Jake was very polite, on time, and did a GREAT JOB! I rarely even give reviews, but this was excellent service, so I feel like people should know about it. Jake was very patient with my many questions and when we noticed the cameras needed adjusting, he pulls out a ladder and all the tools needed. Will definitely save his number for the future !

Jakes Communications provided our apartment complex with, by far, the BEST service when Jake himself came out to help troubleshoot our existing security camera system. He was so very kind and professional and was so understanding of my 6month old son who was screaming the whole time he was trying to explain things to me (and even helped me with him a little bit). He does a fantastic job and really pays attention to detail and it is VERY obvious he knows what he is doing (unlike many other people in this area). I am extremely grateful to have met him and hope to do business with him in the future!

The receptionist with black hair is very rude. When I first walked in I said “Hello” and I asked if the company provided “cable.” She looked at me like I was asking a stupid question (which I probably was because dish is satellite television, but I wanted to be educated on the difference between satellite and cable). She was very condescending I wish I walked out the very first time she spoke to me and my mom.

Excellent service. DirectTV is awful but Jake does everything he can to make it right and goes above and beyond to make sure the customer has the set up that they want. Three different installers came out and either refused to install or wanted to secure the dish to the roof. Jake came on a Saturday afternoon and installed it in no time and just where we wanted it. Now we are trying to get Direct to honor the price they quoted. Jake awesome - Direct not so much but they have the sports programming we want.

Jake is one of the best business owners in Statesboro. The office assistant was very knowledgeable and helpful too. We were newcomers to Statesboro and three techs told us our location would not receive satellite signal. Jake installed equipment and we are enjoying tv again. Thanks to Jake home away from home is great.

Just moved into a new house and got satellite for the first time. Jake came out the afternoon I called and got me all set up. He even took the time to re wire the house instead of using the existing wires so I didnt loose picture quality. I cant imagine someone having a bad experience here. Good people that are laid back, honest and good at what they do.
