This internet service is just so bad. You don’t get the speeds that you’re paying for and when we canceled there was a 10 dollars fee.. we tried upgrading twice. The first time they never called back and the second time the guy said that we can’t upgrade because of the area that we stay in??? Also you’re paying extra every month for the modem that they give you, but when asked if they want it back, they tell you no you can keep it.. Then why in the world are we paying for it if it’s not important to you?

Worst internet service of any company I have ever been with! Techs do the best they can. But I had someone at the main office tell me they know the problems is the old wires getting wet. But they said they cant fix that. The Techs come work on it and get it going and soon as they leave it goes back down the next morning. I would not recommend Frontier service. The only reason I gave one star is because it would not accept it blank. They send me a bill every month. Guess I need to start sending bills for down time.

We got set up in August when we moved in after finally getting the guy to our house to install the router and what not he instead ran it through our window and said he’d come back to drill the the next day. It’s been what 5 months now and it’s still running through our window. Not to mention anytime it rains we lose our wifi and whenever we try to contact the company we have no luck. Go with any other company.

Worst support ever. Moved to Statesboro and gave this place a chance despite poor reviews and a few months in see why it has less than a 2 star rating. This has been one of the most frustrating experiences I have had with any business. Technicians do not show up for appointments, promised call backs are not received, customer service is uninformed on services and plans available. Hours (seriously) on the phone - how many times have I been told our computer is slow today. People manning the phones are generally friendly. I cant imagine the abuse these poor front line people must be receiving. How can they still be in business and have a contract for this area..... Money is changing hands somewhere(not in public view) ...unbelievable! Comcast save us!!

Frontier is the single worst internet provider in this area. We pay for a 12mb/s internet package, because that is the only thing they offer and they are the only provider in our area, and we barely get 6 mb/s. The internet is always going out and when you call them to report an issue, they make you troubleshoot your own internet and waste over an hour of time and then finally send a technician only to still have the same results after the technician leaves. If there was any other provider available in my area, I would switch immediately.

Frontier has been great! I’ve had their internet only package for almost 2 years now. It’s very affordable, and my bill is the same each month. I’ve never had a problem with the internet service going out or being unreliable. I’ve only ever had a service technician come out once for an issue that wasn’t even their fault- another internet company (Northland) cut the internet cable to my house while installing my neighbor’s internet cable and just left it! The Frontier technician came out within 24 hours of me calling (after me failing to troubleshoot at home for several days since I didn’t know the cable was cut), and he completely rewired the cut cable and had my internet resorted within an hour. I can’t remember his name, but he was extremely nice and professional. Frontier even gave me money back for the days I was without service without me asking! I highly recommend them! And I do not recommend Northland!

Appointment went well, was up and running quick. After all the bad comments, I would have to say I was kinda worried. But have really good service. Storms dont seem broke interfere, and service is quick not slow at all.

If I could give them a negative rating I would. Our service has always been less than desired but we dealt with it because they were the only provider in our area. The last two months have been an absolute nightmare. It first started with a bad line, a technician came out and reran the line to our house. Great. Two months later and multiple service calls later, the line is still above ground despite being told multiple times that they were coming to bury it. Two weeks after that our service stopped AGAIN. We have now had TWO new routers and still can not keep active service for more than 5-6 days. And everytime you call, its a minimum 2-3 hours on hold. And heavens forbid you talk to someone in the local office. And dont ever expect your bill to be correct. Weve been told multiple times that well be credited for the time our service didnt work and we have yet to see a dime of credits on our account. This company is a joke and I wish the city would shut them down.

Frontier Communications is easily the worst organization I have ever done business with. Im a pretty creative person and even I cant imagine a worse customer service experience. I say with no exaggeration or irony that I have had better, more pleasant experiences with the IRS than I have had with Frontier. Crackheads are more reliable than Frontier. In my experience, their internet service is inconsistent and unreliable, their tech support is ineffective, and their technicians do not keep appointments. Their service is, quite simply, trash.Several times per year, my service stops functioning and hangs up requiring the router be reset. This happens every 15-30 mins for days or weeks at a time. When I call in to customer service, they expect me to do my service work myself and when I remind them that keeping the internet up and running is their part of the equation and paying the bill is mine, they tell me that they expect their customers to do certian things on their own and that if a technician is dispatched to fix it that there will be an additional charge. Furthermore, on more than one occasion they have informed me that they do not guarantee service. I have literally been told that all they promise to do is try. When I have complained about my service not working and asked for my bill to be prorated to reflect my lack of service, I have been told that they do not, as a policy, reduce bills for time without service unless the outage lasts longer than two days.I cant tell you how many times I have been on the phone with their technical support and followed their instructions to the letter only to have my service go from working 10 -30 mins at a time to completely collapsing. When they finally agree to dispatch a tech, it is often a week or two before the nearest available appointment. Even then, the technicians NEVER keep the appointment. I can say with certainty that out of all of the times I have had a technician come, they have not arrived in the day they were scheduled. You read that right, they arent an hour late, they arent a few hours late, they are DAYS late. Days.I believe I could construct a better more reliable internet network out of chewing gum, pinestraw, and confederate money than Frontier. Their service is bad on an epic level.

They are absolute garbage, if you can skip using them as an ISP, I highly recommend you do so. They are liars, make empty promises in handling their own mistakes, and will record literally all of your contact information incorrectly then claim that they contacted you several times. This business doesnt deserve to stay afloat much longer. Be sure to record your conversations (and inform them per the law) as each rep will tell you something different just to get you off the phone so they dont have to do their job.

Internet Service is intermittent. Technicians depend on tools not knowledge. WiFi works when it wants to basically. At this point, I’ve called Roughly estimating around 100 times for tech support. Just a quick fix & a few routers upgraded and still NO SERVICE.. Adjusted credit on account, still no sync from home office & no internet connection but a recycling bill & a trouble ticket on account for ANOTHER technician. At this point the technicians cant find the root cause of intermittent disconnections & just guessing while frontier gets a Hefty payment monthly.

There is a reason they have a low rating. The man at the desk is very nice, but unfortunately you have to call the 1-800 number for everything. The 1-800 number is poorly set up and the representatives arent very professional and they dont listen. You can also hear the employees in the background being loud and its hard to hear the rep. During my first phone call with them the rep hung up on me (with no call back) after I said I could not hear her and asked her to repeat herself. The internet speed, which was deemed the fastest (and only)I could get for my area, was ridiculously slow. After looking around it turns out we were lied to and there was another provider for our area.One redeeming thing would be the accounting manager I reached through Frontiers Facebook customer service. She was very helpful.

I had a great experience with Frontier today! The gave me an install date of August 11th on the 1st, however I received a call today, the third, that they could get me in around noon! Andy was very professional and worked through many obstacles to make sure we were up and running today. The connection is great so far and we look forward to working with their staff, who I might add were fantastic when we were setting everything up Monday!I had Frontier two years ago and it was a little bit of a mess, but I can say with confidence they are definitely improving!

Trash...tech came out installed everything for 75.00 and left before he even checked to see if the internet was working here we are 12 plus hours later and 1000 phone calls to tech support and still no internet. Was told that the advance team was working on the problem, BS if they are so adcance then why is it going to take 24 to 48 hours to resolve and or fix...the easy way should be just to bring out a new modem since u say the problem is in the modem...duh...so unprofessional

Highly recommend NOT to use Frontier. I just called their technical support. My internet was not working and I had to wait 50 minutes on the line to speak with tech support. Then they said my service was disconnected and theres nothing they can do. They told me to call billing department which was already closed. To be clear I already paid my bill and the billing circle is from 05/04 to 06/03. 50 minutes holding the phone for nothing. Such a waste of my time. Worst customer service ever! Im so glad that I switched to Northland at least they have local office and local customer service!

Update. Facebook message as suggested below works great. Problem solved in 2 daysCant talk to anyone locally and trying to talk to someone on the 1 800 line is a totally waste of time. I purchased a wifi extender from them and returned it in a week because it did not work and they are still charging me payments for it. Talked to 4 people on the 800 number and solved nothing.Frontier sent me a return label and it arrived back to frontier in a few days now they tell me I was sent the wrong label and there is nothing they can do about it. They have now charged me two payment on this item I returned.

Internet didnt work for 3 weeks after install. Very slow and in and out after that. Then quit working for a week, couldnt get anyone on phone to fix, callback function didnt work. When I canceled they wouldnt prorate month and charged 95.00 cancelation fee. They need to be sued.

Oh my God the worst company I ever dealt with I was on the phone with them an hour and a half about a payment that I was told they didnt receive I was told to call them from my bank so they could talk to them so then I was transferred to someone else who did see the payment but couldnt tell me my bill details so then I had to speak some else who then told me my services had been interrupted which was another 110.00 but couldnt tell me the dates so then I had to hold for the tech Dept for that answer. I would would never recommend these people they will steal money from you!!!!

Simply terrible customer service. Our internet service went out twice within about a month and a half. The first time it took over a week for them to fix it, and this time they are telling us we will have to wait two days to fix a simple line issue. Additionally, after the first issue was fixed a week later, we are lucky to get half the speed that we are paying for. Northland is not much better but from what Ive heard at least their customer service is prompt! Bottom line, Frontier is not a great company to deal with.

They have bad customer experience. It takes an hour to get in touch with a representative and then all they do is send a technician that fixes everything. And every time we have a representative fix the speeds, about a week later the speeds slow down. I cant even update apps on my phone because of how slow the speeds are. It is ridiculous.

Thy current plan which is 12mbs down actually has a faster download speed than the 24mbs plan I had with northland the upload speed is slower though causing me to having 15 higher ping. The technician I dealt with seemed much more competent than those from northland which was nice.The best part though is Im saving $30 a month over northland.If your not a hardcore gamer I would say save your money and get the 12mbs plan from Frontier and if all you do is web browse and stream movies you could save even more going with their 6mbs plan under which I still had 2.6-3mbs download speeds but the upload was too slow for gaming.

So, as a system admin I help people for a living. I also deal with other help desks and support people daily to keep my departments many software applications running smoothly. I have NEVER had support personnel be so RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, and INCOMPETENT as the tech support at Frontier. I called tonight because my roku would not connect to the internet. First, I spoke to DARON who continually told me I needed to provide him with an account number. (I live in an apt complex and our property manager doesnt even have the account number...nor as she ever been asked for it to get assistance.) Between times of asking for an account number he continually told me to enter my password correctly. Each time I told him THERE IS NO PASSWORD!!!!Finally, I called my property manager on a different phone and put her on speaker. She told DARON the same thing. We have never had to provide an account number...our address always suffices. DARON then told the property manager to enter a password. The Property Manager also stated THERE IS NO PASSWORD!!!!Then I spoke with the supervisor...LORRAINE. Apparently they are not allowed to give out last names. She continually talked over my property manager and me until I completely lost it, at which time she hung up on me. So, now I have a shiny new Christmas present that doesnt work because FRONTIER TECH SUPPORT NEEDS AN ACCOUNT NUMBER. Even though Daron admitted he could look up the account number by the name/address of my apartment complex.If you, or anyone you know is considering signing a contract with Frontier...JUST SAY NO! I cant wait to get rid of them.

The internet service was terrible. I was offline 2-3 days a week, the tech service was awful, it was hell getting anyone to come to my home and help. to add insult to injury, when I cancelled service, I was charged $200 after I had spoken with both local and national service people who had records of all the times I had called trying to get help and was assured that I would NOT have to pay anything.

I wish i could give them 0 stars. Worst company to ever deal with. We dumped them at our office due to their shady practices with verbal contracts and terrible service. Unfortunately they are the only service I can get at my house, so my modem was GUARANTEED to be delivered yesterday before 5. Get home, no modem. I called customer service, was transferred to technical support 3 times before they finally realized I cant have technical problems when my internet isnt even set up yet. I was then told they didnt know why my modem wasnt delivered and it would be there tomorrow (today). 1 hour later I received a call from customer service (automated) apologizing and saying they couldnt deliver it for 6 more days. Unacceptable. All they have to do is drop off a modem and then i set it up myself! The front office then told me today that they often mail out the modem I am receiving (totally different story) and they couldnt walk into the other part of their office and ask the techs if they had mailed mine or were delivering it because we work in the front and the techs work in the back. Absolute garbage company and I assure you that as soon as something else is available in my area I will be dropping this company like a bad habit. If you have ANY other choice, stay far far away from Frontier. I have currently been hung up on twice today by customer service.

This is the worst experience with internet I have ever had. It goes out randomly atleast twice a week, connection is horrible, speed is horrible. You would be better off going without because of the amount of frustration this service causes. Ive had someone come check out my connection and called tech support several times and its still bad. Connecting a phone and tablet usually makes the internet so slow its unusable. Just get a different company because this is the worst.

Awful! We have had Frontier for 7 months now. Works great when it actually is working. It cuts out all of the time and I am constantly having to reset it. Other people I talk to have this same problem, but when the check it out, they say everything looks fine. Every time you call customer service you get a foreign person who is usually very hard to understand. They also had been charging me the whole time we have had service with them for a 9.99 device protection program that I asked to be removed the first time we got a bill from them (it was never authorized by me to be added in the first place) and they keep saying it will be removed and the account will be credited and neither ever happens. I highly suggest staying far away from this internet company!

The most UNPROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!! Requested to get my already slow internet transferred to new address. They not only CANCELLED my original date (already waited a week and a half), but scheduled my date for a week and a half later!!!! Thats a month of no service. I called Northland cable and got services for two days later. RUN....read additional reviews. They even use a third party company who was so behind that they cancelled jobs without a courtesy phone call.

** EDIT **I have had this service for almost a year now and since my initial review which was during the summer of 2018, my service has drastically improved. I have not experienced the internet crashing since the summer; Frontier has been providing stable internet with the speeds being accurate to what I am paying for. I recently upgraded my broadband package and have been enjoying the added speed. The technician who arrived was scheduled for 8 am-12 pm, I believe, and he showed up right at 8 am, he was quick and helpful in upgrading the service. I would like to make it known that Frontier has been much better in providing quality internet service and I have been thoroughly enjoying the internet service provided.** EDIT **Unfortunately, I live in a small town where there are only 2 ISPs and I made the mistake of choosing Frontier; I do not recommend signing up with them at all. I am consistently experiencing outages for my area and when the internet is working properly it is still slow. They do offer credits of about 1-2 dollars a day for their unreliable internet. So if youre feeling up to the task of staying on hold and speaking with multiple people to get 1 or 2 dollars for your trouble, they offer that.The customer service department is helpful though, however; their hands are tied for most of the issues I encounter. To caveat, I was told when I was first signing up for Frontier that I would be able to purchase my own router. Although, when the technicians arrived to set up my internet, they forced me into renting the router provided by frontier.I made the mistake of falling into their 2 year contract, (which you can buy out of for $97 dollars) and Im stuck with an unreliable Internet service. Be warned, you will be very disappointed purchasing internet from Frontier.

Worst internet in Bulloch County. Liars to start, repair man came out to change a wire and said he wouldn’t charge any fee at all- ended up charging 80 dollars. Had internet over the year and it drops connection over 500 times a month (documented with Frontier) and still have the audacity to upcharge fees when my phone alone can’t hold a connection. The internet is terrible. My internet had been out since Friday and its now Monday. I can understand them being off for the weekend, but this is all the time. One moment well have Internet but the next we wont. Or if my brother gets on to play games then you can watch Hulu. But we cant switch because theyre no other companies that offer in my area, so we cant leave this terrible service. When I move I really hope Ill have a better service provider than this.

If I could I would give this horrible company a 0. To come and install new internet it took them 2 weeks (after bumping my appointment 3 times in a row) to come over here and then tell me they couldnt do because they didnt have the wiring. So now I have to go with a completely new internet company. How did they not realize something like that sooner? This is the worst service I have ever had! The guy at their office cant help with anything but schedule to have the service activated or give you technical service phone number. Pointless. Ive made multiple calls to fix this crappy service and no one can ever tell me whats wrong. Now I have to start all over with calling so they can bs me over the phone to eventually send out a technician First 10 months were great, but since then its always disconnecting! Absolute garbage. Words cannot describe how terrible this company is. I feel sorry for people in Statesboro stuck with this awful product. I was only in town a year, and couldnt wait to change services in my next locale. I probably logged 200 hours in customer service calls with them in 11-12 months. Like most others, I didnt get the speeds I paid for, despite changing modems twice. Customer service reps lied to me on multiple occasions, telling me there were trees down when they werent, or simply hanging up in the middle of (pretending) to resolve an issue. So much for that call back number, eh? One of the creepiest issues I had with the Statesboro office was their techs literally showing up at random hours, knocking on my door the day BEFORE I made an appointment. Why bother making an APPOINTMENT if youre going to ignore it? Every single time I made a service appointment, they would show up at totally different times. Once, they showed showed up at 8 AM the day before a 5 PM appointment. Of course, it was fitting that when I called to shut off my service at the end of the week because I was moving, they shut it off four days early. There is ZERO communication between corporate and local. Its a disgrace the people of Statesboro are stuck with this so-called company.

Absolute garbage company. The customer service in town is terrible, theyre all rude. They refuse to give you anymore information than they only set up new accounts. The speeds are absolute trash. The smaller package is advertised as 6.0 Mbps down. Youre lucky to get 1. Its 2017 and this trash company cant even get you 6 Mbps. Then they charge you to the moon for that! Its a damn shame that Statesboro has to choose between this and Northland. Bulloch telephone cant spread fast enough. Theyre fast, reliable and GREAT customer service. I hope they run their dog turd of a company out of town. Ive had a tech come 3 times and each time they tell me something different and cant fix a thing. Thats AFTER needing a miracle to even get them out here to bring me my hardware, which I had to hook up! Stay far far away from them.

They would get 0 stars if possible. they will steal your money! Go with brighthouse or comcast!!! They told me all together i will be paying $65.00 a month for basic cable and the slowest internet which was fine. Come to find out their basic cable is local programming channels, you dont even get TNT or ESPN. Oh and my bill is $146.00.

One star is too generous for this incompetent lying greedy company. I have had nothing but problems since the day I unfortunately decided to use Frontier as an internet provider. To start when they came to install my internet the lazy tech that installed my internet didnt properly install the line. He strung it across my backyard without burying it and then took the old lines and crumpled them up and left a GIANT ball of exposed wires in my backyard. My lawn people ran over the internet cable that wasnt buried and accidentally cut it. It took 4 months to get this situation fixed... I contacted frontier everyday I was lied too and led around by every employee I spoke too. Eventually after several weeks of this someone finally put me in contact with the manager. The manager reassured me everything would be handled and it eventually was... 2 months later. I paid my bill and my payment seemed to disappear at the opportune time to charge me a late fee. They have been throttling my speed and my internet constantly goes out. The WORST part is if you have any complaints good luck getting anyone to help/fix it. This is the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. PLEASE before choosing an internet company read frontiers string of horrible reviews from customers and take them serious... it will save you the headaches and the time of dealing with a company that is insanely greedy and doesnt care about its customers at all. Please dont use frontier they dont deserve your business. I would rather chew on glass than ever deal with frontier again.

This company is absolutely awful! I was trying to get internet service through them at my apartment, and they told me that because the previous renters still had a bill with them. I asked could I just fax them my lease that shows I am the new renter and when I moved in. They said no, they would have to mail me a form to fill out that will 7-10 business days, then I would have to send it back and wait for them to approve it before I can even get a connect date. What an inconvenience to their new customers!!!

Probably the worst Internet speed Ive had since dialup in the 90s. We started paying for the ultra speed and I think it actually got worse somehow. If you want to watch a streaming ball game or speak with family over Skype during high traffic hours, may God have mercy on you.Of course were in an apartment complex where only Frontier is offered. They realize they have a monopoly here so I dont think speeding things up is a priority. But if you have a choice, consider someone else. Weve called several times to complain about the speed but of course nothing has happened.

I just hate how we only have 2 options for Internet and both are horrible quality. My cell phone has more reliable internet.

Called Frontier and was given a week to wait for internet installation. They were supposedly booked up which did not make sense seeing that it was out of the normal moving season. I had to settle for a morning appointment because all others were filled so I took off from work to be there for the installation. On the day of installation I waited for hours and no one showed up! A representative then called me to tell me that no one was coming but I could have my appointment rescheduled for 2 weeks later. I was furious, not only did I take off work but they waisted hours of my day waiting for services that would not be installed. Needless to say Ive gone with another provider and Im satisfied. Frontier is unprofessional and I would not recommend them, go with Northland instead.

This is literally worse than any other internet service. It is so SLOW. I call every week because it is either out or insanely slow. Every single time they say turn it off and turn it back on. It takes literally hours to upload or download anything. I would rather chew on glass than deal with this internet. This is the worst service you can possibly get. The only thing that is nice about this company is the customer service, but check your bill every month as they accidently add things to your bill.

Terrible wifi service:0( It is so bad that we probably do not get uninterrupted wifi service for even 20 minutes a day. Our cellular data is going crazy trying to compensate!!! After several hours in calls, and a stop by the local office, Frontier can only answer that the system is overloaded in our area, and they are working to improve it. No date can be provided of when to expect it to be fixed. Meantime, I think they should stop charging customers for a service they are not providing.

The local office is a joke. Theyre very unhelpful and no matter what your problem is they try to forward your call to customer service (located in NJ? Or somewhere). Lashaunda (not sure if its spelled correctly) told me she would call me back and never did. Been without Internet and phone service for 4 days now!! Absolute worst. Too bad their only competition in statesboro is Northland who also suck.

Internet has been out for two weeks and doesnt look like its getting fixed anytime soon. Wireless has always been hit-and-miss, just finally stopped working altogether. Quite literally the worst internet provider in the Statesboro area.

Absolutely awful performance. We pay for the 6 mbps speed (minimum) and have never received it for 3 months of testing (with their bandwidth test). We kept a spreadsheet of tests, and the best we ever got was 4 mb. The rest were in the 1 and 3 ranges. Get this: when we call, they say Well those speeds arent guaranteed. We promise UP TO that speed. When pressed, they said, If you want faster speeds, you can pay $10 more a month to get UP TO 12mbps Well isnt that great? They dont deliver the lower speeds and we can pay more to get ZERO assurance of speed increase, because if we are still at 2mbps, we are technically getting UP TO 12mbps. STAY AWAY.

THE WORRRSST!!! If you have other options, avoid them! They lie and give you the run around on everything. Youll have to wait forever to have your service installed and theyll add additional things to your order so that your monthly bill is higher. There arent a lot of options here in statesboro but please just pay the extra $10-15 for another service.

I am currently forced to use this service because of the apartment complex that I live in. I must say it is the worst internet and cable service I have ever had. The internet constantly losses connection and when it is connected it is extremely slow. The cable isnt as bad but the sound does occasionally go out when watching certain channels(my tv is brand new so it isnt that). All in all I would say after having experience with Northland vs. Frontier, Northland is 100 times better.

Frontier has horrible customer service. As far as the product I have no idea. I called Monday, August 18th and started my account with them and promptly had to pay a deposit. No problem. They told me the soonest somebody would be able to get out here to hook everything up would be the following Monday from 8am-3pm. No problem. So Monday comes around and Im waiting and waiting and 3:00pm comes around. I call and talk to some people and they tell me that someone should be there by 5:00pm. 5:00pm comes around and still nobody comes and I call again. They told me that my credit card information that I gave to the guy I talked to on Monday was not put through. So instead of someone calling and letting me know that before they were supposed to be there, I had to give my credit card information again and wait until Thursday, the 28th for someone to come out. No big deal. So I wait on Thursday, skip class to meet the 8am-3pm window, and again nobody shows up. I call and they say that the technician couldnt make it out that day. Again nobody gave me a heads up. I had to call both times, multiple times to get some kind of information. They said they could make it out Friday. A technician finally made it out on Friday just to tell me the lines are messed up and hed have to come back on Tuesday, September 2nd. I waited until Tuesday and still nobody came out and I called again and they said that they wouldnt be able to get out again tTuesday. That they didnt have the part they needed and that they were scared of the big bad thunderstorm. It rained for 30 minutes that day. I demanded my internet and they said that they might be able to get out here Wednesday. So that Tuesday is when I called and cancelled my service and they told me that I would have my money in 3-5 business days.So I waited until yesterday for my refund to come in and there was nothing. From Tuesday, September 2nd to Tuesday, September 9th would be six business days. I called Frontier and they didnt have any of my account information on file. I had to jump through hoops just to cancel my service through them and now I have to jump through hoops to get my $61 deposit back? They finally found what I was talking about because I told them that I was looking at my bank account as we spoke and seen the payment taken out with their name on it. They put me on a brief hold and said something to the extent of I dont know why the lady would tell you 3-5 business days, it could take up to 15 business day. To me that is thievery, they can take your money in less than 30 seconds but cant give it back to until 15 days later.The same day I called Northland Communications and set up an account with them. They are a little more expensive but get this; They told me that the soonest they could get out would be Friday and wouldnt you guess it, they where out here Friday. Go with Northland Communications, they stick by their word and dont dick you around.

Waited all day from 8-5, and they never showed up for installation. You cannot get a hold of anyone over the phone(waited on hold for thirty minutes without ever speaking to a representative). The morning after they were supposed to set up Internet and dish the technician arrives at 8:45 and runs a wire above ground for Internet, and we still do not have Internet or dish. Poor, poor performance.
