Throughout that process, Steven was extremely helpful, patient, wise, and honest. We ended up purchasing a home direct through the owner and Steven was very respectful of that decision. The second time we worked with Steven was to sell the home we purchased when we decided to move closer to family. Throughout the entire process, Steven and his team were very helpful, honest, and upbeat. Stevens demeanor is optimistic and yet hes a realist.. a great combo! We found out we were losing our home with very short notice. Since we have no clue about how to buy a home, we contacted re/max to help us.The broker and agent we spoke with were all about helping us find a new home until they found out we couldnt afford a $100,000 + mortgage so the agent tried to push us off to another agent and claimed they could only help us in one location even though in the beginning, they told us we could look anywhere. So anyone who isnt rich, dont go here for help to find a home!

Our individual agent in this office was great. Unfortunately she was not a reflection of those in her office that she was compelled to collaborate with on our transaction. Luckily for us, this office was not representing my family on a sale of our property. We will use this experience moving forward to define what bad looks like. Its a shame, but I am compelled to give them at least one star in order to leave this review.

We recently used Re/Max Centre Reality and had Phil Williams as our agent. He was great he was willing to help us in any way. We were first time home buyers and he was willing to answer questions, spend time with us looking things over. Getting back to us quickly on things he didn’t know. Phil was on top of things. I would recommend Phil to anyone who is looking for not only the best houses on the market but for an experience you won’t regret. Thank you again Phil. Oh and did mention he even stopped for a follow up a few weeks after us buying the place to just to make sure things were good and if we needed anything.

I give Shirley Dunlap at Re/Max Realty 10 million stars for all her help with selling my home!Shirley went way out of her way several times during the process.She even came to my house with her husband because I needed a person who would know how to take the wall down that was covering my hot water heater because the buyers people needed pictures of my hot water heater and Shirley took all the pictures and she drove out of her way another time to come to my house to help me find metal plates with important numbers on them that identified my home as HUD approved.She found a lady to prop and decorate my home and also set me up with a place to come and install all new floors and carpet in my house so it would look nice to all the prospective buyers.Shirley went out of her way for me more times than I can count.Selling my home was a very emotional experience and Shirley was always there for me by phone and emails (holding my hand and telling me that everything was going to be ok) Shirley went way above and beyond what other people would have done to help me and keep me calm while I was going through this process.I will never forget you Shirley! Most amazing buying experience ever. We worked with the Steven Bodner team to find our first home after moving to the area a few years ago and renting up until now. I couldn’t be more pleased with the customer service offered by Steven and his team. Steven treated us like we were the only clients he had. He took the time to get to know us and understand what we were looking for in a home. He never rushed any meetings and always answered all of our questions thoroughly. Steven was available via phone or email should we have questions and navigated us through the buying process from start to finish. Not to mention that the latter half of the process took place during the COVID-19 pandemic. We had Jennifer Neely as our realtor and she was so great and we would have her as our realtor again. However, the reason that I gave Re/Max 2 stars was because of Dayna Dann. We bought the house and the company told us that we can borrow the truck to move for free, which was great. We emailed Dayna about the truck and filled in the form telling the date and time that we will pick up and return the truck. On the moving day, we went to Re/Max to pick up the truck key, and Dayna told us that we never give her a confirmation on which day we need the truck. Therefore, we ended up with no truck and there will be no truck available until it is too late to move. According to the email attached, my husband sent in the form with the date and time and Dayna even reply that she will print it out and put it in her file. I asked if we could go rent the truck and reimbursed with Re/Max but the answer was no. It was not our fault that we did everything, followed every instructions, still did not get the truck, and had to bare the cost of the moving truck since we have to immediately rent it from Uhaul. Our realtor Jennifer was so nice to offer to help us pay part of the moving cost. However, Dayna never say sorry or took responsibility of her mistake for not opening the attached file and was rude about the situation when I asked her about the form that we sent in. Instead she told us how many truck she has to deal with this month and shes too busy and walked away. Im very disappointed.

These people are a great realtors if you dont want to sell your property. Calling people back seems to be a difficult task for them. I would like to to say thanks for the no help.
