We have had washes at other places and they often miss the top and back of my compact suv but this location has consistently cleaned my entire vehicle.

I hate to give a bad review but this wash moves so fast you are basically going in there to get chemicals and water sprayed on your car and rinsed off really really fast. It didnt wash it at all. I even upgraded to the highest one. And it was probably the worst wash Ive ever had

Interior carpet shampooing and vinyl cleaning was terrible, a waste of money and subpar at best. They left my carpets full of water/sludge with almost no sign of them being cleaned, and I couldnt even tell they had cleaned or wiped my vinyl doors. I wasted 2 hrs of my morning, and an extra hour of my time cleaning and vacuuming and soaking up water AFTER I got it back from them. PLUS, another hour even after my own cleanup time, to take it back and have them do it a second time, where it came out barley any better than the first time.This is the third and last time Ill give them a chance to shampoo or detail my car. Both previous times they did a terrible job, which I chalked up to my carpets being stained and uncleanable. Obviously that wasnt the case I was able to get them cleaner scrubbing by hand. If you want a half-hazard cleaning go ahead and waste your time and money by taking it to a Wiggy Wash. I suppose this is what happens when you have unsupervised teenagers working to do what should be a professional job.

So I showed up at Wiggy Wash as a VIP member.. as I know everyone is. So apparently now you have to make an appointment to get anything done on the inside. So the girl gave me a slip of paper with the website information on it to schedule the interior services I wanted done. She told me they were booked until 3pm. (There we’re no cars in the bays) after the exterior of my car was washed, I pulled into a parking space and logged onto the website and scheduled three things and they had immediate availability. That was at noon. It’s now 2:30 and I’m still waiting. The girl that is doing my car is walking around so slow. So much for appointments apparently! They acted annoyed that I scheduled online after they told me they were so busy!(no cars were in the bays) It better look Damn good. I won’t be coming back here!

The worst experience I’ve had with a car wash. I attempted TWO days in a row to get an upholstery shampoo and vinyl cleaning. EVEN WITH an appointment and email confirmation number, the employees couldn’t find/wouldn’t help find the appointments. Not only that, but they would not help me while I was there IN PERSON TWICE schedule an appoint on the spot to repair the mistake on their end. They were dismissive, unhelpful, and barely civil. I will never use their services again, and will be telling friends and family to stay away too.

I think its great. The only problem is, there arent enough spaces for cars when its time to dry it off. Sometimes you just have to leave, or find somewhere else to go. Doesnt matter when. Its a popular place any time of the day or week. I do appreciate the towels they have now. Thats nice. As long as they keep up with replenishing them.

More often than not the vacuums hardly have any suction or the nozzle falls off. Love that there is a monthly pass and I can go frequently, I just wish their equipment was better kept up!

I brought my truck in and it was filthy. Covered top to bottom in not just dirt, but caked on mud from an off roading trip. I was helped by Wheeler who spent a good amount of time hosing down the truck and then I ran it through the wash...and it was clean. I felt like Wheeler went above and beyond with all the time he took to do the pre-cleaning. So thank you very much for making my monthly membership an incredible value!

Spectacular... The staff were so knowledgeable and helpful. I was overly satisfied and impressed with their knowledge and friendliness. Also my truck got a lot cleaner than when I would take it to Quick Quack. If you get the chance go to Wiggy Wash

Took a truck in for a hand wash they did the sides and the hood. They didn’t even touch the roof or the the last little bit of the bottom all around the truck. Very disappointed, had them redo it and they did the same thing. Then they tried to tell me that I had to purchase a wax to finish getting the truck clean. You have to have a clean truck before you wax it. A whole lot of money for nothing!! Very disappointed!! Wouldn’t recommend

I like going to a place where I can wash the outside and inside of my car. It’s nice that they have free vacuums at the end of your car wash. I haven’t had their detailing services but it’s something I may look into doing. I go there quite often but I haven’t gotten their VIP passes or anything. I will go out of my way to go to a Wiggy Wash because their vacuums are good and I like that they have bottles of multi-surface cleaner, glass cleaner, and rags to use. I’m sure there is a time limit that they ask the patrons to keep to when it comes to the vacuuming but I’m always able to get my vacuuming done as well as the inside surfaces wiped down with the cleaner in a timely manner. I wish they were open on Sundays though but still a big fan

Somehow they managed to scratch my paint down to the metal. No buffing this out.

Didnt do a very good job at cleaning out the cars that we took there.had to redo it later myself. For what they charged I could have done much better myself at a car wash that has vacuums that you use yourself. Very disappointed

Awesome car wash. They clean and vacuum better than any bother car wash as far as basic service goes. Very happy with them and the staff treated me very kind.

I am from out of town and was not familiar with this business location. Poor signage led me to the wrong entrance. I was told the signs blew down years ago and had never been replaced. I was told I needed to drive around to the correct entrance. I drove to what I appeared to be the correct entrance only to be told by another employee that I was at the wrong entrance. When I told him that I did not see any signs for the entrance, this employee thought it was amusing since I had just come from the right entrance. I drove back around and saw the signage. In my initial drive around the building, the signs were behind me. When I pulled up to where I was supposed to be it was only ten feet from where I came through initially. I finally asked for the manager, and team leader Nick came out. Team Leader Nick was the manager on duty, and instead of deescalating the problem with a positive and how can I hep attitude, he decided to escalate the situation with a basic attitude of I dont care and what do you want me to do about it. After a tense exchange, he said that I could not treat his employees this way, and he was refusing me service. By the way the only tense exchange I had with any employee was Team Leader Nick, and only after he trivialized my complaints. He refused to give me the real managers card or corporate information. Team Leader Nick told me that he was the manager on duty and that he would not give me the requested information. He also said he was in charge and basically what he said was what goes. All Team Leader Nick needed to do to show he had some customer service skills was simply say, I am sorry that this has happened to you, lets get you in and out of here as quickly as possible. I never have experienced such poor customer service nor been spoken to in such a hostile and uncaring manner by a manager.

I know you get what you pay for but this is unacceptable. As Im exiting my vehicle the employee asked me what I wanted them to focus on in the interior. I tell him that I want them to focus on the seats and dash board. He comes in and grabs me after about 45 minutes and says everything is all done. I go out there and they hadnt even touched either one. Literally the only thing they did was vacuum the floors. I am a member of the top vip package and dont expect perfection at that price but at least expect an effort. Couldnt believe they thought that was acceptable. Do a better job at training your staff wiggy wash.

Between wiggy wash and super sonic I thought wiggy wash would have done a MUCH better job. I had a vinyl and upholstery detailed and it was still dirty. So much was missed, windows were still dirty, center console is noticeably dirty. I can honestly say Super Sonic did a better job.

Used my weekly VIP last Saturday. When they were done and took me to my car, I noticed a $20.00 bill in my cup holder. I asked the employee where that came from and he said they found it under my seat. I was so impressed with their honestly, since I didnt even know I had lost the $20.00. I love using my VIP and appreciate the professional staff.

I love this place, mostly for the vacuums. But the workers are always outside ready to assist! Also (my kids love this) you can go through the wash more than once for free if you want to! Helpful, friendly staff never disappoint! If you wash your car once a week or more the membership is totally worth it!

Buyer beware! Expensive and very limited.I spent a healthy five minutes going over options, and they neglected to inform me of all that wasnt included, witch was allot! Waited FOUR hrs for standard Carpet and upholstery (fount and center row seats) that was poorly done... when I brought up my concerns to them they told me, too bad.

The employees were very kind. We paid for upholstery shampooing, vacuuming, vinyl treatment and and hand wax. We were at first unhappy with how our vehicle turned out, but when we called and expressed our concerns, they were very understanding and had us bring our car back in to check it. They did a wonderful job the second go around and it turned out gorgeous. The employees we worked with were really nice!

Wash was fine, but not worth $20. I could get same level of clean from Chevron for half that price.

It takes a week to cancel the VIP membership. Why a whole week to cancel it what is there that many people cancel the VIP membership or is the person that that does the processing of memberships that slow or that lazy at their job. It doesnt take a week to start a membership so I dont understand why it takes so long?Heres a suggestion make a better website that does the processing faster and automatically.

Pulled up and service went down. Asked for a refund since I had ice cream that would melt with a wait. They agreed to a refund. They came back 3 times saying it will be back up soon and each time I kept having to ask for a refund. After 10 min it started running and my ice cream was melted. So unprofessional.

Very disappointed! I paid a lot, it took 4 hrs, and was very poorly done! Feel like I got the bait and switch with all of the hidden not included pices, I just wanted a good detail on the car. Cant recommend them honestly.

Paid extra for the interior clean. All they did was vacuum the floors. No other cleaning at all. The Spanish Fork location always at least wiped down the dash and the seats. I wasnt expecting a full detail, but at least a little bit more effort.

Hoping to get a car wash but instead had my antenna break inside the car wash. A $16 car wash turned into a couple hundred dollar fix.

As far as drive thru car washes go. They are the best

On a Saturday afternoon I paid to have my vehicle washed with their top of the line wash and detailed on the inside with their shampooing treatment, vinyl treatment and leather treatment. I was never informed that I would have to pay more money for the 3rd row and cargo space (which I would have happily paid, hello... I have kids in that row). It wasnt until we got home and realized that they didnt do a great job on the first 2 rows, but never touched the back row. We called and they were closed for the weekend. Come Monday morning - we take the car back. Nobody is in the bay with their vehicles. They are nice, but not helpful (at the beginning) They apologized for not offering the extra package for the over-sized vehicle, but wont do us any favors for the inconvenience. They told us we didnt pay for that service and that they were busy. Again, they never let us know that was or was not an option, we didnt know any different. They said if we paid for the service that they would touch up what they missed and work on the additional row, but it would be several hours because there is only one person there. Again, we are the only ones in the bay, they could have quickly worked on it. We talked to the Asst. Manager Jake. He was not helpful. Used the excuses that they were busy and wed need to find transportation because it would take several hours to get done. There was no transportation to find, everybody is working. There was no customer service and they made us feel like it was our fault more than theirs because we didnt pay for the services on Saturday. We told them we bring multiple vehicles here and really like Wiggy Wash, but they werent in the mood to help us out or be considerate. Out of extreme frustration, we left and will find somebody else to clean our vehicles. They chose quantity over quality.

I love this place. Their vacuums are awesome and have great suction. And they have a lot of free cleaning supplies for you to use. They have cleaning rags, all purpose cleaner, window cleaner, etc.

Not a good experience. I got the Extreme Classic wash. The passenger side rear tire did not have any tire shine applied. I also had hard water spots on my passenger side still. They said they would have to do a clay bar treatment for an additional $31.95 but also warned that it may not work. They even went as far to say that I might need a new paint job. I agreed to have them test it before paying. After about 10 min they told me they couldnt get the hard water spots out on the area they tested.When I got home, I applied Armor-All to the tire and sprayed a homemade water/vinegar solution I use on my boat to remove hard water spots. With a little bit of elbow grease I removed about 60% of the spots. Ill work on it again tomorrow to get the rest off.

Little too expensive and to get any assistance from the staff was a joke took forever to get into the wash may not come back

They have good prices and offer rags and glass cleaners for free to use.

I have a great story. They broke my side mirror on my van. I had to get one of the managers to get it replaced they went above and beyond to replace it and have the best customer service to help with fixing it.

Wiggy is a good car wash. The only thing I would say on the negative is bring a rag for the Orem location. They don’t have a hand dry station and that location is the only one that leaves any great amount of water on the car. The Spanish Fork Main Street is the best location over all but avoid noon when they get backed up.Company wide they are a fantastic automotive wash and the only real complaint is I with they where open on Sundays but that’s not uncommon here in Utah county.

Great place for any budget!! Lots of car wash options. They do a great job and make sure your happy. My customer service person Ammon was so helpful and friendly. He walked me to my car and made sure I was happy!

I’ve been a VIP member for several months now, and this last time I went through the wash my mirror was broken by the brushes. Wiggy Wash said they wouldn’t replace it due to the vehicle being 5 years or older, and could only offer a complementary wax. What does that matter? If you can’t guarantee your product, or in this case service, why do you deserve business? I will be canceling my subscription on all three cars, and not returning.

We are paying the highest car wash for 3 cars with two of them $5 off the $29.99. I csn only go early morning about 7:15 or now just before 8 since they shortened their hours. They dont have the cleaning towels out ever. The car is not as dried or washed as good as before. Going to check Quick Quack. If they have similar hours I am going to try them out.

It shouldn’t take 2 hours to vacuum and clean a car, and I am still waiting. I need to free up an entire day if I ever come back. They didn’t even clean well. It looks awful. Payed and additional 68 bucks for this?!

The hand wash was very poor. Dirt and spots everywhere. The inside was vacuumed but the dash was not wiped. Would NOT recommend them.

Orem location is the best in the area. Just buy the monthly subscription, you wont be disappointed. Free vacuumes, air compressors, cleaners and rags to use for detailing! Easy and quick, always cleans well for an automatic.

We have a car wash monthly pass. The gate has not read my cars tag on multiple occasions, which is annoying. But the car wash does a good job. The DIY vacuum and cleaning station is great. They even have bottles of spray cleaner and rags for cleaning the inside. Both vacuum hoses and high pressure air blower hose thingies. I dont know what theyre called. Whatever. One star off because of the annoyance of the gate not reading my tag.

They did a pretty good job detailing the inside of my car. The rates werent too terrible and the service was relatively quick.

I switched back to Wiggy Wash after giving Quick Quack a try. These guys are just much better overall. The car wash itself is longer and cleans the car better. The staff is always great.

We love Wiggy Wash. It always gets our car clean. I never find a long line. The VIP monthly program is the best investment ever made. We have one for each of our cars.

The service itself is fine. It may be they generally treat their customers well, but I did not have a positive experience. They took advantage of a misunderstanding and charged me unknowingly for a service. I was unable to get either a refund or a period of time where I could use the service I paid for knowing I had it.

My car always seems cleaner than other places when I come here, and I always go a certain vaccum and it has never let me down! I brought my car in and yes, there were issues with it not being quite done. But the friendly customer service in correcting the issues earns this place a strong 5 star review. They were attentive to the issues and truly cared about getting it right. When I came back to pick up my vehicle later, I was very impressed with the attention to detail and the time they took to make things right. My suggestion-give them a shot.. .And if there is an issue? Make them aware of it. They will do everything they can to keep your business and keep you happy, and will do it with a smile! Im a fan. .

We use Wiggy Wash for both our cars and regularly go to 3 different locations (Orem, Springville, and Spanish Fork). We have VIP memberships, which have been great: they speed up the process considerably and allow for frequent washes at a great price. Results are great (cars look great and no damage from years of frequent washes), and customer service is even better. Staff helped us adjust our VIP plan to help us get exactly what we wanted for the best value. Highly recommend!

I had a bad experience at this location. It took them an hour and a half longer than the longest time they told me it would take, a funky smell was left in my car that took about a month to be gone, and they didnt finish with everything I paid for.The staff was very pleasant to work with, especially the manager that day. After I left a 2 star review they let me know i can bring my car back and they will fix the smell and finish anything that was not completed. I really appreciate their willingness to work with me to make sure I was happy with the service. That is why I left 5 states this time.

I got the extreme wash today for their free wash appreciation week promotion. It cleaned my car really well! I still had spots on my back window but I didnt dry it very quickly. The free air freshener smells really good. It is very strong. The vacuums worked great! I do wish they had a different nozzle option but it does the job.

Ashley the manager and her team were awesome! They took of the interior of my car super fast and they did an awesome job. Ashley was very kind and she cared for what I care. She listen to my expectations and did even a better job!If you want your interiors to look like new this is the right place! Also they did it super fast!

I asked for a deep interior and exterior clean, they charged me $180 and told me it would be about 2 hours. Five hours later they told me it was done, and when I looked it over when I got home, there were tons of things that were poorly done or missed completely. I went back the next day and they took another 90 minutes to fix the stuff I pointed out to them, but Im not happy they took so much of my time and money, especially when I hear afterward that there are private car cleaners in Springville who will do a high-quality deep clean for $80.Update: The manager kindly responded (below) requesting I contact them so they could make things right. I responded as requested, but they never replied to my email.

Please stop having your employees try to take control while I’m using the SELF-SERVE touchscreen kiosk. They come over and try to push the monthly membership on you and then they start trying to use the touch screen for you. Nearly every time I end up pushing the wrong button or try to run my card early because I’m trying to respond to the employee while I’m doing it.

Had our car detailed the after a milk spill. They could not have done a better job. The car was just perfect. It seriously looked like a new car after they were done. Every little thing was detailed didnt miss a spot. Also their waiting area is just great lots of great things. My son loved having somewhere to play while we waited. Seriously recommend this place to anyone who want to give some love and care to their vehicle. Staff is amazing as well.

Update: Vacuum pressure is terrible. Thats pretty much the only reason I come here now and you cant even use it. The past couple of times Ive come you just had to move over one. Today, I couldnt even vacuum up a cookie crumb and THREE of the vacuum hoses have fallen off.Its pretty good, recently purchased the monthly VIP membership. Im a little annoyed, as one of the workers put the VIP bar code in a place that bugs me a little.. but nothing I cant deal with.

I like coming in on Saturday morning.Usually its not as busy as it is later.Access to the car wash is easy.I like the personal contact with a staff member when I purchase the car wash.The first time I came I was a little confused at how the services work and which wash to get. With a staffer there to help the first part is much easier.I like it that no one pressures me to upgrade my purchase. I know what I want and thats enough for me. If there is a special price at some point in time I would like to know about it, but I dont want to be pressured to buy it.I enjoy the clean cut kids running the car wash too. They all seem happy to serve.Your updated equipment is a definite plus. Your facility is very clean and presents a favorable image.

If you need a quick wash and don’t mind drying and vacuuming yourself, this is a great car wash. The price is better than its competitors, and the staff is friendly. They let us go through a couple times when our truck was really dirty and actually hand scrubbed part of it. I would give it 5 stars if they had an option for full service.

I’ve been to Wiggy Wash many times and have loved it. I’ve tried several “detail services” so far I’ve done the wax, carpet, leather, and vinyl treatment. They do a great job! My car always feels like new after. On the rare occasion they miss a spot they are quick to fix anything I point out. You can tell they want you to leave happy. My kids love going through the tunnel and really enjoy the kid friendly waiting room. I recently got the headlight restoration done and can’t believe the difference it makes driving at night.

This is the Hilton of car washes at a VERY affordable price.I came in and got the classic wash and vinyl treatment and was blown away by the nonstop, top quality care and friendliness of the staff. From the very start going through their wash was like riding space mountain at Disneyland. It even cleaned the exterior without scratching or dinging my car in any way, unlike many other washes I have used before. I was treated like a king and impressed by their comfortable waiting area stocked with food, drinks and any accessory you would need for your car interior. This is the only place I will trust in the future to take care of my cars. 10/10 would recommend.

Went in for the classic extreme detail and added the rubber mats for the middle row and very back cargo area.They didnt wash out the cargo area, but did a great job washing the middle section. The wiping down of the center console could have been given a little bit more attention. In Bay 1 & 2, there was only 1 other car and they could have spent a little bit longer making sure it was fully wiped down.My daughter spilled some of that slime stuff that has dried out (my wife and I did our best to get it cleaned up but still need it to be washed out), I would have loved if one of the interior crew came over and possibly talked to me about getting the upholstery shampooed. I understand they are not salesmen, but they could have had someone come and talk to me about it. I like they are not pushy on any of their services, but they could try and upsale something.Ive given then 4 stars, but I wanted to give them 3 1/2. The back tailgate didnt get wiped down, I still had bugs on the front bumper that easily came off when I rubbed my finger over... Its all about speed I understand, but speed doesnt mean anything when attention to detail (oh thats what I paid for, detailing right?) should still matter.

Smith, the manager here took interest in my bad review gave me a free wash to make up for it. I was impressed he cared! I gave them another try months later and they did a really good job. I have returned since and liked the service again. Thanks to a manager who cares, they have my business again.

Three cheers for a quick, efficient, and free car wash offered on Wiggy Washs anniversary week! Unfortunately the back of my minivan is still very dusty -- its like it got entirely missed in the wash somehow. But everyone was very friendly and helpful, and the service was so fast. :)

Had to have a full detail done just before having my baby and they got me in same day (thank you)! Staff are friendly and helpful. Great location in Springville.

This is a great automated car wash. But the thing I love most about this location are the employees.. they are super friendly and super helpful, and they always have a good attitude. I went through last time and they didnt get all the bugs off so they hand washed my Tacoma, made sure there were no bugs on it then ran me through the wash a second time. This kind of service is awesome I highly recommend this place.

Left side did not get cleaned and after waiting for a vacuums they didnt suck. This whole placed sucked.

My daughter puked in the back of my car a few days ago, so I had to get my car cleaned. Great place to take it. Customer friendly. Only thing I was un satisfied with was that I paid 150 for everything to be done. Go big or go home, get it all done at once. Waited 4 hours to get my car back. Received it, and there were a few areas that werent touched (cleaned). Now mind you, Im normally not THAT kind of person.. but if Im paying THAT kind of money to get my car cleaned; I would like it to be ALL clean. Very friendly helpful staff.

We just went to the spanish Fork location after going to Yellowstone. Our Jeep needed a good wash so we choose Wiggy wash because we feel like you guys do a better job than quick quack.We asked for the best wash But didn’t have a lot of time so we went for the $16 option. We had to go through twice and we were out of time. My husband came home (I was at work) and it was still dirty and covered in bugs! We came back to the Springville location at 8:26pm and Andrew totally made it right and gave scrub on the bugs and the creases but even with his scrub there was still mud and he came back over and totally helped us out!!! PLEASE GIVE HIM A RAISE! He was so helpful and really cared about us!!!!! THANKS ANDREW! A million thumbs up to him!!!!

The car wash is great, but it is very tricky to get in and out of.
