This unique set up gave me the opportunity to know, in advance, what I could expect from the inspection process during the final aspects of selling my home.

FHI did two home inspections for me. One pre-inspection on the home I sold and one on a home I am purchasing. The pre-inspection really set my mind at ease going into listing my house. Rob and his team took the time to show me how different features in our new and old home work. They went above and beyond when the buyer’s inspector turned off the gas fireplace by moving it to pilot and listed it as non-functioning. Rob came back, opened the unit, showed me how to do basic maintenance, and got it back to working with a flip of a switch. Rob and team made my sales and purchase process easy. I’m thankful for them and definitely recommend them to anyone and everyone.

I was in the process of buying my first house and Rob was recommended to me through a friend. I wanted to go with someone I could really trust because the house was built in 1890. I contacted Rob on Friday and he got someone down to Cincinnati that Monday! He sent his employee (Travis) and he did a wonderful job. After he spent hours inspecting the home, he had me meet him there and he took about 45 minutes to walk me through everything as he explained his findings. As being a first time buyer and overwhelmed, he explained things very clearly which I really appreciated. The report they sent a couple days later was very detailed with a lot of pictures.I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Florence Home Inspections and I would highly recommend them!!
