He is competent and knowledgeable about real estate and the market within the DMV, but what sets him apart is his attitude, delivery, and customer service that would make him successful in any sales or customer relationship position. As someone open to looking at different areas and a little flexible with the price range, my desire to find a house at a good value made me a challenging client to work within this environment. Andres was always cordial and timely in his response. He never pushed or pressured me to make an offer on a home I was uncomfortable with while also providing context with the competition. I cant count the number of offers we submitted and didnt get. Yet Andres never complained, and, even if he thought we would lose, he still prepared the offer and submitted what I wanted anyway. Andres is supportive and respectful of your needs.The second portrait I want to provide of Andres is his commitment to seeing you satisfied with your experience and home. Andres was a joy to work with and perhaps the best thing I came to enjoy about house hunting. Hes very friendly and he goes out of his way to make sure you are satisfied. A week after closing, I had a question that I could ask Andres at 9 PM, and he was kind enough to respond with the information. He even followed up on it the next day to make sure I had everything squared away. He truly is worth every penny. I highly recommend him!

Dinh and Alex were fantastic to work with. My husband and I were going through a rollercoaster journey of trying to purchase our first home during a super competitive time (but is there really a time Northern Virginia isnt competitive?). Before working with Dinh and Alex, we were going through months of losing offer after offer with a different agent. However, once we changed over to working with Dinh and Alex, we were able to get our offer accepted within the first week of working with them and it was at a price we were comfortable with and in the location we wanted! They were organized and laid out exactly what to expect (which was so important being that we havent gone through this process before). We don’t easily give anyone a 5-star review, but Dinh easily earned it. The things we were looking for in a realtor was experience, diligence, integrity and some one who offered valuable advice. Dinh exceeded our expectations in each of these areas. We were really specific/picky in what we wanted. As first time buyers in VA, we were overwhelmed by how aggressive NoVa is as a sellers market. But Dinh was calm throughout the whole process and even through the pandemic.We were really impressed w/ how as soon as he walks into a new house, he checks out all the important/big ticket items - roof, hvac, sump pump for leaks, etc. This was not our experience w/ the previous agent. And then after we had toured the whole house, he gave us space as husband and wife to think through the house without influencing us w/ his opinion. Again, this was not our experience w/ the prior agent. He is not your stereotypical aggressive salesman that end up talking ad nauseum. Instead, he offers advice and opinion only when he thinks it is valuable. We valued his advice so much that we asked him hundreds of questions and he was patient through it all. He is straightforward and honest. There is just no BS. This was also not our experience w/ the prior agent. There were a couple of times that Dinh erroneously stated the wrong comps but he never covered it up. He apologized without hesitation and stated the correct number. My husband and I our pretty vocal in our opinions and he was gracious toward all of our friendly banters! 😀We were dealing w/ a frugal seller so after inspection, my husband and I thought we’d ask the seller to fix only 6 items from the inspection report. Dinh asked us to add another 5 more items. And in addition to that, Dinh added in sellers credit for another issue. We had no hopes of the seller agreeing to anything because of how frugal he was but to our complete surprise, in less than 24 hours, Dinh had the seller agree to all of the repair requests plus sellers credit.Even during the final walk through when we were feeling overjoyed w/ the purchase of a new house, he walked through the whole house making sure the house was in working order. At the end of it, we feel 1) grateful to have worked with him and 2) good about giving our business to a conscientious owner. We recommend him highly without any reservations.

A true professional from the very first meeting. Dinh was able to sell my condo for over asking after being on the market for a week. He came prepared with all the related information presented neatly in a binder. He provided professional opinion on what the reno should be for maximum profit, and went above and beyond to meet up with the contractors on my behalf for estimates. Not knowing many reliable contractors, I had reservations about a large renovation. Dinh puts this at ease and provided some recommendations for me.
