I had an appointment for myself, my husband and BFF at 10:30 am. We showed up at 10:15, and they did not start our services until almost 11 am. They rushed through each service, cut me multiple times, and was very rude. Over charges, as well. Left nail polish all over my hands. I do not recommend one bit! They would work on me and then switch to others instead of finishing our services. I asked her to finish ours since we had appointments and instead of doing others and she was extremely rude to me after that.

It is a very nice relaxing place for manicures, pedicures, gel nails, etc. Prices are reasonable. The couple that owns it are extremely nice people. I love going there.

I. Love. This. Place! My nails always look 🔥 when I leave. You have to be patient tho, its a family business so dont come in with an attitude when you have to wait. Even if you do wait, Jenn is awesome and totally worth it! I dont go anywhere else

I called today to ask for an acrylic soak off and the woman on the phone told me it would take 1-2 hours... I’ve been getting my nails done for a while at a high quality salon in Philly and they take 20-30 minutes to take off acrylics. Google also confirms a salon acrylic soak off should take 20-30 minutes.When I mentioned this on the phone, the woman just said “mmm I don’t think so”. The whole exchange was a little gruff and strange, and didn’t give me a lot of faith in their services. Needless to say I went to a different salon!

I love it here. They always do a super job on my gel nails. I never have any chipping and my acrylics have stayed in place for months. This is the only place I will go to have my nails done. Mani and pedi.

My daughter just returned from a bad experience from the minute she walked in. She called ahead to check if available to come in 15 min and the owner said yes come right in. She got there and waited more than 30 min. As a student she is trying to manage her time with classes. She wanted a pastel yellow polish .. who doesn’t have a pastel yellow .. instead the owner tried to blend two colors to make a mustard yellow. I Called and she would not agree to do a polish change.. obviously not customer focused .. only interested in charging an additional $15 for correction. I asked her if she worked with referrals and she responded ... “don’t try this on me” and hung up on me! I am in customer service.. you don’t treat your clients in this unprofessional manner. One and done for this business !

Always loving my nails when they’re done! They do such an amazing job. I get lots of compliments from everyone. I drive about an hour and it’s worth the drive!

Picked out a color from the options given and decided to go with a pastel yellow. Instead, El, I believe her name was, first painted my nails white then went over with a dark yellow color. Nails came out looking awful. Not the color I asked for. Very unprofessional. Will not be returning.

Best place ever Jen is so awesome at what she does and she takes pride in doing a perfect job for everyone!!! Ive been going here for ever and she always makes time even if I have to come in and she doesnt have time she always finds a way to fit my in if its last minute!!!

Rude staff, I called them before I came and she said you can come then when I arrived she just ignored me and said you to wait for a long time !!

There’s so much bad to stay, but the real problem is the woman who runs it. She’s very mean. Like actual mean and refuses to answer any question you may have. She even kicks people out of the salon. Hostile environment.

I had a problem with artifical nails. My own nails were terrible and I needed to be somewhere special. They went above and beyond and created very nice nails with my own nails. Excellent customer service

I wanted a place to get my nails done before Valentine’s Day and I decided to go there. The wait time wasn’t bad I was only waiting for 10 minutes. My pedicure felt rushed and the guy didn’t even wash his hands before touching my nails after touching other clients hands and feet. I got very very short acrylics because I was told it would be extra for anything longer than that. At first, I was going to get just regular polish but the guy convinced me to get gel polish instead. I asked for the price and the guy started charging me for random things. He wanted to charge me $5 extra for no reason and wanted me to pay $55 for SHORT acrylics but after arguing he decided to only charge me the $40. FOUR of my nails are crooked and when I asked for him to fix it, he started giving me attitude. The prices are a scam for some of the things and it felt like they were deciding on the spot what to charge. The nail tips feel very very cheap. You might as well save your money and go somewhere worth your money.

This place is horrible! My daughter went there and had an awful experience. I called from California and spoke to El, she was not helpful and could care less about our concerns. My daughter waited for two hours with her nails soaked in acetone and every time she tried to pulled her nails out she was told to keep soaking her nails. My daughter had to peel her nails off by herself and to make things worse she had to pay $15 for nothing! Not to mention how unhealthy that is for anyone to soak their nails for that period of time. Dont ever go to this horrendous nail salon! We will be reporting this to every social media outlet to let other people know how they will be treated! When I advised El that I was going to write a negative review she said she didnt care and said, post whatever you want to write. I guess this shows their lack of customer service and their ability to listen to customers complaints and concerns. We will be letting all of my daughters friends know never go to this disgusting nail salon!

This place was absolutely amazing. They were extremely thorough with my nails and they always made sure I had the best experience. The place was very clean and sanitary there was nothing left in the chairs or the tubs from previous customers. They took care of my feet and made sure that they were looking fabulous. This place is a hidden gem in the state college area for anyone looking to receive standard service and a good manicure. The staff is extremely attentive to their work but in my experience the prices were not fixed. As a customer, I found it useful to know what you would like before going.

I was told by MANY others not to go to this salon, however I went against be better judgment. Absolutely the worst nail salon to go to. The woman who does the nail designs is very rude and unprofessional. Even more so she allowed her child to run around the entire time, spilling nail polish and disturbing other customers. This woman did not take her time with my nails and when I spoke up she decided to have an attitude and snap at me. I totally understand why this nail salon is rated 1 star on Yelp. At one point this nail salon had cheaper prices and it made sense to come in as a last resort, however I recommend just going somewhere else. If I could give this salon a half a star I would, and thats because the gentleman there was very professional and does take his time. The salon is also very understaffed. I understand that it can be stressful, however it is at no point acceptable to provide bad service or be unprofessional. Theyve definitely lost a customer and any recommendations going forward.Totally forgot to mention the wait and price confirmation! So I asked repeatedly how much my nails would cost so I could decide if it was reasonable. The woman kept saying $15 and up.... When I mentioned that I needed an actual price or I would find somewhere else, she decided on $70 and then had another tail technician come and start my nails. I then sat there for over 20 minutes with just the tips on my nails, when supposedly there was no wait time.

Worst service. I got there and signed my name in and what I wanted with none of them asking me what I wanted or anything. Sat down in the waiting area for over 30mins. I got up to cross my name off after seeing people go in after me and getting right to what they wanted down. When crossing my name off they said hi what do you want done. I said “nothing I waited here over 30mins with everyone else walking in and getting what they wanted done.”Ended up going to T spa and got asked what I wanted done (pedi) and they got my right to a chair and started. I would recommend T spa and not this place where they don’t care till your leaving because no one wants to talk to you till you go back up to cross your name off.

Went there a month ago and got my nails done the lady was very nice and respectful ! The only thing is when I got home I realized my nails where uneven or some were thicker than others it wasnt such a big deal because you guys were busy

If I could rate this place zero stars I would. I just came in today and was told to take a seat at 2 so I did. Was told so pick out my color, so I did. Then while picking out my color four girls came in and we’re seated. I then was told I have to go after then because they had come in there earlier. 1) Why seat me and have me choose a color if you’re going to serve other people beforehand? 2) Why did they leave then that’s their own problem they weren’t in there? That was very unprofessional and a waste of my time. You may not be a empath or a humanitarian but you better learn to be because you’re going to get no where treating people like they’re trash or should go after someone else because the four people that left them came back are offering more money. PS bnb is better.

She was great, cared about what she was doing and final outcome. She checked with me about the shape and everything before she moved onto the next step. Everything was very thorough and comfortable.

My sister, my niece and I went to the salon on Sunday...now I understand its busy but the way they handled us was absolutely terrible. We arrived at 12:30pm, said they would be with us within a half hour...we WAITED for 2 hours just to get seated. Once I was in a nail chair, it was another half hour before she began my nails. The first nail technician took forever putting my nails on, then I had to switch seats with my sister so she can put her nails on. THEN another client took the seat I was originally sitting at, so they could finish her before continuing on with me or my sister....Im not kidding, this was seriously musical chairs ALL afternoon. My poor niece who just wanted gel polish WAITED for close to 2.5 hours before they could do her nails. The nail technician was extremely rough with her. We moved seats about 2 more times and finally got done around 3:45pm. I love my nails, I think theyre great but theyre already starting to chip and she did not take her time with any of us. Oh and I picked a beautiful green color, 3 days later, and its an ugly baby poop color now...I have no idea what happened but I doubt we will ever be back again.

Though the salon was clean and the ladies were very sweet and talented, the woman that did the floral design on my nails spent the entire time on the phone. Less than a week later, 3 of my nails were pealing (gel polish on a full set). Just a little over a week 6 nails were pealing. In all the time Ive been getting my nails done....I have never had this happen before. :(

Ive been a client for a few years now and the base cost stayed the same and she was good at her trade. I always tipped at least %20 however Last month I was she rushed through doing my nails. Those hand pieces get very hot. I tipped her %15. Today she raised the cost in me $5.00 so its time to go somewhere else!

They charge $10 extra dollars for any shape other than square and they ares even that good

So i took my sister here and we got both of r nails done. As the same time amd 2 days later hers poped off . And then we took her to have it fix it cost 5 buck to have it fixz and it dont even look like the same thing we had on it 👿

I feel bad for even giving 1 star for this place. I hope what happened to me today happens never to anyone! The lady there is extremely extremely rude and racist! I arrived there first and she decided to do nails for customers who arrived later without appointments. While doing my nails I politely told her to please be gentle and do the shaping, she couldnt even take that comment.. got so rude and responded back to me by saying that I know what in doing and you tell me how you like it in the end! She was mostly on the phone and most rude out of everything, she told me to not come back here.. she also took the cash from me while it was being dune saying that after finishing the manicure it will be inconvenient while my hands are left to. Im like what?!!?! Ive never told to make payments while getting a service done.. she also charged me 5$extra just for putting polka dots on two fingers..!!

They have always been great. Sometimes you have to wait but they are nice and do a great job on my nails.

I was short on time and asked them if I had to wait and they replied no. Then they made me wait more than 45 minutes for my pedicure. On asking them again for the wait they misbehaved. They are so rude. It is the worst nail salon I ever experienced.

Less than a week later gel was peeling my first time there. I decided to give them another try and my nail literally chipped (gel should not chip at all the first day) while I was there when I asked them about it they got extremely rude with me. Saying gel didnt have to feel smooth with glitter on ( lie) ....( Ive always had all my gel nails smooth) its because she did them in about 8 minutes rushing me through. Price was different in the two times I went even though I got the same thing both times. I asked them about that they didnt care about the fact that I paid less the last time I was there either just so rude about it all... very unprofessional. They obviously dont really care about their customers. Never going back... and theyre losing 5 customers because of how they handled this situation.

I went here with the intention to spend money and get a manicure, I was told to pick a color by the lady and I sat waiting for almost 15 minutes for service. Nobody gave me any insight as to when I would be serviced and I had to leave because I had other obligations in an hour and would not have gotten my nails done in time at the rate things were moving. I was disappointed and will not be returning.

Nails were uneven and crooked. Polish started bubbling as soon as they were painted. Asked for a refund or a certificate to come back and was told I could not get my money back and I was stuck with them.Also did not clean tools between customers

Excellent place to have your nails done! Jen is super professional, and the salon is immaculate. Im normally there first thing on a Saturday to avoid the subsequent rush. Today, I took a pic of a design I saw on Pinterest, and Jen nailed it perfectly.I seriously dislike giving up my nail salon, but the idiot who said the salon was bad is doing them a disservice (that means you said something bad about a good place, Nila Milton).11/18/17 - another dipping powder appointment - another perfect job. The lady that did my nails was super annoying and racist. I came in by 7:20 and I ask what time they close. She said I shouldnt worry about it. That she could do my nails. She kept on pulling my hands. Half way through the job, she told me they close at 7:30 and that I should have come early. I told her that why I ask when they were closing earlier. When she was done with my nails, I told her I did not appreciate the way she pulled my hands. Her response was Thats the way I fix nails. I rub cream on your hands when I finished. I dont cream on people with ur color. I was so shocked and disappointed at the same time. So if u are black dont go there.

Felt comfortable, provided very good service for my nail selection,various pedicure services which are so relaxing and my feet looked and felt great.

It is a good place except that the person was being a little to rough and was rushing then they put some kind of coconut liquid on my nails and right after that my one nail chipped and most of the paint is already off of my nails and i got my finger nails painted.

This has to be the worst nail salon Ive ever been to. They made me wait an hour to take off my nail polish. And the older technician hurt me because she didnt know what she was doing. Not worth it.
