested the dealer I bought the mower from should get it fixed under warranty, to which I replied, if I could ever get into contact with them that would be my preferred method. I called RCs a couple more times and still no answer. At this point I had given up on RCs and called the manufacturer directly. They also answered the phone the first time and I had a replacement hour meter in 3-4 days. Everyone understands businesses get busy but not answering your phone or not calling customers back is unacceptable. I wont waste my time or my money with RCs in the future. The manufacturer confirmed that you do not have to use the original dealer for warranty service.

To Matt I am the one that has been talking with about your unit. I am sorry you have had such an issue getting ahold of us we have been extremely busy. It has taken a while to get the parts because our warehouses have been shut down due to covid. I am having trouble identifying what was missing diagnosed on your unit. You had a starter issue and that is what we fixed. If you were having issues you should have contacted us. We havent heard a word out of you since you came to pick it up and were so happy with your service and our honesty about returning your daughters watch. We run a honest business we would never put something on your mower that you didnt need. Please if you are having issues contact us dont slander our name when you havent tried to contact us after the pick up. I know we have been on vacation for the holiday but we will return tomorrow at 8am. Thank you and have a good day.

It was very hard to get ahold of anyone on the phone, literally called for days with no answer. 3 weeks later, my mower was mis diagnosed for an expensive problem. The expensive part arrived, and 2 weeks later it was ready. I wont take anything else back there.

I bought a used mower and they sharpened the blades and discounted additional service that I wanted. I am very happy with the mower and it is a relief to find a great group of people for product support. For me it is an hour plus drive and I pass another dealer along the route but it is worth the trip!!

What a difference it makes to deal with a local knowledgeable company and the big box stores. We were able to try out different mowers - and talk to someone who really knew what they were talking about. Great experience! Highly recommend RCs!
