Tow truck picked up a vehicle from our neighbors home, and backed up on our lawn. We witnessed this and called him out on it he then flipped us off and cussed like a pirate. Not professional at all and should learn how handle his truck. We did end up calling the police.

Great towing service

Never use this company. They are horrible to do business with and after waiting an hour for our car to be picked up. He never showed up and was a jerk on the phone. He never responded to my calls either.

Very fast in getting to me. Like within 30 minutes was so happy. I needed a jump because I left my car on all night. Had so many errands to run. From beginning to end I had the best customer service from this company, they gave me the cheapest quote in town. I got a little scatter brained and forgot to bring my car key, the gentleman waited for me to go back and get my key. He didnt charge me extra for waiting. He was so nice, and when he dropped my van off at my house, I told him he didnt have to put it under the carport if it was easier to put it in the end of the driveway he did go the extra and he did put it under the carport... I will use them again for my future towing needs and I highly recommend them...

The owner was very nice. He was helpful with us retrieving our items from our car before releasing it to insurance, and made suggestions on where to take it for repairs. The truck driver that picked our car up was really nice and helpful as well. Definitely recommend and will use them in the future when the need arises.

HORRIBLE!!! They towed my car to their lot. I came back to get it and I had all my belongings missing. There was damage to my car that was not there when I parted ways with my vehicle. They told me someone broke into it. All the doors were locked and they were the only ones with a key. My windows were intact. No one broke in. They unlocked it and stole my things. My backpack with my school books and my laptop. My dads stereo he specially had made for him. And my prescription medication that help me stay calm and keep the horrible thoughts of self harming away. They had no remorse when I asked where my things went. The owner gave us a check so we wouldnt press charges. He attempted to pay us to keep quiet. Please do not use them. This was the most horrible thing I have had happen. I hope Premier Towing is proud of themselves for taking a girls dreams of finishing school away. I hope they are proud of stealing my medication. That medication is literally life or death for me. But Premier Towing doesnt care. They just want your money.

Had a 3/4 ton truck hauled. Original conversation with the company was honest. Said they were very busy and it may be a 3 hour wait. 20 minutes later, got a call that someone could haul the truck then. Met the driver at the location of the truck. He was quick and professional. He even cleaned up the transmission fluid that WE spilt all over the parking lot, private property where my husband works... He had no responsibility or obligation to this, and we didnt ask. Hauled the truck to the shop with no issues. And they were the cheapest quote I got in town! Ive always used Henrys, but will be using this company for my towing needs from now on.

This was the fastest tow service and most friendly! The service provider was named Nick. He was empathetic to our stress and was very personable! We were stuck and had our children. He took the boring situation for them and turned it into a learning experience. He explained what he was doing and engaged them so they were in awe of the huge flatbed!We will not be calling anyone else for a tow! The service alone is worth the money for the tow!

I just want to start out by saying this tow company is a great company! I had on time service with a friendly hard working tow truck driver. You cant ask for more. Nobody wants their car to breakdown and when you call for a tow, you want it to be as painless as possible. Would tell anybody who wants to know use this tow service PERIOD!

Premier Towing is a joke tow company that will leave you stranded on the highway for hours on end to where another tow company will come tow your car away and impound it where you have to pay an outrageous fine. The Springfield Police Department, Premier tow company, and Henrys Towing all work together have the same contract so they can fill their pockets and Rob you of your money. This should be illegal. Do not rely on these people to help you when you need a tow.

Called this morning to tow my disabled van. Showed up at a reasonable time. Very good job. The guy I spoke with on the phone and driver were very nice.

Called to get an estimate and got hung up on after it was given which was the best price. However called back 10 min later and they REFUSED to answer the phone. Yes it was late, but you hung up on me is 5 days before Christmas and we didn’t have a lot of extra money. I would recommend them because of their POOR AND RUDE dispatcher whom answered the phone.

Nick did a great job my i could not get my car to shift into neutral because someone cut my ignition wires. Nick was able to find the shifter cable and manually get it into neutral. Thanks for the great service!

We used this company on our property when we had to have cars towed for pavement work. They towed a car and hit it causing damage. They lied to the car owner and said it was damaged before. We have it on video causing the damage. Same day they towed a car after it was moved by the owner to a safe area and lied to our office on when they found the car. On video it shows them picking it up after it as moved. When I addressed the tow company they were not helpful. They didnt care and said I signed so not their problem. They hung up on me. The fees had to be paid to get cars out. Bad business! I spoke to one of the owners that doesnt care.

I would give zero stars if possible. Granted, it has been a very long time since this issue occurred but after dealing finally tracking down any unclaimed property I had with the state treasurer and not finding what was missing, I figured I would post this review.So a long time ago, I was in a car accident. My vehicle was towed to Premiers lot for impound. I went to pay the fees and retrieve my totaled vehicle, but thankfully checked the car first. Lo and behold, all of my personal belongings - which were in the car when it was towed away - were gone.Were talking about a $1,000 Ibanez bass with a hard case. Two turntables, a mixer, and headphones. A case full of records. A small travel bass amp, if Im not mistaken.Were talking over $2,000 in property in total, STOLEN by this thieving company and their shady meth head employees. I was given no option for recourse, left S.O.L.This company are liars. Theyre thieves. Theyre the absolute scum of the city, right up there with Chris Gatley. Stay far away, the best thing you can do for yourself is go elsewhere. As any marketing major can tell you, Premier is not a word you want to see in a business name - for the record, Premier is also the knockoff brand for Pioneer. Food for thought.

This business does not keep regular hours, and makes it a hassle to clean out ones vehicle. Do not recommend!

Nobody likes having to have their car towed, but Nick made the experience more tolerable. He was a good guy, and had a good attitude even though we didnt. If we ever need another tow, well be calling Premier.

This is a great company!!!!! Nick went out if his way to make sure my vehicle was taken care of!!! My brakes went out and I had to have it towed. I had no ride to the places I needed to go and Nick did it for me!!! Great company!!!!

Driver could not have been more rude and disrespectful. After blocking the entrance to my business he attemped to drop off a car without telling me who towed it or why and claimed I just got paid to bring it here, how the hell would I know!? A simple phone call to dispatch for this information was apprently the most difficult thing ever requested of him and also ruined his day. Real tow companies follow simple and basic (standard) procedures when towing customers vehicles.

Employees wont even treat you with common decency and will damage your vehicle. Youre better off pushing your car than calling Premier for a tow.

Used twice this month. With both encounters they were Very professional, quick to respond, pleasant drivers, very informative & efficient.

Do not go through Premier Towing. They will quote you a price and not stand by it. They couldnt figure out that the battery was unhooked and that is why it would not charge. Also, they tried to leave my car in the middle of the road after dropping it. Very unprofessional and need to be retrained. I will never go through them again and may be sueing for damages.

In my opinion this company is very unprofessional and were hateful right off the bat. Answered phone with annoyance like I was the inconvenience. New to the area and like anyone else you dont know who is reputable so glad this company was weeded out. I will never use them and never recommend them to anyone. Sad to give them one star because they dont deserve it.

Our experience at Premier Towing left us shocked. We simply went to pick up our car and were met with the worst customer service we have ever experienced. Despite having cash in hand and all the paperwork to prove the car belongs to us, the only employee in sight, Pete, told us that he wouldnt let us have it. He yelled at us to leave and slammed a garage door in our faces. We had to get the police involved, who forced Pete to give us our property. We were charged more than what we were told we would be paying when we called beforehand. Furthermore, we were very upset to find that the body kit on the front part of the car had been torn down the side at some point while it was in their possession. This business has appalling customer service and a blatant lack of respect for its customers property.

Unreliable and unprofessional. My car wouldnt start so I called this company and a man assured me that they would have someone out within 25-30 mins. Around 45 mins later with no sign of them showing up, I called back to check in with them. Another man answered and said no one was on their way because he hadnt heard anything about it. He then tells me he can have someone out within an hour to an hour and a half. I told them I would call someone else and took my business elsewhere!!

Great staff that worked very well with us. They went out of their way to help us get out stolen vehicle back.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! One of these drivers left us stranded in the middle of the road. The driver stated that he couldnt bill the insurance (keep in mind that I have roadside assistance and they could cover the cost). Well he didnt seem to like that. He insisted that I had to pay in cash and I told him I could pay up front and have a copy of the bill so that my insurance could take care of it. So without any warning, he walked off and drove away. This incompetent driver left two minors in the middle of the road, denied upfront payment, and was rude the entire time. Never will I ever contact them for assistance. This one driver has ruined to reputation of the entire business for me.

Had a rocky start with their first guy,so they sent me a different guy..that would be NICK he was friendly and professional, got to me in 30 min, shook my hand told me who he was, and didnt have one issue with him. Nick got in and go the job done asap.

Worse place ever. The place does not have anyone working on a regular basis you have to wait until a driver shows up. When one did he jumped out of his truck and Im imeadeitly started cussing her out. Dropped of her car. And drove off after yelling at me and not even getting good my car. Then i called the the place to have him come back the guy on the other end said he is on a call and he is gone maybe someone will be there in 30 min then hung up on me. Its Been An Hour Since Then Everyone I Talk To Just Curses You out and blows you off. This place needs to be closed down.
