Cary, the owner is very unprofessional, she hung up on me after exchange of very rude words. I made it clear I was a minor trying to retrieve my car that was stolen. I was very nice but my tone was stern I never said anything rude and even apologize and made her aware I was just upset, since my car was stolen! I have had others encounters over the phone, when she screamed for calling her private number(the number in the web site). She is just all around unprofessional. Later on I called the police station just to get some answer, when I was informed of a complaint she had made about me! Again I was very kind but stern and even apologized for my stern tone. What a horrible and OVER PRICED business

The owners were kind and respectful. The wife gave me suggestions to help my situation, that brought my car there in the first place. They also offer a program called tipsy drive. For $60 they will take you and your vehicle home or if you choose to stay out later, they will bring your vehicle back to thier tow yard for you to pick up the next day sober. I recommend them for any of your towing needs.

TJ seems like a nice enough guy and I very much appreciate him getting my bike after my accident, although they should be ashamed of how they run their business. Their overcharging is beyond unacceptable.

We are working the holiday Farm fire and had two flat tires on a Sunday no tire shops in Eugene OR Springfield had tires for us we got a hold of these people and he had no tires either but took tires off his personal rig to get us going again and fighting fire this man is the hero in his own rights and he comes highly recommended

The law student I had the opportunity to defend me in court was great! Easy to talk to, casual enough I didnt feel nervous. She was appropriate, professional and courteous. Her knowledge of how it could play out at my hearing was great.Ther only thing I wish was addressed was a request for a hardship hearing to address the suspension of my driving privileges. If the citing officer does not show, chances are it will be dismissed

I work for a business that has had the pleasure of sending a lot of referrals to SWAT and we consistently get positive feedback. My most recent one was a teen driver who broke down far from home and some very worried parents about who might show up and how their kid would be treated as he would have to ride with the driver. SWAT towing is who my insurance sent to pick up my car after it got wrecked, and the owner TJ was nothing short of professional and understanding. He made it very easy to come out to the holding yard whenever I needed to to empty out my belongings; he and his wife were very easy to work with. Would recommend to anyone.

I got into an accident and went to the hospital and they towed my car and when I went to pick up my stuff out of my car they said I could only get my stuff if I paid my tow bill so I said ok but I cant make an money for the tow bill unless I have my tools that are in the car and they said I couldnt have my tools. Any desent person would have let me have my tools
