I had to go to Duff Family Dental for a full mouth extraction, due to poor choices that I made through the course of 39 years. From the moment I walked through the door, I felt welcome and invited. I was worried that I was going to be judged based on my appearance, and none of that came true. The Doctor and the staff walked me through the entire process, reassured me that everything was going to okay, and in the end, I would look amazing.3 days after surgery, I had my dentures taken out and readjusted, just a bit, so as to fit right, and after 6 months I had my temporary plate removed and my permanent hard plate put in. At that moment my life completely changed, my smile, my bite, and I looked normal again! It was absolutely exciting! I finally have my life back! And its all thanks to the fantastic people at Duff Family Dental & OMS Oral Surgery! Ive already recommended both organizations to several of my friends and family.Ive got nothing but wonderful and fantastic things to say about this practice and all that work there!

Friendly and professional. Very clean, with very up-to-date technology. They were good about explaining what problems I had and what the solution was. Also, the dental chair was very comfy.

Absolutely fantastic experience in every way. Staff accommodated my limited schedule with ease and gave me a great experience for all my appointments. They were able to put permanent crowns on my teeth within a month of first being seen and I couldnt be happier with my teeth.

All the ladies I dealt with were so kinda and patient. I was really nervous going in for wisdom tooth extraction (I’m kinda of a baby in those situations) but all the ladies made sure that I was comfortable, They answered all my questions to help put my mind at ease.Doctor bair was amazing very professional and kind - it was a much faster procedure than what I thought it would be which is great!Will definitely come back in the future and would highly recommend.The office is also beautiful and very clean it feels new and fresh!

Great customer service and the staff is super friendly. I felt like it was a bit pricey though if you dont have dental insurance. I typically go somewhere else and Duff Family Dental was almost double the price of what my family and I are used to paying for a dental cleaning and x-rays. Otherwise the atmosphere and services were great.

Went in a few months back due to teeth pain. Ended up needing a root canal and have a few teeth pulled (so plan in place). So I thought!!!! They couldnt do the root canal they refer you to go somewhere else (ok whatever) went had it done and called back to make next appt for second phase of plan. Go for my appt and was told they cant do it and need to refer me to someone else. What the heck!! If its something simple or just a tooth pulled to get you out of pain I would recommend BUT if you are wanting to take care of all your needs go somewhere else because they going to send your there anyway!

$341 to get your teeth cleaned here. 🤣🤣 no way ! never.. they clearly dont want to clean teeth.. I dont have insurance. Ive had my teeth cleaned at least 60 times in my life. Uses to go twice a year m always always pay out of pocket. Never have I ever paid more than $120. In California, Colorado, and Virginia .. and you mean to tell me this place in Missouri is charging double. No thanks. Joke!

I am greatly impressed with Dr. Bair. I would highly recommend her and the whole team of Duff Family Dental. I had my dental appointment done last first week of May 2021. Initially, I was only checked for the usual dental exam and cleaning. After being seen by Dr. Bair, she discussed and recommended that I need to have tooth fillings whenever I have the time. Being a healthcare worker, I have a limited time to squeeze in my dental appointment due to my busy schedule. Thankfully, Dr. Bair is so kind as she was able to have my tooth fillings done within the same day knowing she had other patients to see. I am amazed of their professionalism and services. Friendly staff and well maintained clinic. Overall, Duff Family Dental is a great place for your dental needs and I would definitely recommend it.

I have been going to Duff family dental for a little less than a year but have had quite the massive amount of dental work done. Just as any patient insurance is confusing, i called Duff family dental to ask some questions about the amount i paid in the office verse the amount the insurance company said i should pay. The person who answered my call was Jeanie, at first she was extremely helpful and was willing to help me. After she sent me an email writing it all out and explaining how i had a negative balance (i paid everything in full with the amounts that were told to me so this was a surprise. I hate owing companies money) things began to go down hill. I called Jeanie another 4 times and asked questions where she answered them with “I’ve only worked here a year” “i know only as much as you know” and then proceeded to laugh after every question. I was nice and held my frustration in until the last call when she laughed again after my question that is when i got snippy and responded with “why are you laughing” where Jeanie got extremely quiet and i said goodbye after. I absolutely love this dental office and Dr. Duff and the doctor that did my extractions were amazing. I was truly shocked with customer service like this. I came in for an appointment today and Catrina (bless this girls heart she has seen my teeth in some bad shape since the first visit i had) helped me tremendously understand with what happened, she checked me out upfront and explained everything throughly and made sure it was a way i understood. I will return but Jeanie if you don’t know the answer to someone’s questions please just ask someone to help you or transfer me to someone who can.Thank you so much!

Went here for the first time yesterday and Im so happy I chose them as my dentist. I havent had a dentist for some time due to me not having dental insurance and I was extremely anxious/nervous when I arrived.Jeannie checked me in and she was absolutely wonderful. Very patient and was careful with talking to everyone in the office due to this whole pandemic happening. Then my exam was done by Dominique (or maybe Monique?) and Im sure she could tell I was super nervous. She was very knowledgeable and helped me with my questions. She was super nice and she complimented me on my cat socks that I was excited to finally wear. Anywho, she then had Carla Duff examine me and she was super nice as well.The place itself is very clean and I highly recommend them to everyone who needs a new dentist. Thanks ladies for helping me out. You guys are amazing

I have had such great experiences going to Duff Family Dental. I recently moved to Springfield, and was in need of a new dentist office to visit. In the past Id always had pretty bad experiences with dentists. Not so much with treatment, but more with manners, professionalism, and lack of care. I remember being nervous about going to another dentist. I was worried about being shamed for the state of my teeth rather than being treated with care and respect. During my first exam, all of my concerns were washed away. Dr. Duff provided me with a treatment plan after explaining my options, and giving me suggestions. I actually called my mom after the first appointment because I was so happy. Dr. Duff along with all of the other staff have treated me greatly every time Ive come in. Ive never had to wait long, and Ive never left feeling like my teeth were absolutely horrible. Instead, Ive always been treated with prompt, professional service and with a plan of action to better my teeth. Thank you so very much!

Wow this place is amazing! I was looking for a new dentist and was referred here. After 10 years of avoiding the dentist I will never do that again after receiving the most professional and friendly service at Duff Family Dental. Dominique took exceptional care of me, she made great conversation and really strived to make sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process! I went in as a new patient for an overdue cleaning (my regular dentist was still shut down due to COVID). They welcomed me even though I warned them it might be a one-time visit. The staff was very friendly, very safety conscious, very thorough and very professional.

The process was very streamlined. They had sent me papers to sign before I ever attended the appointment. They were very knowledgeable about my insurance. They pulled me back for my appointment on time, if not early. Then everything was super clean. They were friendly and provided lots of helpful information. They have a giant window to look out while youre getting your teeth done. Then upon checking out, this process was simple and streamlined as well.

My husband and I came to visit Duff Family Dental today and they were AH-MAZING. Weve both had previously not great experiences with other dentist and were mentally preparing ourselves for a few days of pain and the discomfort of going for a visit. We have never felt better being wrong about something! Every single person in that office is fabulous and warm and kind. Jordan did my cleaning and she was fantastic. Great attention to detail and extremely friendly. We will definitely be making roots at this dentist office and plan to bring our son once his little toofers come in. Tiffany is so sweet and very knowledgeable in explaining my receding gums condition. She is very gentle in her technique while cleaning my teeth. Dr Duff was my dentist. It was my first time meeting her. I really like her gentle approach when examining my teeth. I’m a big baby when it comes to dental work.

I love the office, it is very modern and clean. The people working there are great too. The last place I went I was always scared of the receptionist but the lady at Duff was super nice. My hygienist was awesome. She was nice, quick and it didnt hurt. For someone who has had anxiety about going to the dentist in the past this was super important to me. The dentist herself was really nice too. My mom was there and she talked to her about getting me wisdom teeth out in a mom to mom kind of way. They didnt push any unnecessary procedures like teeth whitening and the Dentist even told me I have nice teeth! This was by far the best dental experience I have ever had and I almost cant wait for my next cleaning!

Duff Family Dental is fantastic! I genuinely love when I enter a business and am greeted warmly. It set the tone for the rest of my appointment. I also heard lots of friendly voices and laughter during my visit, which put me at ease. The office is modern and incredibly clean. The hygienist, Tiffany, brought be back early for my cleaning. She used very low radiation scans to check the health of my teeth and bone. Tiffany is very gentle and thorough and made sure that I was comfortable during the entire visit. My teeth are sensitive to cold, so I was so happy to find that the water she used to rinse my teeth was warm!! I had never experienced this before at a dental cleaning, and it was a pleasant surprise! Dr. Bair was very sweet as she thoroughly examined every tooth. I was worried that I hadnt had a proper dental checkup in a few years, but she never made me feel guilty about this and complimented my teeth. I felt extremely comfortable with her and confident in her care. I highly recommend Duff Family Dental!

This was my first time to the dentist in about 5 years and it was a great experience. I didn’t have to wait long in their beautiful new building and every staff member I interacted with was so nice. My hygienist, Dominique, was very nice and gentle and Dr.Bair was so personable. I was in and out in less than an hour as a new patient. While I was there I invited them to the annual open house event my spa was doing that evening and they said they would come and you guys, they DID! I couldn’t believe it when I saw my dentist, hygienist, and another hygienist actually show up! These ladies are all so sweet, it made my night! I wish I needed a filling so that I could come back and see them sooner than 6 months!

A+ Service and an A+++ Team, I called several places and visited 4 different Dentists before deciding. There are some places in town that are like the fast food of dental work and many just wanted to sell me things. Dr. Duff and her team where honest, fair, and very friendly and they treat you like family. What I liked best is Dom is AWESOME at what she does and all of the team (even the Dr.) will take time and talk with you and not treat you like just another $.

My dentist suddenly retired and I needed a crown so I had not used Dr. Duff at all prior to my first experience with her today which was having a crown put on. I am happy to say it was one of the most pleasant dental experiences of my life (and I am 55 so that says alot). I highly recommend Dr. Duff and her staff!

What a wonderful & professional staff!!! My 6 year old had two baby teeth pulled to allow for the new ones to grow in straight. Im pretty sure I was more nervous than my kiddo. Ive had half a dozen different dentists in my life time and Carla (Dr. Duff) and her staff provide one of the best dental experiences I have had yet.Ive been to a dentist where you make an appointment, and then have to wait an hour to see the dentist anyways. At Duff Family Dental, you walk-in, sit down for a few moments and then bam, you are in the chair getting to business.The girls are all very sweet and friendly. Dr. Duff is very knowledgeable and professional, as well as warm and sincere. Its really just a great atmosphere and an all around fantastic experience. I made an appointment to get a tooth pilled that I knew was beyond repair.I was able to go in that day even though it was not an emergency. This was my first visit to this dentist and I was in and out in less than an hour. Dr. Bair told me in advance about every pain that I might feel and there was none. After moving here recently and searching for a new dentist, I found a good one.

I was going to a different dentist in Springfield where I got a filling done. They didn’t sand the filling down correctly and after 3 visits back with no success and 6 months of discomfort I went to Duff. It literally took her 5 minutes to fix my teeth.
