Dr. Baarstad and all of the staff at Smile Alive are awesome!! They are courteous, kind, and very professional while still making you feel like family, They take care of all of my needs and concerns. My teeth are always happy when I leave! I’ve been going to this dentist office my entire life and wouldn’t go to anyone else. I appreciate all of you wonderful ladies!!!

If you live in the Eugene Spring field area and you want a top notch Dentist who is not only knowledgeable but shares that knowledge with her patients and has a heart of gold then look no further. If I could give her 10 stars I would. The staff are excellent too. I have hi blood pressure pretty bad and when she work on my teeth, she calmed me down like no other Dentist I have seen. Even if you live outside of Lane County this is the dentist you really need to come check out. All of the staff are friendly. Appointments are on time. I like that they have an independent practice, not a business that has offices all over the place.

Really enjoyed my recent visit to Dr. Barrstad. Her team is friendly and comforting. Going to the dentist isnt always enjoyable, but they did a great job making me feel at ease.

The best dental experience I have had staff explained everything they were going to do before getting started and check multiple times how I was during the procedures. Teri at the front desk is amazing and attentive to any billing questions!!

Not pleased with services for Invisalign, currently getting orthodontic treatments to correct her mistake of taking out permanent retainers. Would not recommend for orthodontic treatments. She does not explain everything to you. Very disappointed in the outcome.I do have to say, the office is nice & the front desk ladies have been super helpful, despite my concerns. The only other service I had there was my cleanings, and the hygienists were kind.

I had my teeth cleaned by Megan and she was awesome!!! She is very polite and made good conversation, she is very careful, and is soft to touch, she does not shower you or ruff on the cleaning at all when cleaning. My teeth looked great after she was done with me and I was not sore afterwards. Any work Ive had here at the Springfield office has been great. I really recommend this dentist office, everyone is great in the office, the assistants and Dr Baarstad, Great people!!Thanks LadiesDiamond

I recently broke a crown and was able to get in to see Dr. Pakalniskis within 1-1/2 days. The team at the Springfield office were so understanding and patient in outlining my options for treatment. They wanted to make sure I had my concerns taken care of and to let me know that they would be there if I had problems.

I highly recommend Dr. Baarstad and her staff. They do an excellent job taking care of their patients. I actually like going to the dentist!

Always so nice and courteous! I get nervous for appointments and once I let them know they slowed way down, grabbed me a blanket and earbuds and took extra time explaining what they were doing. I hadnt been to a dentist in 5 plus years... I cant recommend them highly enough!
