I booked a last minute appointment online with Lizz for a cut and boy am I glad I did! Probably the best haircut I’ve ever received at a fraction of what I was paying downtown! The salon is super cute and clean, everyone was very friendly. I’ll definitely be back!

I had Jennifer cut my hair. Conversation was amazing and she cut my hair very well, too. She let me know that the shampoo and blow dry was free, which was nice of her. 4 stars because most websites said this was a cheap place to get a haircut at, but for my simple trim it was $40 before tip, so, that wasn’t true.

I saw Amber and she did a phenomenal job! I was nervous about trying a new salon but she listened and made suggestions and it came out amazing!

Dee, Emily (for my nail catastrophes of my own making 😅), other members of the staff Ive encountered and entire building have made me feel as welcomed as they couldve the last 4 years of my life as I was readjusting after a move to a new haircut that Ive now made my own and will never change.

I had a horrible experience somewhere else on Monday, I called Tuesday for an S.O.S. And Jennifer from the salon saved me and my hair! Love it so much, feel like a human again! Thank you Jennifer and Salon Beautiful! Ill definitely be back!

Visited in early January. Specifically asked that my hair be cut a certain way. Stylist completely ignored me. Three months later...my hair is just now beginning to be long enough to style. Seems like their customer service has gone right out the window.

Every time I go in it is a great experience from start to finish. Amy and her team are top-notch and I always recommend Salon Beautiful to my family and friends who have also been thoroughly impressed. Highly recommend!

I have been having my hair styled by Heather for a while now. I love how great I look every time I leave the salon and always get a ton of compliments! I have recommend this salon to a lot of people. They are always polite and the salon is beautiful as well as comfortable!

I had such a wonderful experience at this salon this evening! The staff all seemed very nice and professional. I admit that I am very picky about my haircut. I have naturally curly hair and it is very difficult finding someone who can cut it correctly so that I can wear it curly or straight, but Deandra did a wonderful job! I felt very confident in her chair that I was in good hands. I left there feeling better than I have in a long time! Everyone deserves the chance to feel beautiful and this place definitely made me feel that way.

I have NEVER experienced worse customer service. After being forced to wait (30 minutes) because of a big party (prom) I said I couldnt wait any more. The owner was cursing and yelling at me. She said Id have to pay a broken appointment fee. Ive never felt so humiliated as when she was yelling at me. The haircuts were average - nothing special- and the price was right, but Ill never go back! Ive been living here for over a decade and Ive never met such a rude business owner in happy valley!

It is a small place in an old building, so I wasnt sure if I made a right decision to try it. Well, I am glad I went there! This was the best haircut in 4 years! Ive been to Designers Denn and Looks many times - and I cant say that I had terrible experiences, but it all depends on a stylist. I guess I was lucky to find a great stylist at Salon Beautiful. Lizz listened attentively to what I wanted to get done and did a superb cut! Two of my friends went to her after seeing my awesome haircut.

Liz does a fantastic job with my sons hair! Shes patient and quick!
