Oh man, ICON is the best! I worked with two of their realtor partners, Neal Benson and Alyse Stone. They were so great! They got me in my house and the process was smooth the whole time. I had constant communication from them, and I ended up getting A LOT in the negotiations for the house. That is all attributed to them. I have also met Joe, the owner of ICON. He is legit. Super nice guy with a ton of experience. You cant go wrong with ICON!

Agent Shannon could not pay any attention to detail. Missing the deadline on the paperwork and then blamed us for her error. Over all a very scary situation when dealing with a house!

I would say dont use these people as your realtors but they do a good enough job not answering calls or texts on properties for you to boycott them out of circumstance. My husband and I have been looking for a house for two years and KATE YOUNG cant be bothered with returning calls, texts or emails! Weve since talked to a real realtor in another city to help us, and he uncovered how shes double posted properties, gauging people for total gut jobs when the market doesnt dictate a guy job thats sitting on the market for years to still be worth over $125k. When I mentioned Kate young and icon realty to others, they laugh and call you guys jokes who clearly arent in the business to sell. So, suffice to say, theyre unprofessional and dont even call people back who call with the express intent of putting in an offer on a listing. I truly dont understand why you people call yourselves a realty company when the customers, both buyers and sellers, lose big when they attempt to work with you! Its a small town....weve heard the success stories...
