Ga. Southern move in weekend and on Saturday morning we have a flat tire. As an out of towner (thousands of us out of towners in town this weekend) we were at the mercy of the locals. A quick search on the ole smart phone and I start going through the numbers. No one wanted to come pump up the tire to get the business… finally after several numbers I get to Total Tire and Auto Care; fate. Jody came out, pumped us up and guided us back to the shop where he removed the tire and repaired it properly. David welcomed us to the area, said he’d be there for our kid’s auto if ever needed, and I can’t express how fair the price was. It is totally satisfying to find an honest businessperson that’s willing to work and only charges what’s fair.

Everytime I take my trucks there for repair, I have no problems, the service is excellent and there always professional. I would recommend this establishment to all of my friends.

Without question David the owner of Total Tire personally got involved and got all 4 tires completed even though it ran 30 minutes after closing. Great customer service at its best

Got towed here by Bobby Dollar due to a bad alternator. They replaced the alternator quickly so we could get back on the road. Kept us company while we waited too. Good people!!

I discovered Total Tire at the beginning of 2020, and I have been back many times since. They have taken good care of my car and have it running better than ever. David and his team are honest friendly folks who do good work at a great price! Only place I trust with my car in Statesboro. I am moving in a couple of weeks and went in this morning for the last time, and I can honestly say I am gonna miss having such reliable friendly service.

We had a semi emergency situation we were unaware of and it was almost time for closing. They got the job done and stays almost an hour later than close to make sure we could go the rest of the way on our trip. I can’t say enough good about these folks.

The guy in the morning was awesome but the woman when I went to pick up was rude didn’t even acknowledge when I walked in..... and the fat girl was just staring pointing where I needed to go didnt open her mouth!

Dont think I would recommended. Took my car there as it would not turn over, engine light on and just clicking (not my battery because everything else was coming on) told them I was told that it seemed to be my radiator or starter. They took the car a couple days and told me it was a key malfunction, i would need to buy a new fob. i ended up buying 2 and that turned out to be fairly expensive. My car 2.5 weeks later same problem, no matter what key I use. Not very happy about it.

This shop worked with me over the phone for 2 days prior to service, being I was out of town. Upon arrival, they took the car in, did the work, provided updates as they went, and finished all of the work in a timely manner. Mechanics came out to talk with us and counter help were great. I feel very comfortable now send my child to this establishment to have work done on their own. Good for students at Georgia Southern..

The biggest rip offs in Statesboro!! Told me I needed an engine for my truck, quoted me $6000 for the repair.. Got a second opinion on my vehicle and it was a $200 part! Unbelievable, in a time like this in our world that they would try and rip off a hard working american citizen... If it was up to me they would be shut down! Never trust this place.. They should be investigated..(Im writing this while I sit in my truck that is running perfectly)

We had a flat in Savannah on our way to Macon and tried multiple shops in that area to help us. We had no luck so a friend recommended Total Tire in Statesboro. We contacted them and told them our situation and they were glad to help. They stayed after closing waiting on us to get there and had us back on the road in 10 min. Cant thank them enough.

I dropped off my car with an understanding of what date I would pick it up. They assured me everything would be done by then - I didnt get my car until almost a week later, considering they never called me to get my approval. It took ages to receive the parts needed, which I grant was beyond their control, but their unwillingness to call and communicate with me was all on them. I corrected their wrong number for me, so they definitely should have had it. Getting information from them felt like pulling teeth, and I felt they were getting annoyed with me for simply trying to get an update and have them return a call. When I finally picked up my car, there were big mud stains on it. I wont be returning here.

Legit from the looks of it. Even cut test price by nearly 50%. So far so good. Overall, very helpful and informative as well as willing to give me step by step information till the end. I was under the impression I needed to purchase a starter but now realize my ecm is down.

I struck an object in the road while traveling 40 minutes away from Statesboro. I contacted Total Tire Care and within an hour I was back on the road at a reasonable price. Fast, friendly service that cant be beat!
