I came through here with my girlfriend earlier today. Wendy a bright and joyful attendant greeted us. Now it had been awhile since we had gone so my girlfriend asked for a few extra wipes, and Wendy gladly gave us the ridiculous amount we needed to wipe down the whole inside of our car. It was a great experience and Wendy made us smile. All of the employees are so nice and have great social skills. In my experiences coming here I have always had a good wash and great service.

I decided to purchase an unlimited car wash membership here, it is the best bang for the buck by far! Wendy is always great and smiling!!

Ive had the highest level unlimited pass for about 8 months. Its a good service if you want to drive in, drive out and hit the road. I always dry my car by hand after going through automated car washes.3 stars due to poor maintenance of equipment. It seems like there is always one system or another that is broken down. From tire shines that only work on one side leaving the other side untouched to dryers that only blow water off one side, wax/sealants that dont work, etc. I usually wash my car 2xweek. I often go through the wash at one location, realize parts arent working and drive to another Quick Quack location in hopes of a combined full wash. In July I went through the same car wash 4 TIMES one immediately after the other when the grill and windows remained dirty. They finally gave me a towel and glass cleaner as they explained the wash cant remove bugs. Sadly after each of the 4 times, only half of my car got air dried.We had 3 vehicles on their unlimited plan. We finally cancelled them all and signed up for a little more expensive competitor we used previously. Still not perfect but much more reliable and... I dont need to carry my own drying towels and window cleaner in my trunk.

I dont normally go to the one in Springville. I was there and since I have the membership I figured, why not?.Wonderful experience. Short line. Wonderful greeter!!!! The young lady seemed to honestly want me to have a good day.Had an interesting occurrence... first time of this happening... an alarm went off and the belt stopped. I glanced around and all was quiet...about 10 seconds later, the alarm sounded again and the belt started back up.Whatever had happened was fixed quickly and I felt safe just waiting a few seconds. Not a bag deal at all...handled well.I will definitely use the Springville Quick Quack again.

Great place for a quick car wash. Friendly staff. Only gave them a 4 because they used to have a carpet cleaner machine but now it’s gone. Overall, great service and their car wash won’t mess up my car like others.

The wash was good. The machines did a good job and my car came out dry. It was crowded so their was only one vacuum bay was open and it wasnt working very well. I will come back and hopefully have better luck.

Overall good place to wash your car. Staff is always friendly and helpful. The unlimited pass is the best value in the area. Vacuums are frequently broken, hence the 4, not 5 stars.

Does what it says on the box: car goes in dirty, comes out clean. Even got some tree sap off (before it baked in the sun too long). The employees are friendly and helpful. The vacuums and dash wipes are nice little perks.

Great location. Does a good job on getting my vehicles clean.. However, they raised the rate of their monthly membership and neglected to inform their customers about it! I would have stayed a member if they would have informed me, now Im a loyal Wiggy Wash member.

Always happy, efficient, and professional we go regularly to make the most of our membership. I was especially impressed after a giant dust storm how they handled lines coming into their location from two directions backed up for blocks. I would have lost my temper but even at the end of their day the kid who helped me still had a smile. With this location and one by my work personally it’s a win.

I dont know what it is about Quick Quack. Maybe they have the spinny whip things spinning the wrong way, but they always manage to mess with my plates. On one of my cars, in the Spanish Fork location, it peels the front plate off the sides so it curves. This location I thought might be different. Instead it managed to break my license plate frame in the back. Different car, mind you. So either Quick Quack has some poor configuration in terms of direction of their spinny whip things, or theyre out to break my license plates. And the $15 to get anything more than *just* soap doesnt help. Vacuums were good though.

Love quick quack... It is truly quick! My only complaint is that they dont do the undercarriage wash. But its still a great car wash!!

I have been using this car wash. They always take extra care to protect my car. The service is fast and good. Blaine is so polite and kind and very attentive.

Always friendly. The kids see the big Duck and go nuts wanting to go through the car wash. The lights and scent in the car wash are great. I have been to other companies where the water in the car was stinks and really makes you want to head back to what you know is good, Quick Quack, you are what is good.

We got married and our car got destroyed by oreos and cheese. Not only did Adam, the manager, help us scrape off the oreos but he was so kind and made sure our car was spotless. The vacuums have really poor suction. The car wash broke one of our side mirrors and the manager won’t call us back.

I paid for the premium wash but it barely got any of the bugs off the front. I also really dislike the fact that they ask you which membership you want so that they can start auto billing monthly rather than asking which wash you want and *if* you want a subscription. Even after saying I wanted the best wash I had to clarify I wasnt wanting a subscription.Companies that try to slip that by customers so they can auto-bill are run by scam artists. The wash wasnt worth $20 but the attempt to try to slip it past me that theyre going to be auto billing monthly makes me hate them. Never again.

Our experience with the Springville Quick Quack has always been good, but since Adam is the new store owner, it has been the best experience ever! They are super friendly and even came to wipe off our car of excess water! Will for sure continue my business with Quick Quack!

I didnt like the carwash. It was my first time there. When I pulled out of the car wash my car still had dirty water running down the back of my vehicle. I also hadnt notice that my car had a dent by the back driver tail light while vaccuming out my car before going into the car wash and my driver side mirror was pushed up against my car. I talked to the employees and expressed my concerns about the dent and the mirror and didnt want to file any type of insurance claim. I only wanted to bring it to there attention in case the dent happened in the car wash due to my mirror being pushed backwards against my vehicle. The employees were very nice. The manager was extremely rude and unprofessional towards me after he went into the store to view the video footage. I asked him why he was being so rude towards me I then felt that i wanted to view the footge myself and asked, he wouldnt allow me to view the footage of me pulling into the carwash to see if the car wash caused the damage to my car. He said that the car wash didnt. When I asked for his bosses information and or the corporates information to express how unprofessional he was being towards me, he said that he was his own boss and the corporate as well and walked away from me. I felt that the situation could have been handled differently on both parties including myself.

Had a great first time swinging by to get my car cleaned. They had personable service, not just talking to a computer or scanning a chip. Visiting the car wash was something my little one has been looking forward to. The fun lights, soap spray, and watching the monsters wipe the dirt off the car made her day.

Easy to get to, some days its just too busy. But a monthly membership is the way to go. You only wash every week and you already are saving money. The staff are always so helpful and kind

I like how theyve got covered parking for the vacuums so you can dry any spots that the blowers missed. Theyve also got compressed air lines to get the water out of seams that might otherwise streak when you drive off.Update:I visited the Springville location on 400 south Saturday morning and paid for the better mid-tier wash, not least because it included a tire shine. After exiting the wash to vacuum my car I noticed that only half of each tire had a shine applied to it, the aluminum wheels had been smudged with something brown (maybe the tire polish?), and the rear passenger wheel looked like excrement had been sprayed on it. If this is your $15 better wash Ill happily go back to patronizing Wiggy Wash.

My wife and I enjoy quick quack. I think a slower more personal approach would be better. I feel like they try to jam as many cars as possible into the smallest time possible in the wash. The vacuums and air are a nice touch. But quit trying to jam your monthly on me.

I’ve gone here for a long time now and they do an awesome job! Every time they also give me a free wipe for the inside of the car so that’s an awesome bonus! I got the black ice freshener and it smells amazing!

They will not fix that the tire shine gets all over your vehicle

Great express car wash. Fast and efficient! Only downfall is my car is usually still a little wet and sometimes still some soap on there. But for being an automated wash, overall pretty decent! Plus I love the free vacuums to use afterwards. Just a few that dont work, but I know to avoid those ones now. I love how shiny my car looks afterwards 😊

I went to quick quack at 5:30pm. The line was long but went very quickly. I was impressed at how efficient the workers were and how kind. They moved the line right along and were very friendly. PS. I love the dash wipes! Blaine was friendly and talkative.

Friendly Staff. Careful of the cleaner. I frequent this car wash, however Friday April 17 around 6:40 PM I was using the vacuum and within one minute or so of grabbing it my hands started to burn and get white spots all over them, like they had touched a strong cleaning agent. I noticed the employee heavily spraying a bottle of cleaner on the vacuum handles and giving it a half wipe afterwords. I appreciate the sanitation during these times but be very careful touching the vacuums it was extremely uncomfortable.

Staff and the customer service are incredible. One time, the card reading system crashed as I was about to pay for my car wash, and the staff told me that I could have a free car wash that day. So kind and thoughtful! Only reason I am giving 4 stars is that the air blowers dont get as much water off as they do at the Provo location, and I have to rely on the tiny air blower a little bit more.

I love Quick Quack. I have a membership with them with my 2 cars. One room for improvement is washing to the back of my minivan. For some reason the brushes dont get to it well and it doesnt get cleaned right. Hence the 4 stars and not 5

It was great, I was on auto pay...I went to get a wash and was told I was cancelled. No notification was given until then. I went home and checked my card and statements and found nothing wrong on my end. You say you can cancel at anytime, I just want to know why I was dropped.

I like quick quack car wash! I feel like you get a good wash. The only reason for 4 stars is because your car is still pretty wet after leaving the dryers 😕 Some other things I love about quick quack are the strong vacuums with the wide heads (they seem to pickup debris much quicker and thoroughly on the car floor carpet than the thinner detail heads) and the fact that they give you a wipe to wipe the inside of your car down.

Used to love them but they double charged me for the best and and better car washes and never corrected their mistake!!I got the least car wash always and was charged for the best... will never go here again their help department was not helpful at all!!!! Wish I could rate them negative stars!!!!

Fast, friendly service. I absolutely love the vacuums with different hose attachments. It makes it really easy to get all of the hard-to-reach places. I also love the free dash wipe. Its amazing how dirty it gets. I also appreciate the garbage cans in the vaccum bays. Lord knows how much garbage 4 kids can create. My only suggestion is that the blowers need to be a little stronger. The car is still quite wet after. Its not a deal breaker though.

Ive been to a lot of car washes that leave the little water spots all over your car but I did not have that problem here. Our car looked so impeccably clean and Shiney after we finished. And the vacuums were literally a godsend. I highly recommend if you want quality with your car wash. Plus the cool lights through out make it feel like a fun party!

I was one of the first who signed up for this service and was a customer for years. They suddenly cancelled my price plan and tried to blame it on an expired cc. I called and the agent told me his hands were tied and I wasnt the first frustrated client he has spoken to all complaining and their service plan was abruptly cancelled. Greedy.

I love coming to this location because I always get through in a timely manner and the staff is super friendly! They also do a great job keeping their facility clean and the vacuums work great.

We LOVE quick quack! My kiddo begs me to take her there every time she sees it, which is a LOT (we live close). The wash gets the job done great and I love the free vacuums and air sprayers!

Love it -- as advertised, quick. I like the tire shine, but sometimes it flips up on the sides of my truck. When I let it dry off a bit the tires seem to keep the shine on them better.

I love a nice clean car! Quick Quack is the least expensive monthly deal Ive found. I like that in addition to their hoses (they have two types, one for the floor and one for hard to get to places), they have an air hose to spray off any leftover water. Ive found that no matter how good or long the blow dryers are in the car wash, you always need a little extra air blow. They often have deals going on too, so be on the look out!
