The only thing is they dont have bags. It is hard for customers to carry all the merchandise in your arms. There is no reason why they do not have bags to put the customers merchandise in. Besides that it is a nice store. Good management

This location NEEDS SECURITY PATROL, visited mid afternoon store not very crowded, customer with NO mask, I quietly Moved away from him, I pointed to the floor stickers of social distancing, HE was TOO close, HE told me to Turn around and MOVE forward, while he was less than 2 feet from me. I left register to go to OTHER register HE FOLLOWED ME...-NOBODY IN STORE DID ANYTHING TO ASSIST -- I asked cashier to kindly TO enforce rules she said nothing she could do, she would get fired--Shaking in fear--called store they are sorry call back MONDAY when Manager is in.--THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE DURING COVID CRISIS

Well stocked, hand sanitizer available. Cashier was nice as well.

Terrible customer service, employees on phones and having headphones in. Did not offer to help at all.

I went to dollar tree store on Wilbraham road Springfield and I like how made the store bigger and I find what Im looking for and if I cant find what Im looking for I ask the employees for help and the employees do a very go job taking care of customers the employees do a very good job keeping the shelves,aisles,carriages and floors clean and stocking the shelves with the items and making the neat and when one of the cashiers gets backed up they call another cashier to open up another register the employees do a very good job and I would come back to the dollar tree store again and I would recommend dollar tree store on Wilbraham road Springfield to everyone to go to for good customer service.

AWFUL Manager! She is a heavy set seemingly caucasion woman wears hair in pony tail,VERY RUDE I walked in store on a number occasions and she is loud with a bully personality she says stupid comments,she PURPOSEFULLY makes you wait,example I am customer ONLY customer in line she is at register with TWO BOXES and decides as I approach to check out TO start unpacking her boxes and put them away while I wait,she says hold on SHE IS DISGUSTING,I believe she treats her staff awfuly too.I used to go there now I hesitate,and it sucks because its really close to my house,SHE HAS A BULLY PERSONALITY and she really needs to be replaced immediately! She creates a NEGATIVE ATMOSPHERE,VERY BAD FORM OF LEADERSHIP!!!!Kick her to the CURB,no one deserves this when shopping and spending money.I will get her name and repost again.

Always has a little more extra items then the other dollar trees in the are. Also has a freezer section for frozen treats. And its a very large store
