The 5 stars experience will never goin to happen at this truck wash, I had my wheels polished 3 days before I had obligated wash my trailer before loading in Delta, unfortunately this place is the only option unless you want to drive to a real truck wash in Salt Lake, anyways they screwed up my paint and wheels they just dont know how to at least clean a truck. They wanted to charge me $260 they can not only wash the exterior of the trailer. I honestly regret having stopped at this place.BE AWARE THEY WILL RIPPED YOU OFF!
They only accept major cc or debit cards. NO CASH, FUEL CARD, OR CHECKS. They are on par for pricing 40 usd plus tax for washout. They take longer to get done, certainly wouldnt do more here, your truck and trailer will get dirty the moment you leave. The phone number listed for them, states there is no one available to answer calls and not currently accepting msg, the truth they turned off their phone number. So do not bother calling them.
Wait for 2 hours for trailer washout.Very slow, no proper supervision, no management, totally waste of time
Automatic wash was broken so they were offering a hand wash for $180. Would have been nice if they had answered their phone so I wouldnt have wasted the time driving to their location.
Don’t think about ruining your day by stopping in here, awful service n people
I was told when I pulled in that their automatic wash ($80) has been out of service since COVID hit, and the only service they offer currently is a handwash, to be performed by a single worker for $160. Ill keep looking.
It was short for my 42 so I had to do the front then pull forward to do the back and it has limited space to exit the wash due to the landscape island forcing a tight left or right hand turn. Otherwise it was great.
They don’t even open until 8am and then you have to wait for office personnel to be in office they are usually late and don’t show up until 8.30 or 9. First you have to pay them then they start washing your equipment. This is the only truck wash between Salt Lake City and vegas. So they charge you higher price with no commitment. Avoid this place.
If you can avoid going here do it
$250.00 for a standard truck and trailer was.Usually it runs 75 to 100 dollars
Best wash and wax ever
Just terribleStay away
Sorry to say it but $200 for a truck and trailer wash is a rip off. Blue beacon is $70. Then when asked for degreeser it was an additional $120. They do not scrub. Only pressure wash. Had to go elsewhere.
No one in line just getting a washout and took them 45 minutes to do it. Good thing i dont depend on them to put food on my table it would never get there
If you want your truck actually clean, go somewhere else.. had reffer washed out and for $85 I shouldnt have to climb on and wash the walls myself. The truck trailer wash is a joke, and is a water rinse off, wheels were not even touched, another $85 down the drain. Would have been better off pissing on it, would have been a better job. Never coming back, will stick to the sneakin beacon
Fast washout, friendly staff, good experience. Thanks guys!
Save your time and $. They have long wait when the tankers stack up, and they make no attempt to actually clean anything. Youre better off waiting for it to rain...
I will give them more stars if i can.Our driver wash his trailer inside and told us this is the best wash he have till now.And he is in the trucking business for 15 years.Gerry its the person who washed it:)))
They do a really good thorough wash on semis. The only thing the need to work on is maybe be a little faster.
Dont come here unless you want to throw away your 80$. This place sucks, you will get out of their wash, and this is best case scenario, just as clean, or dirty you came in. And you will pay 80$ for it. Dont waste your time...
Mountain Spring Truck Wash HEROSTeam Leader/Wash Tech Supervisor -Cole Harper and his Hero Men -Jesse Porter and Billy LongOnce you read my report andRecieve these HEROS,Beyond the call of duty service -Be sure to tip these Men,Dig in your pockets deep.Huge Trailer Overweight and Fine -We pick up a fully weighted trailer that was full of melted and then frozen ice on the roof, so that when we fueled the tractor and reefer, the trailer load was to be the best part of 2,000lbs overweight and to become a big-time DOT fine bust. We brought the trailer into Salt Lake City Hubs Mechanic Garage and it was Thanksgiving evening with a skeleton crew. We asked if we could melt the ice in the warm empty garage and the manager would not hear of it. So we washed it in the trailer wash there which only added more ice and weight. Then we took the trailer to the Travel Center of Americas Blue Beacon Truck Wash and the fellas there had no ability to scrape or heat the ice off on Thanksgiving or any day, saying their wash wands would not reach. We called Englands after hour service to intervene, where they called the shipper to adjust the weight of the load after supposeably they said they would. We went to the shipper this second time and again, they said they are not touching any load with ice on the trailer roof; which accumulated on their shipping watch, in the first place. So, at 4:30 am we went to Mountain Spring Truck Wash in the city of Springville, Utah, which already had a rig waiting inline for them to open at 8:00 am. I had the idea to call Englands Overnight Service this second time and be friendly to Dave there, where Phil has no personal etticate. Anyway, so no help from Dave or England garage to get the ice off to adjust the trailer load weight and the load became 16 hours late on my new reputation which heats me up enough to melt the snow off the trailer roof. So, at 8:00 am when the manager and his other two man crew came on duty to Mountain Springs Truck Wash, I caught him and promised to make a hero out of the manager and his crew members if they could scrape and melt the snow beyond the call of their normal duty. This Truck Wash had bad reviews and I promised them a glaring great review where I got each of the men to write their names in my notebook for their Google internet review and for their corporate overseerers benefits. These Truck Wash Men of undoubtable report and going so far beyond the call of Englands benefit when all their Kings Horses and men failed them, where I led the following Men: Team Leader and Wash Tech Supervisor:Cole Harper and his two man Team: Jesse Porter and Billy Long, removed that nearly 2,000lbs of hard frozen ice and utilized a beautiful portable boom truck and basket to stand on, well above the roof without stepping onto the roof with their body weight and carefully removed the ice with plastic shovels and hot water, getting our load within proper weight and on the road without a DOT violation. We again called are supervisor having been still 60lbs overweight and we reweighed that trailer 4 times on a CAT Weigh scale while sliding the tandem tires 4 different times to achieve the near perfect axle weights on all axels. When the Men were finishing the ice removel, I ran next door and got change to tip each of the Mountain Spring Truck Wash HEROS, each a $7 dollar tip out of my own pocket. Note: England should investigate this entire incident and go back to these Mountain of Heros and pay the difference of 10 times their 7 bucks to save Englands load and DOT fines and England should hire those men on the spot and deduct from their failed mens payroll in full, for these tips, amen. How in the hell do unknown Mountain Heros step forward when your comfortably employed men do nothing but cost your Driver Trainer his pay and on time reputation? England wants to give a damn about DOT rules and be ON TIME. Your Driver Trainee here is not lost on the Mountain Spring Heros, amen. Know these great Men by name:Mountain Spring Truck Wash HEROS; Cole, Jesse and Billy
We pulled up this morning to have two buses washed. They said that their wash bays were down. They offered to wash both buses for $150 each. People were completely disrespectful. I will make sure that we go out of our way to not recommend this truck wash to anyone. All we asked for was to have the buses sprayed off and that was it and they couldn’t even do that for $40. I guess that’s why there is a new owner in town opening up a new truck wash for $35.
Had a truck washed there about 5 years ago and a good rain wouldve done just as good of a job. Went in today 11/5/16 because sign said truck repair, as soon as I walked in (with part number in hand ) they said nope dont we dont work on freightliner. Wouldnt even try helping me get back on the road. Their sign should read Truck splash and repair, except yours
Don’t trust them
If there was a possibility of giving no stars i would. A solid rainstorm would have done better. Thankfully they were nice enough to let me use there facilities to rewash it myself
$85 just to wet your truck.
Only accepts credit card, no cash, no EFS or ComCheck.
Touchless is accurate - it looks like they barely touched our rig. Spent $85.00 (!!!!!) for them to basically spray water all over the rig.
The worst wash job Ive ever had didnt even touch the right side you said to get the dirt off I had to have the the rims polish polished that are durabrite Street the paint worse than the blue beacon never go there save your money you work hard for it of course they dont
Just came here and the washout guy has a real bad attitude I will make sure not to come back
Im looking out of my dirty windshield. There are still plenty of dead bugs on my bug gaurd, grill, bumper, back side of mirrors and supports. Said they would spray off the oil and dirt on my grapple. They sprayed some of the grapple. Well boys if youre going to do it half assed, then dont bother. I will not go back. Blue beacon in SLC next time.
Worst truck wash i have ever had in 20 years of driving. I will NEVER be back, and i live near here. Wish i had read the reviews first.
Got my dry bulk trailer washed out today. Was told they took t-check, not only did I have to tell them how to wash out trailed did a horrible job and did not take a t-check. Had to pay with credit card for company trailer. Wont ever go back to that place.
Complete waste of time your truck gets dirtier leaving the parking lot then it was when you pulled in
Very disrespectful and condescending. if i pay $45 to run my truck through and Im not pleased with it can i run it through again? no you need to pay another $45, were not wiggy wash
I had good experience.they washed out my trailer quick and clean,Thanks
Ripoff!!! They charge 50$ for a standard reefer washout. Standard washout no deodorizer nothing special just to wash the pallet chips off.Last time Im washing my trailer here
It’s “no longer a truck wash” even though the sign out front still says Truck Wash.
This place is a joke I swear they must hire people that have three brain cells, two of which are non-operational.
Chris the manager is the most disrespectful person I have ever met
Didnt know they charged by time for a washout, 69 dollars just to wash some mud off, something that should have taken10 min, I WAITED IN THE OFFICE FOR THE LADY TO GO TO THE RESTROOM !!!! during that time they were charging me . DONT GO TO THIS PLACE, I WISH I COULD RATE 0 STARS, BUT I HAVE TO PUT AT LEAST ONE IN ORDER TO WRITE A REVIEW
Worst place I ever been, I went there 3 times I one month and was told they only washing they trucks, guys there were very impolite,Dont go and waist your time and money there,They sucks!
