We booked the sprinter van and had a great experience. Super nice and clean, awesome sound system, professional and polite driver. The sprinter is listed as holding 10 and our group of 10 had plenty of room and were very comfortable. Couldnt have asked for a better experience. Will use Party Bus Kings again for sure!

We traveled to Lake of the Ozarks, flying into Springfield for the 1.5 hour ride. Booked Paul /Party Bus Kings ahead of time, as we had 6 adults and 8 kids, and wanted to all ride together and start the vacation off right. We could not have asked for a better experience, from start to finish, on the ride up and the ride back a week later!!! Paul was super professional, knowledgeable, AND patient with the 8 kids and their noise level!! The ride was beyond smooth, with a couple planned stops for beverages/snacks and an unplanned “bathroom break” as well. Paul knew what areas to go to, and which ones to avoid. Not sure when we’ll be back in the area, but the one thing I do know is that we most certainly would use Paul and Party Bus Kings whenever that is! Aside from being a competitive quote, again, the experience was terrific— guaranteed, you can’t go wrong!! Thanks Paul!!!

Where do I even begin?!?!? Paul at Party Bus Kings was incredible from start to finish! We rented the party bus for my sisters bachelorette party and Paul made everything go off without a hitch. I planned the whole bachelorette party from the east coast so having a reliable vendor that I only had a relationship over the phone be so amazing made the whole process seamless! Owner was friendly, great and accommodating. We had a good time overall but the driver was not willing to drive us to the destinations we requested. We had a reservation from 7-111pm and the owner told us we could stay out later if desired and pay the additionally hourly rate, plus be dropped off where needed.As the night went on the driver said he couldn’t stay out—he said he would have to check with the owner but he had no interest in doing so—and he didn’t want to drop us off at our individual locations. Normally, I wouldn’t complain but for what the rate is per hour this is part of the advertised service.In the end, it was a good night but the driver was not as accommodating as the owner promised. For the price, as a business owner, I would not pay it again, and that is disappointing because I wanted to love it.Long story short—over promised, under delivered.

The owners and drivers are the nicest people and the kids always have a great time. Birthday parties and school dances. As a mom of two new drivers, I always worry when the kids are on the road. Renting the party bus allows all their friends to be together, goofing around without the stress of a young driver getting distracted. I can’t say enough good things about this operation and the great people operating it!!

Last month was one of my best friends birthdays and I didnt know of a good way to have a party for him. I had heard of party bus before but I was a little skeptical. I called Paul, booked the bus, and the service was incredible. Not to mention the bus was dope! The sound system and lights are so cool. If you want a safe way to party and not worry about a ride, this is by far the best option.

I would NOT recommend the party bus kings. I hired them for 3 hours for my wedding at the end of the night to safely take everyone who needed it home. The owner and I had talked and it initially was not a problem to have the first bus drop off at the hotel and the second bus take people directly home. The bus did show up at 10pm like we agreed but the bus driver refused to leave the venue until 16 people were on the bus which was something i was NEVER told was a requirement. Guests had to come find me during the reception and tell me the bus was not leaving, causing me to miss some of my celebration. I told them to tell the bus driver the bride told him to leave and eventually he left after 10:30 when the second bus was supposed to be back to bring home the bridal party. So the bridal party including me aka the bride, and the groom had to literally sit outside venue after they closed for an hour waiting for him to come back to pick us up and drop us off. When we got on the bus I asked him if we could drop some people off at their homes and he VERY RUDELY told me no, that he was only told to drop off at the hotel and that was it. I told him that I had this bus booked for three hours so I intend to have it for three hours and the owner told me if i needed it longer to make sure everyone got home safely that was an option but this bus driver was rolling his eyes, throwing a big attitude, arguing with me THE BRIDE and telling me he wasnt going to go where i told him i needed to go even though i still had them booked for a while. What had been one of the best nights of my life, quickly turned sour after my interaction with the rude bus driver. Like his intention was to drop us off and then be done with his shift 1 hour early. I paid them for 3 hours which means I expect service for 3 hours, not two hours and then you pocket all the money and then leave my guests who have been drinking stranded somewhere. After arguing with him for what seemed to be forever, he finally decided to do what I said but the whole bus ride he had a bad attitude. If you are looking for a stress free night and want a company who cares about getting people safely home, honors that they said they would take you wherever you needed to go, respects you as a customer, and not steal your money, THEN DONT BOOK THIS PLACE. I called the place the next day because i was so shocked at the treatment i received and complained to the manager, which he in return was also rude and kept making excuses like they dont events like this because people have been drinking (THEN WHAT DO YOU DO?! WHAT IS THE POINT OF A PARTY BUS IF ITS NOT TO GET PEOPLE SAFELY HOME. also by the time they picked us up we were all sober because they were so late for the second bus due to not leaving when they were told to the first time), so now I can see why his employee acted the way he did. Their prices are higher than other companies around the area and i thought this would be worth it because of it but I WAS WRONG, save the headache and go somewhere else. This place is not worth the rudeness and unprofessional people who work here and own it. No bride deserves to have the experience and treatment that I received and that is why im writing this review in order to save other brides and parties. DO NOT BOOK HERE
