Justin and staff are amazing and so nice! He made sure everything went smoothly with transfer of data from my old to new phone and the whole process was very efficient! If I had any questions he was sure to explain them thoroughly. I will be back when it is time for an upgrade.

The salesman simply lied to two of usDidnt disclose costs for setting up the phone, told us the accessories came with the phone, also a lie. I paid for the accessories. When confronted he said he would waive the 45 dollars. The receipt, emailed, showed two different set up fees for 20 dollars. One was discounted. The other customer happens to work for the state of Georgia and she said that Verizon will hear about this. If he hadnt tried to hide all this and lie to us then it would have all been good. Recommend that others use the corporate store or just order online.

As a small business owner I truly must live by the philosophy time is money. In the past I have wasted HOURS in Verizon stores or on the phone, whether I was buying new devices or just had a billing issue I needed resolved. Every time I have worked with Mitchell he has made the process quick and easy. If something is going to take longer than expected he lets me know ahead of time, he resolves the issue and then reaches back out to me afterwards, so I can minimize my time spent on the phone or in the store. Ive never been dissatisfied when dealing with him!

Great customer service! Came in for a SIM card failure and Tysen had me in and out in less than 10 minutes. Best experience with VRZN ever!

My phone screen was green and I couldnt see anything went to Verizon and Carlos helped me a get a new device with a high promotion hes GREAT!!

I had a very poor experience at this store today. To begin with, the initial lady who helped me, while nice, did not take her time to explain to me what was going on, I was told I just needed to pay $150 for the “deposit” on the IPhone 12, only to be charged almost twice that when I checked my account. I never received a receipt or anything. Apparently with the “$150 deposit”, I could pick out $150 worth of stuff from the store. Well she just decided I wanted a screen protector; a case, a charging cable, and a wireless charger. Before I could even say anything my phone was out of the box and she was putting the screen protector on it. Unfortunately, I could go on and on. I will admit, some of this could have been avoided if I had asked more questions or made her be clear, but after an 8 hour shift at the hospital I just wanted my phone and to go home. To make matters worse, I got home with my new phone and it wasn’t even activated. So, I took it back to the store, and while four employees watched TV, one of them tried to fix my phone, said it would just take a moment to activate and sent me on my way. Fast forward an hour and my new phone isn’t activated and I started receiving texts on my old one for some reason. So, I head back to the store for the third time, they finally take the time, call who ever needed to be called and my phone finally worked. So all in all it was a pretty poor experience and we will be moving our account with 7 lines on it to another carrier ASAP.

This Verizon store has been a store I have been coming to for awhile! I was in there a few months back and had a very bad experience with one of the “managers” and he refused to help me after talking to me and a few other customers VERY rudely. I avoided the store if I seen him in there! Well the phone I was trying to replace a few months back, was the same one I just replaced two days ago with Desmond! He was VERY helpful and VERY kind. He was helping 3 people all at once. He did 3 upgrades all at one time, while one being a business account & as well as training the new girl to do everything he was doing! He did an excellent job and I honestly believe that he deserves a mangers position! He sat there with me until 9:20pm (almost a hour 1/2 after closing) and helped me do what Andrew refused to do awhile back! Dessmond is beyond excellent when it comes to helping EVERYONE, making sure they leave happy, and doing his job!! He definitely changed my experience from the time before! I watched him work with a lady for three hours, getting her plan straight with her new phone and then bought her a phone case HIMSELF, because he could not say sorry enough for the way Andrew stormed out the store and left them there to do everything! He is FANTASTIC as is Kristen! She did a very good job with helping me get my new phone Tuesday!

I visited this store several times trying to get a phone activated on Verizon network. All of the staff were very courteous and helpful. In particular, Desmond went above and beyond. He took ownership of my issue, and worked hard to make sure the activation was successful. Highly recommend this location.

I came in to the store after having a pretty bad weekend, due to the fact I was out of town with no working phone. When I walked in the store Kay greeted me and helped me with all my needs and concerns. She demonstrated high level knowledge of the policies and offers that were available to me, she was very genuine, and she was overall great at her job. I plan on coming back to y’all’s store with all my Verizon needs from now on.

I would like to say thank you to Desmond and Andrew for helping me to complete my business account and getting new phones set up, and my lines transferred over. It took several hours and days for this to finally get finished. It was very frustrating for them and me the problem was not Andrew or this store, it came from core either they would not answer the phone to busy or core would hang up on them or core could not figure out what to do themselves. Andrew finely got ahold of someone that actually would help and got it all completed. During this whole process I was there for several hours and observed the business and people coming in-and-out and there fairly busy and people do have to wait their turn and be understanding. Andrew and his crew would do everything they could to make everyone comfortable, make sure that they were waited on an know that there is refreshments there for them. They definitely try to take care of everyone in a timely manner and make sure they are happy. These days customer service is hard to find and people seem to be very difficult at times to deal with so I truly appreciate all that they have done for me. So thanks again Andrew and his crew . :)
