Wilkersons was able to correctly diagnose our car problems in a timely manor. This car had been to 3 different shops before and issues were not able to be identified or fixed properly. John was in constant communication with us on the findings and very professional in explaining everything to me so that I fully understood what was needing fixed and why.

One of their Technicians accidentally made a tiny scratch on my wheel, (they had to show me), but they were honest and didnt charge me a dime for the work they did. Diesel Truck had wheel hub go out while driving, Wilkersons went above and beyond to make sure everything, not just the immediate issue, was fixed before letting me out on the road. No one wants to deal with emergency care repairs while traveling, but this store made it more bearable. Coming back to my hotel after a day of job training to find a flat tire was frustrating. When I first got my license (many, many years ago) my dad and brothers made sure I knew how to change a tire. Unfortunately Ford decided that that particular model/year only needed a pump and some fix a flat instead of a spare. So I was pretty sure this was not a DIY project for me (thanks Ford!). I did some searching on the internet for a place that could help. This place was close to where I was staying and they had a nice well laid out website. Everyone I dealt with was awesome. From the first phone call, to the tow truck operator, to the staff at the store, everyone was really pleasant. The total cost was not too bad either. Now I can make the trip home to my family with much more confidence. If I was local to the area I would very much use this shop again.

Overall the service at Wilkersons is excellent. Their prices are fair and their work is top notch. It always stinks when you have to spend money an auto repair/maintenance but they make it a bit less painful. This is my primary garage for oil changes, tire repairs, alternators, etc. I have never purchased tires here but would consider it.

J&J (Jon and Joe) are the BEST in the business plus the team of mechanics are a head full of knowledge mechanically. I take my vehicles no where else but here.

Very helpful! Took in a vehicle thinking I might have a bad starter or relay, etc. Checked everything, couldnt find any problems and didnt charge me anything. No more problems with the starter either.

I needed a tow and this gentleman came and saved me. He was very nice and considerate, but they did not charge my account until a week later. Keep that in mind if you pay with a card.

Ive been taking my cars here since I could drive one. My mom said Wilkersons always does a great job. Recently I had an issue and drove straight here because my dealership couldnt get me in and Wilkersons were the first to pop in my mind. In the end they were able to reset my car sensors and told me if they came on again to bring it in. So far resetting the sensors did the trick and I greatly appreciate them taking the time to check my car out and reset my sensors for me. Highly recommend Wilkersons because they value their customers and the service they provide.

I had a leak in my tire caused by a nail. It couldnt be fixed with a regular patch. I went to Wilkersons. They looked at it for free. Patched my tire for a very reasonable amount, Told me that it was guaranteed for the life of the tire. I was on my way home in no time. The people I dealt with were so nice. I had already recommended them to a few other people before I even got home.

I am new to Springfield and my brother recommended Wilkersons. He has had good experiences with them and speaks highly of their service. I recently took my wifes car to Wilkersons. Originally she only needed tires, but it turned out she needed brakes, rotors, and calipers replaced as well. They explained the situation very clearly and their mechanics were able to get the work done quickly. Although hearing i needed all this work was painful, they did a great job. Its nice to find a company that I feel comfortable taking my vehicles to for service.

I had my vehicle serviced Friday for a tpms sensor 100 +dollars then wake up to a flat. Very big inconvenience but understand stuff happens but offer to fix it. But what Im pissed about is this black glue Stuff all over my rim and tire. Wish I could upload a picture. What a joke!

On a road trip from Chicagoland to Texas our cruise control accelerator became stuck. After safely putting the car in Neutral and pulling over on the highway, our roadside assistance towed us to this shop. They gave us an honest answer about what the problem was, cut the cruise accelerator wire which was frayed, explained that the car could be driven safely without this wire (although no cruising possible), and sent us on our way.So very thankful for their honesty, and fixing only what needed immediate fixing. The cruise wire can be replaced at our destination at our leisure. Grateful two ladies on a road trip were not sold what wasnt needed. Thank you, thank you!

Funny story. My boyfriend uses this garage and I thought Id swing by and check it out since it was closer than my regular garage. I took my 97 Sentra here for a check-over, rotor replacement, and oil change just to ensure it was ready for a 1,300 mile move from Illinois to Florida, but got a call that evening saying that my fuel lines are so bad that theyre already leaking and are probably gonna bust open entirely within a week. They told me they were going to quote me on the part, but that Nissan doesnt make the part for this car anymore, and that this particular situation is unfixable. An auto repair shop telling me something is unfixable... I knew right away something was amiss.He also told me that, if quoted, hed estimate itd be anywhere from $900-1,300.I got a call 15 minutes later telling me that he spoke with his manager, and that his manager told him to take his hands off this one, as they dont want to waste their time on something thatll be dead on the side of the road in a week.Side note: I have a rainbow bumper sticker on the vehicle, and the kid I got a courtesy ride from back to the shop had a very Christian conservative rant to go on while I was sitting passenger.The car was repaired in 4 hours for less than $450 7 miles north at ODells Garage, that includes the fuel lines, which were made in-shop with spare parts. I am writing this from Florida, nearly 3,000 miles later.

Took my truck in a year ago have the radiator flushed. Picked it up drove for 5 mi and it overheated took it back in they told me it has a blown head gasket and will cost $4,000 to repair.
