Zbuyer provides great real estate leads. The cost per lead are very reasonable. Of course with the low cost of the leads, we have to compete pretty hard to get a deal done but we knew this coming in. So far we have good success rate with the provided leads. The support team is excellent. They respond very timely. Wish we can get more leads in some of the hot requested areas but we are good with they provided. Definitely will continue to use Zbuyer.

I had been trying to contact Customer Service, but due to overwhelming responses they were not able to talk to me. I left a message. I tried again 3 more times that day and no luck. I tried to log into my account and it was not recognizing me...Finally the next day, I chatted with Eva (Eve) and she went over an above to help me...She reached out to CS since I had not heard from them, she stayed on the line with me, and did what she could to find out why I was not able to get into my account. She made sure that I received a call from someone and these days you do not see that type of Customer Service at all.....She deserves a raise....

Its a total scam.. leads are either fake or they sent info months agoThey sell the data to everyone and the sellers have no idea why you are calling them. All buyers beware!

Horrible and worthless leads. Scammed out of nearly $500. BUYER BEWARE! leads are worth less than $0.50 each dont pay more than that!

Not happy with their format. Very vague and they try to work on bulk. They promise that this is screened online but in a very general way which is not in an agents favour. Cancelled my subscription after I received my first leads.

Stop giving out my families numbers to strangers! They keep calling my daughters phone and she gets upset! She has autism and it takes awhile to calm her down.i will seek legal action against zbuyer if you keep giving out my families numbers

Service is worse than realtor.com leads were junk leads. Waisted $306.00 poor quality leads they claim they filter their leads and all is incorrect and inaccurate I asked for a refund 4 days after activating services but unfortunately the denied my refund. To all realtor do not waist your money on this service pay for realtor.com that at least out of 30 leads you can get at least 1 or 2 but with these leads from zBuyer you get 0. I’m a very unhappy with their services and they weren’t cooperative on refunding my money.
